Fantastic stay, the house was amazing. The location is amazing with beaches and great restaurants within easy walking distance. The air con was brilliant even in very hot weather, it made sleeping at night so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return.

We really enjoyed the location—being so close to town/the beach was wonderful—and the pool area was a highlight. The property itself felt a little more lived-in than we expected based on the photos, price point, and reviews, and a few updates throughout would go a long way. We also found the beds and pillows could be a bit more comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and think with a little refreshing, this could be an even better experience.

Great location to Tamarindo Beach, 5 minute walk. Arbel responded right away when weren't able to find the place because of a Google Maps issue and sent someone to help show us the way. Great pool area. Would stay here again.

The location of this place is so walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. the backyard is very nice and private. The place was perfect!

This was a great option for safety and beauty in Tamarindo. I would definitely stay again. I appreciated the staffed gate and the easy parking. The house itself is modern and well appointed. There wasn’t much missing, although I would have loved if there had been some detergent for the washer and dryer. The pool was pristine in cleanliness and the cabana, pool toys, and deck chairs made it a place my son didn’t want to leave. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool and on the balcony. The hammock is a lovely touch. It felt modern but like we were at home while in vacation. The one note I’d give to those considering booking is that you are very close to neighbors in both sides. So you will hear all conversations, loud laughter in the pool as kids play, music playing for younger neighbors who are having a fun night. So if serenity of sound is what you’re seeking your experience will largely depend on who your neighbors are, but this place is beautiful, comfortable, thoughtfully designed.

We had an amazing, fun and relaxing stay here with our family of 5. The place is spacious, modern and pristine. We enjoyed the pool, the hammock and walking to the beach. The villa is in a gated community about a 10 minute walk down an unpaved road from the beach, stores and restaurants. Arbel was very responsive and everything was super easy from check-in to cleaning. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this beach house! Truly just a 5 min walk to the beach, it had everything we could’ve hoped for. The pool is a GREAT addition for those really hot days when you want to stay close to the AC. Clean bathrooms & comfy beds!!
