Amazing stay in the heart of Roma Norte. Everything (bars, restaurants) is walking distance and the space is very cozy. Would def stay again!

This was an amazing home. It was so tasteful and the finishings were top notch. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable and the space felt very nice. It made you feel good just being there. There were extra towels and every detail seemed to be thought of. Our whole group enjoyed our stay. The hosts went above and beyond to meet our complicated needs and we all really appreciated that. This would be my first choice when I return to Mexico City.

We loved our stay. The apartment is spacious and spotless. Very modern and well built. The building is beautiful and has 24/7 security. No guests are allowed. The location is perfect and very walkable to so many areas. There’s also a Smart Fit gym across the street and made working out super convenient. The apartment came with a water filter, so convenient. Thank you for having us!

Great apartment, good host, good location. One of the bathroom sinks had a leak, Mario replied right away, by the time we came back early evening it was fixed. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is great and the living room very comfortable. We felt very safe and the security guards were friendly. Worth the cost.

Great apartment for our group of 8 adults and 1 infant. The host was responsive to all of our messages. Most of the rooms are spacious, though the room with the double bed is a bit cramped- and this is definitely clear on the listing if you read closely, but the only room with A/C was the small room. The apartment does get hot during the day, but it’s Mexico so you just need to get used to it and adjust. It was much cooler at night, and like I said the host was so responsive that if we complained I’m sure we could’ve gotten some additional fans or something. The neighborhood is beautiful, walkable to the metro and plenty of entertainment, and I would absolutely stay here again if visiting in a big group!

Overall a comfortable place for 6 adults ( 3 couples) No air conditioning, except for one small bedroom not occupied. Fans provided for 3 bedrooms and living space. Outdoor area pleasant to sit in. Suggested to host, hair dryer for each bathroom. Surrounding restaurants/ bars/ bakeries/ taco/ juice stands / coffee shops/ street market in Condesa ( on Mondays) were great. Village atmosphere. Good grocery store and small department store close by for grocery and drink supplies.. Easy walk to Moma/ Muesums and parks.. We all enjoyed! Thank you!

We loved our stay in Mexico City, in part because of the how at-home we felt at Maria Rosa's property. The apartment was tastefully decorated, spacious, private, safe (with security staff at the front door), and in a great location. Our kids enjoyed the terrace, sunning themselves in the mornings while the adults sat for breakfast at one of the many nearby cafes. Throughout our week-long stay, the hosts were extremely responsive, including by sending a locksmith to the apartment to fix a broken doorknob within about 30 minutes of us reporting the issue. We couldn't have been more pleased and recommend the apartment without hesitation.

Wonderful stay in the perfect location, particularly great for our two kids and au pair! Everyone had their own spacious places. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this Roma Norte penthouse. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and worked very well for our group. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable, which was much appreciated after long days exploring the city. The location is fantastic! Roma Norte is lively, very walkable and full of great cafés and restaurants. We arrived earlier than check-in and needed somewhere to store our luggage and Mario was very accommodating. He kindly allowed us to leave our bags until the apartment was ready, which made things much easier for our group. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again.

Maria Rosa’s apartment was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group of 7. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and the patio was a lovely place to hang out. We were a bit worried about the noise limits given some past reviews and the size of our group, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This place was so amazing for our girls trip! Every one of us said it was one of the most beautiful Airbnbs we have ever been in. Also, the 24 hour security made us feel very safe and they were so nice every time we came in and out of the building. Would absolutely stay again!

Maria Rosa's place is a wonderful apartment with many amenities! Our family had a wonderful time exploring CDMX using Maria Rosa's place as our base. The area is walkable and lovely. We were greeted with a bottle of wine that we promptly enjoyed on the rooftop patio. Thank you Maria Rosa! The space is open and clean and well-appointed. We felt very comfortable in here. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting CDMX.

This penthouse is just as beautiful as the photos! It’s within walking distance to the great cafes and restaurants of Roma Norte and Condessa, as well as the museums in Chapultepec Park. It’s spacious and elegant with comfortable beds, a modern kitchen and large outdoor terrace space. We told our host we were a tiny bit chilly the first night, and the next morning three brand new space heaters arrived. Amazingly responsive host and dreamy accomodations.

I can’t say enough about Maria and her property. The property was perfect for my group and very comfortable. Location was great, security was great, and condition of the property was great. What was better than great was the hospitality we received from Maria. My family ran into some personal issues while on the trip. The empathy and responsiveness we received was above and beyond. It made a difficult situation easier to manage and my family is very thankful for that. If you want a property that is just as spectacular as the service and as beautiful as the area…this is your place to call home while in Mexico City.

Our group of 5 had a great stay in this unit, despite a couple of minor items. It is decorated beautifully and the patio is perfect for winding down after a day of being out and about. The area feels safe and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. It took us some time to find the washer and dryer, but that was our fault for not figuring out that the handle to the laundry room opens upwards and was not a locked closet. There is only one hair dryer in the unit, which can be challenging with 5 women, but we made it work. Be sure to notice the noise restrictions before you book. We are not a noisy group but we were definitely paranoid about accidentally violating them considering the signs posted in the unit and the warning on the signs that 2 violations would result in canceling our reservation with no refund . We just wondered if the loud party happening next door was under the same restrictions. All in all, a very nice stay in a lovely apartment.

Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Roma Norte part of town. The home is very spacious and clean, two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. My friends and I felt very secured during our stay. The 24/7 security personnel located as soon as you walk onto the property is really attentive and welcoming. The area itself has a friendly atmosphere, walking distance to multiple coffee shops and tacos! The host does a great job of checking on you by sending you a message to make sure you’re comfortable and don’t need anything. There is a really nice clean gym directly across the street (not part of the property) that allows you to purchase a day pass for $10 USD to get your workout in. Highly recommend this property.

This was a great place to stay for a group of five. It had lots of space, was well designed and centrally located, and offered great security. There was 24-hour security—no one entered the building who didn't belong. The penthouse afforded a quiet, sunny spot in the mornings to have coffee. Every room was fashionably designed and impeccably clean. The bathrooms were modern and recently renovated. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. It was the perfect spot for our group of seven. Space for everyone to have their privacy as well as communal space that felt very comfortable. The terrace as well was well appointed and the lighting was super cozy. Definitely not for loud partiers, but if you need a great spot for family or friends, this is it.

this penthouse looks just like the photos ! the decor and rooms are beautiful. our group definitely enjoyed our stay here ! maria and mario were very responsive whenever we had a question and would reply very quickly! they were also very accommodating with requests that we had asked for. we felt very safe in this apartment complex because there is a security guard at the entrance 24/7! the place is perfect with 3 full bathrooms for our group of 9 girls! i would definitely recommend this property as it is very new and modern ! i can’t wait to visit again and stay at their other properties ! thank you for having us !

This was the perfect stay me and my group of friends. Host was very nice and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. They were very understanding and flexible. The location was perfect and very walkable to surrounding areas. We felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was immaculate, just like the photos. The security guards at the front were very cordial. The location is safe and convenient. Around the corner, there is a taco stand that's open until 5 am. We also enjoyed the welcome bottle of wine. The host was friendly and responsive. The only critique is that sound easily travels from downstairs (living room, kitchen) to upstairs and to the neighboring unit. Normal chatting among our group of five was enough to garner a noise complaint from the neighbors at night. The listing is not joking when it says quiet hours at night! The host recommended that we instead chat outside on the patio, which was a good solution. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again. Every location is different, and we should be mindful and respectful of others.

We had a great stay at this property. The location couldn’t be better because it was centrally located to popular points of interests for tourists, but also quiet enough to relax and unwind. The interior design is beautiful and thoughtfully put together, making the space feel modern, stylish, and welcoming. The building itself is very safe and secure almost to a fault. Guests are strictly prohibited unless you submit their identification to the host ahead of time, which could be a minor inconvenience if you spontaneously decide to have a family member or friend stop by. Nonetheless, all staff that I interacted with were professional, courteous, and accommodating. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and style.

Great stay and amazing apartment on top floor with wonderful outdoor space. They say location is everything and the location could not be better in Roma Norte with an easy walk to Polanco, Condesa, Juarez, museums, boutiques, restaurants, bakeries and the big city park (Bosque de Chapultepec). The host was very engaged and responsive. Apartment is as pictured in new modern residential building with 24x7 doorman and parking below the building if needed. It is very clean, spacious and everything is new. Great layout, beds are comfortable, kitchen was very functional and we really enjoyed just hanging out there between adventures. Went with my wife and 2 adult children each w/ significant other (6 total adults). This is a residential building with a family in the adjacent unit with small children so would not recommend if you are looking for a place to be rowdy, noisy and up late. Would definitely stay again and look forward to returning.
