A nice place to stay with family for several days. The location is excellent. The size of the residence and its amenities is ideal. The security is impeccable.

Nice host that is responsive and understanding. The place was clean and comfortable to stay in. Taco place down the road was walkable and good for the price.

Liliana and Mariana were attentive during our stay. The accommodation was as seen in the photos. The place was very nice and well maintained. It had everything you need to make your stay pleasant, from the kitchen to board games for spending time with the family. Liliana helped us clear up our questions about getting around the city. My family and I were very comfortable in the facilities. The house was very spacious and well-kept, and everyone had their privacy. My children really enjoyed the pool and the slide. There was always security, and they were very helpful and respectful. It is also very close to the Xcaret Xailing ferry station. We walked there, and a bus took us to the hotel zone in 10 minutes, which made our trip easier and allowed us to see more places. I would definitely rent this place again. Thank you, Liliana and Mariana, for everything.

Perfect stay while in Cancun for a group. The house was as described and very clean. Bedrooms are large and all have AC. Only two points to note: the fourth bathroom is actually downstairs in more of a maids room so upstairs only has one ensuite and one other bathroom - meaning two rooms have to share a bathroom and other point is that the swimming pool is quite shallow so more for kids. Neither were an issue for us but worth noting. The house is in a great location for the xcaret ferry to the island and also has a restaurant and 7/11 in walking distance. It has parking and a utility room with a washer, dryer and iron. Lastly, the hosts are very responsive and resolved issues fast. Would definitely return!

We had a great stay! The home was very spacious, with both upstairs and downstairs areas, giving our family plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The check-in process was smooth and easy to follow, especially with the clear instructions and helpful photos provided. The area felt safe, with a guard at the gate and a backup key option if needed, which gave us peace of mind. Also having access to a washer and dryer, it was so convenient. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it looked really nice and clean. The location is also within walking distance to an Oxxo, and the beach. There’s also a cute little coffee spot on the corner called Mar y Miel that has delicious protein shakes, coffee, and good food, we really enjoyed it. I do not recommend (carnitas Michoacán) great waiter but food is garbage. Anyway… The home itself had plenty of bathrooms and was fully stocked with basic essentials. Our host was friendly, responsive, and gave us great recommendations.

We had a great stay at Mariana’s place. It’s a great compound right on the pier with great views, a pool, and a slide. Mariana was very responsive and the location was great for easy access to HZ. We would highly recommend staying here!

Mariana has been very gracious and accommodating. We were 9 people and the space was more than enough. The house/kitchen was clean and well equipped with everything you will need including some toys for the kids, puzzles, games and large TV. Pool is right around the corner from front door. I can’t say enough about our experience with Mariana.

Mariana was super helpful. All the recommendations were amazing. Mar de Meil close by was an amazing breakfast/coffee spot and there was a bunch of delicious food and drinks within walking distance, as well as an Oxxo. The house was gorgeous, really the pictures didn't give it justice, the pool felt luxious and it felt like we had it all to ourselves most of the time. Google was wrong with where the public beach accesses was but it still wasnt more than a 10 minute walk away from one. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

I had a wonderful experience renting this house in Cancun. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly, providing very helpful information at all times. The house was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. Its location was excellent, very close to the hotel area and public beaches, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cancun.
