Amazing !!! Our go to for every Vallarta Trip !!! The place its host and our in house support couldn’t have been any better !!! Our family loved it !!! Officially the “Gover“ nicknamed by the family!! Gracias Manuel!!!

Excellent place to stay in Bucerias. The house has everything you need, and it is centrally located near the beach and restaurants.

It was a very quiet stay. Everything was very nice and clean. And just as seen in the photos

Place was amazing, the tenants that live in the back were extremely helpful with all our needs and made our stay easy and wonderful

Parents with 4 kids under 7 years old and 4 seniors. This place was perfect for our big family of 10. Mari and Jesus were on top of everything and same with Manuel and his excellent response time. We sincerely appreciated the connection to the neighbourhood driver. He became a lifeline during an emergency and his local contacts helped us immensely. A beautiful home with all you need for a young family and amenities nearby. Might be hard to get the kids out of the pool to explore the town! Pickleball court was also a hit. We lucked out with some iguana visits by the pool and our 5 year old loved it. Parents Loved that laundry was on site too. Kids already want to go back for another visit! Such a safe, walkable community and I would not hesitate to book again.

We loved the home and its amenities. The pool was a jewel. The pickleball court was in good shape but it had a tennis height net( minor issue because it's the same for each opponent). The court had beautiful lighting for night time play. Each bedroom had ample space, A/C, and a bathroom. The house didn't have A/C but had good ventilation and fans. We had 8 adults and 2 younger kids and we had lots of space to chill and gather. Location was close to many restaurants, 2 blocks from the beach, but along a highway that was noisy at times. Jesus, the custodian, was very attentive, helpful, and available.

Very nice house, very clean and in good condition, the people who take care of it are very attentive, the pool is clean and the amenities of the place are very good; the only thing to note is that there is traffic and you can hear the noise of the street, but other than that it's a very pleasant stay.

Large and unique location with a view of the ocean. The on staff site were exceptionally kind and helpful though we didn't rely on them for too much. Quick and easy access to the local beach and tons of vendors for anything you need within walking distance. A HUGE pool and amazing outdoor area. Comfortable beds and the house has all you need. LOTS of room. Only thing to be aware of is the noise. It's located on a very busy main thoroughfare and in addition, we happened to be there during the La Fiesta Patronal de Bucerías (Patron Saint Festival) and the noise level (fireworks, mortars, music, traffic, machines, etc) was off the charts loud during the evenings and into the nights. All in all, our extended family of 7 enjoyed our stay.

Great time and the pool, pool table and pickleball court were very worth it! Our large family plus friends had a great time. Jesus and Marie were so friendly and helpful. Location was great with plants to do and many restaurants to enjoy.

Manuel’s place is ideal for large groups and families who want to be close all the fun stuff in Bucerías - including the beach! We spent a ton of time at our pool and lounging around in the sun. The house was exactly as listed and spotless on our arrival. There’s plenty of options nearby to do basic shopping and supermarkets are a short drive or long walk away. My review wouldn’t be complete without a shoutout to Jésus and Mari, who live in the property and take care of the house. They were responsive to all our requests and made sure the house was secure at all times. And since we stayed over the Holiday, they brought us tamales and cocoa. A wonderful gesture!

Such a beautiful spot! Perfect for our big family full of a small toddler, kiddos to older folks. Mari and Jesus were so friendly and accommodating. Manuel was very accommodating with check out due to our toddler’s schedule. The space is so clean, the pool is perfect and all the activities at the house make it the perfect oasis in Bonita bucerias. 10/10 recommend! Side note, huge hit with a toddler who loves cars and buses.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My family and I really enjoyed this beautiful home. It had everything and more, location was great, very clean and lots of things to do for the kids. Mary and his husband were exceptional. We will definitely come back again!

Everything is very nice, the house is very comfortable and very nice, the people who take care of it are very friendly and Mr. Manuel is very friendly and always attentive. Everything is highly recommended

Great home, has plenty of room for a large group. Mari and Jesus were wonderful and very helpful (they live on the premises in separate home and are always available). Rooms are spacious and each room has their own restroom and shower. Home is walking distance from the beach and local restaurants. Living room area and play room area do get a little warm during summer season but you can open slidding doors to try to cool down that area. Our stay at this home was great and will definitely be returning in the future.

This place was awesome! The property itself is huge and great for a large group. The pool was amazing and the perfect temperature all weekend and the air conditioning in the rooms worked really well. I would highly recommend!

The stay was pleasant, the house has so many areas to take advantage of every moment of the day , everything is impeccable Mary's help is excellent , highly recommended for an incredible vacation, we would return without hesitation

Our stay was amazing! Manuel was extremely responsive and kind. Mari and Jesus were incredible, always there for us and always keeping the house clean and tidy. The location was also so much fun — delicious local restaurants, fun bars, and good people. The pool and pickle ball court kept us very entertained and were very well maintained. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend this home for a vacation!

Manuel was a great host and the staff were super helpful. It was easy walking to the beach and downtown restaurants and bars. The pool and other outdoor areas were great to spend time and it was nice to have a big house for our large group!

The improvements over the past year are great. Fresh paint, new umbrellas on the patio, more solar panels = always hot water, retiled pool with stair entry, lounging bench and a Brand new heat unit was amazing! It is always hard to say goodbye to Jesus and Mari who are the most attentive caretakers. They make you feel at home and can offer whatever you need. They provide security, privacy and good laughs. You will not be disappointed with the walkability of the location. There are many tiendas nearby to purchase all your grocery needs and restaurants and bars are a stones throw away. The beach is 2 very short blocks away and there are beach umbrellas and chairs to take with you. We always enjoy our stay to the super friendly and safe town of Bucerias and staying at Quinta Nayarit never disappoints. I can't say enough good about it.

They are always attentive to your needs, Mr. Jesus and his wife Mary are very attentive people and willing to help at any time. Thank you for hosting us and supporting us during our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Manuel’s place! The house is very spacious and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Our family of 8 had plenty of room. The pool is huge and it was wonderful each afternoon to take a dip. Beach is an easy walk, as are restaurants and local stores. Jesus and Mari were extremely kind and welcoming, provided recommendations for local attractions and helped call cabs, etc. thank you for a wonderful week!

Manuel went over and above again! He had everything ready for my family to have a great vacation, including items for an infant. I would highly recommend. Caretakers Jesus and Mary are fantastic, so friendly and eager to help. Home is very clean, pool is great! Views are stunning. Everything you need is within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and felt very safe and secure with the caretakers onsite and opening the garage entrance. Beautiful home and property. Caretakers very helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect from the host to the people taking care of the house, Every day it was clean and jesus and maria took good care of keeping the house clean, me and my family had a great time would definitely come back soon.

This has been our 3rd time staying at the house . We always enjoy it and Jesus and Mary are always helpful . Nice that we all have our own bedrooms with own bath room . The house is big so we are never on top of one another. Its is nice to have your own big pool to enjoy also . You are also very close to restaurants, night life what ever you wish to do or just relax

The home was exactly what we wanted for our group of 8. Huge home, clean, close to everything and well maintained. Incredible house location with the added bonus of on-site caretakers - Jesus and Mari. They are incredible people who are so helpful and gracious. From scheduling rides, maintaining the property and their presence provided a sense of security. They are absolutely fantastic folks. The location was perfect, short walk to beach, local restaurants and shops. We knew about the road noise going in and it wasn't that bad giving its location. Will recommend without hesitation. We will be back!!!

Manuel’s place is spotless and has lots of areas to enjoy, including activities like swimming and ball courts! We loved having Jesus and Mari around to give advice on the area, a feeling of security, scheduling rides for us and keeping the place sparkling clean. Super enjoyable place! Easy access to local cuisine and beach.

Spacious place and wonderful spot for a group to hang out! Well maintained and excellent staff team on site. Street noise is loud (some of our group needed ear plugs to sleep). Nice big pool, and the basketball court and pool table were a hit. Location is a very short walk from the beach and great restaurants.

Manuel’s place is great for a big party. Location (Bucerias) was perfect for us, far away enough from the party scene of Vallarta and close enough to Sayulita. Caretakers Mari and Jesus is one of the most wonderful couple you’ll ever meet. Only minor complaint is the traffic noise. We highly recommend.

The house is more than incredible, the pool is incredible, the clean and comfortable rooms in general is better than in the photos, but the most wonderful thing is the attention we received since I allowed us to arrive a little earlier until the end of our stay, we had a perfect time. I emphasize the service and attention that we receive has been luxury. 100% recommended to spend it with friends.

Manuel's place is perfect for relaxation and having a great time at Bucerias. The place is possibly even bigger than advertised. I couldn't believe that the place comes with a private pool and basketball/volleyball court of that size! The place is also across the street from many restaurants, stores, and taco joints which makes it very convenient to get anything you might ever need. Cherry on top - the caretakers are also the loveliest people you'll ever meet and will do anything and everything to make your stay the best it could be! Highly recommend this place!

This place is amazing especially if u have a big group . Highway traffic is a bit noisy .

Private access to a huge, beautiful house with many amenities. Close to Centro, restaurants and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. It’s a little noisy being so close to the main road. Jesus and Marie took fantastic care of us, they were incredibly hospitable.

The perfect place to spend a group vacation. The facilities are exactly or even better than as seen in the photos. You have all what you need here to have a good time. The beach is very close, plus shops and restaurants. It is also super safe and has 24 hour attention. In addition to everything the facilities offered us, having Jesus and Mary on the lookout for us was a plus that gives this airnbnb a special touch. We definitely want to go back and recommend it 100%. Thank you for the welcome detail and for all the attention! :)

This house is beautiful! My group of 10 had a great time here. The best part is the large private outdoor area. The sunset from the steps above the pool was spectacular. Bucerias is a smaller Mexican town with a more local experience, making it different than staying in downtown PV. Walking distance are a lot of restaurants, the market, as well as the beach. The housekeepers, Jesus and maria, live across the garden on site and were amazing in helping keep the place clean and helped call cabs whenever we needed (Uber’s were hard to get). Would recommend staying here for big groups wanting a chill local experience!

Manuel’s place is great! The location is a block across from everything you would ever want to eat and just a bit further is the beach! Jesus and Marie are care takers who are incredibly nice and welcoming and definitely added to an overall amazing time!

Excellent house, very well equipped, lots of space, nice view, and warm and friendly service, I highly recommend it. It is located on a very busy avenue, and all the time you can hear the sound of cars, but otherwise it is super good to rest and spend fun days with the family!

The house is simply beautiful, the staff responsible for the Quinta is very friendly and has an excellent attitude of service. Manuel and his uncle are always on the lookout for our feedback, suggestions, and needs. Everything is in great condition, my family really enjoy their stay. Would definitely come back!!!
