Home is beautiful and comfortable. Good location reasonable distance to plaza and communication good for the most part. Children broke vase and we let them know immediately.They were reasonable with price of replacement. We wished to have control for TV which was missing the entire stay. Neighbor was a nightmare, just make sure to stay out of their way.

I highly recommend it, the house matches the description, perfect for a group of 12 people, which is the capacity, everything is comfortable in the house and the location, we went to a concert at the Palacio de los Deportes as a family and the stay in this area of Coyoacán was very strategic, I would definitely come back, thank you!!

Beautiful home in the heart of Coyoacán! It is a few walking blocks to the center but plenty of food/bars along the way. To better help the description of the home there is one bedroom on the 1st floor, two on the 2nd, where the kitchen is located, and three on the 3rd floor. Largest beds are on the 3rd floor. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms spotless and plenty of hot water. Great home to accommodate a large party. I wouldn't suggest for elderly with mobility issues or toddlers without supervision due to the 4 flights of stairs. Also the patio on the ground floor and 4th floor are nicely decorated with plenty of greenery, great for photo ops!

The house was perfect for our large group. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Coffee shops, restaurants, and a wonderful bakery all close by. There is no AC, which was fine for us in April/May, but could be an issue during the summer months. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to our questions. We had a great time and would highly recommend this airbnb.

Angel and his staff were great! Very good communication, which is everything, and super helpful! Pros: very big, lots of plants, spacious kitchen, lots of bathrooms, fairly updated, not uncomfortable beds, great distance to the main part of Coyoacán, plenty of hot water, fans in each bedroom, washer and dryer on site, lots of dishes and glasses, large dining table. Gorgeous outdoor area downstairs and upstairs! Super easy check out, and of course, excellent communication. Cons: needs some maintenance in almost every room. No air conditioning (which is typical but hard for Americans with hot flashes!), the water purification system had two red dots indicating needed changing and it tasted weird. He offered to come look to see if it needed changing but we had already bought big jugs by then. No tupperware in kitchen, or pot holders so you may want to bring some if you plan to cook a lot like we did. Overall, the pros far outweighed the cons, had a great stay; would stay again!

Well, I'm a person using a cane; it was not pleasant to find as many stairs; which was complicated, as well as the separation of the areas we used; the living room downstairs, on the next floor the kitchen, and bedrooms, on the next floor, the terrace that was very comfortable as shown in the photos....In no way did the terrace have no maintenance , neglected, the very uncomfortable ( sunken) old chairs, the carpet with a lot of dirt below it, there was not even a single contact to connect anything. Bathrooms are rusty and old showers (no water leak maintenance ( listening to a drop all night) I didn't like the place as seen in the photos very different.

Thank you for your feedback. Our showers, it has no escape, you just had to close the red key, as we told you upon arrival. Okay, it is shown in the profile photo that it is a 4 story house. I consider, yes, it is not the best layout for someone with a cane, but after all, the layout and design of the house appears. Being someone with experience on the platform, one would expect that I would have those considerations. Greetings coordial.

The house is huge; ideal for group trips. Unfortunately due to the rain we couldn't use the terrace but it's nice; the beds are very comfortable; the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms with good finishes and very clean. Everything is very good. I recommend 100%

Because of the size of the house, it allowed us to gather the whole family. A little more maintenance to the house in some aspects I think would make it much nicer. The social area, dining room - living room, could be very small, but it is a matter of taste and family dynamics. The terrace, awesome, as we say in Mexico. The kindness of the cleaning people and Angel, outstanding at all times. The location is WONDERFUL. Thank you team.

Family had a great relaxing time with the kids. we enjoyed every moment at the house just lounging around. We loved that almost everyone had a bathroom the home is spacious and Angel was always just a text away and answered everytime right away with help. We were there for a wedding and we loved that the venue was so close and the amazing restaurants and historical places just blocks away! get frida museum tickets with time! gracias Angel!

Our family of 12 enjoyed our week at Angel's house! There was plenty of room to spread out. The rooftop was a great place to hang out each morning and evening. The beds were comfortable and and we appreciated the numerous bathrooms. The walk into downtown Coyoacon was a short 4 blocks. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we loved the convenience of being close by to many shops, restaurants and attractions. We highly recommend staying at this house and will certainly look to stay again if we travel back to Mexico CIty.

Our stay at this place was pretty awful. Starting with the place not being ready at checkin and having to wait almost an hour to be able to come inside. (But the host did want to charge us a whole extra day when we asked if we could check in two hours earlier!) Even with the wait, the cleaning wasn’t finished; there was hair and bits of trash on the rugs and someone’s dirty underwear was left in one of the rooms. The rooftop area was full of clutter and wasn’t inviting at all. The hammock that appears on multiple photos was replaced with badly patched holes on the wall. More and more false advertising! Unsecured baseboards with exposed nails. Windows with broken or missing handles, which were unsightly but more importantly, let the rain into the house, making everything wet. One of the showers was unusable with three tiny streams of water. Not to mention it was pretty gross. There was grime and mold in at least three of the showers. There was exposed cables sticking out of a wall, which feels pretty unsafe especially since a few of us had kids and babies there during our stay. The dining room table had a large piece of glass in the middle which was unsecured and would wobble open leaving a sharp corner sticking out. Imagine your kids not being safe at the dining room table! A few of the lights didn’t work, which meant we had to bring a lamp from another room just to be in the living room. And in the dining room, the light would come on and off arbitrarily. A broken toilet seat, an unsecured chair leg, and towels that seemed they’d been gnawed at by mice… our list grew and grew. Oh, and do not drink their filtered water! The filter was way too old and even after they changed it, the water tasted terrible! Yes- We had a pretty unfortunate run-in with Angel, who came to the house to tell us we couldn’t have guests there (we are a large family and our cousins came to visit). Without realizing we were being filmed (!!!), or that he was right outside the door, one of us name-called him- a pretty embarrassing mistake, which would never have happened if we knew he was in ear shot. Obviously we were already so upset that the place was so awful that we allowed ourselves to use cruddy language to describe him, never with an intention to offend. We are not the type of people to communicate our complaints with insults, it’s more like he caught us venting about the bad service. Granted, we made the mistake to gather in the house but paid the fine as soon as it was billed, and left the place in good shape. Nothing was damaged by our gathering. But we are pretty angry to think that our discomfort in the house would now be nullified by the misunderstanding which we both apologized and paid for. Mold, grime, broken furniture, and overall a pretty gross and crappy place- none of this relates to our mistake and we would have filed a complaint no matter what. Everyone who stayed at the house agreed that the place is kind of a dump and we all felt like victims of false advertisement. We apologized and paid for our mistake, will the host pay and apologize for his? There’s so many better places to stay in Coyoacan. We grew up in mexico and it was almost offensive to have to deal with this.

Your dishonesty and selfishness it’s outrageous, I’m so embarrassed you are able to behave like this after trespassing my property, throwing a party (witch was not allowed), moving the security cameras (which are announced in the listing and spotted to you during your check in), the fact that you and your relatives (which were not guest and they were unauthorized visitors at midnight) were aggressive and insulting, against me. I came to the property after 2 hours trying to reach you to suspend the forbidden party. You should be ashamed and apologizing, instead of that you decided to be more insulting by claiming a full reimbursement with false complaints (like the fact that you didn’t want to do check in 2 hours before, you asked me to arrive 6am, 9 hours before). I’m so sorry by accepting your booking, if I’ve known in advance that all the problems you’d be creating I’d be refusing your request, now I realize why you don’t had any evaluations, because I can tell this are your habits. Airbnb and my properties are there for honest, caring, respectful guests, since our relationship it’s build on trust, respect and mutual confidence, which you and your family are totally lack of. But no worries, I have tons of other costumers and evaluations that support me and my team work, professionalism and passion, and despite your mean, vicious, false, untruthful, and dishonest evaluation full of anger, we’ll keep hosting great people coming to enjoy and celebrate, not to abuse and damage. Everyone shares what they have in their heart. I hope you and your family how learn to be different…

I recommend Angel’s Airbnb to any large group’s stay. As a workspace or to relax and enjoy the area. The house is a couple blocks away from everything great and Coyoacán! Angel, Aurora and their team are truly dedicated to ensure their guests’ stay is as pleasant as possible.

The house is perfect for hosting many guests. The terrace is great for spending a pleasant time with a nice view. I don't recommend it for people who have trouble going up and down stairs, since it has many. Angel and his team's service, super attentive to everything

Our group that stayed was fairly large and we were very happy with accomadations. A couple of issues arose, but would not impede us from staying here again: a couple of loose boards on the floor in doorways, someone who came to clean but only removed trashbags and on second visit, forgot to leave bags in the trashcans, a not so friendy security guard at gate. These are minor things that were easy to resolve since our host, Angel, was extremely responsive and easy to work with. This house is on a premises where there are 2 other homes. Not sure if we missed it in the description but were made aware upon our check in. Because of shared walls, noise level must be kept down after 10pm. It made us be aware of this with a house full of teens, but we tried to be mindful and no issue arose. The house is 3 blocks from the Plaza so it made for easy walks there and to all the stores, restaurants, coffee shops, banks, pharmacies and the Mercado de Artesanias. As noted, the host was very responsive and helpful while we were there. He was easy to talk to and quick to find resolutions, when needed. I would definitely recommend, as well as stay here again.

The condo is great. Very comfortable with a great roof top patio. The beds were very comfortable and the host is really accommodating. I’ll use this home again for sure. Also Coyoacan is my favorite neighborhood in Mexico City

The house is really nice, big and spacious. You can still listen to the noise from the street, cars, and people passing by so be aware that you will probably not have the most peaceful sleep. Angel is very responsive and was willing to always help. I recommend this house for big families, friends or colleagues visiting the city. It's very close to Coyoacan's center.

Very nice place, very clean and very well-kept The only downside is that the house is in a complex with other houses (a kind of private mini) and this house is attached to the street and the entrance door of the complex. The street is extremely noisy and neighbors from very early (it was Sunday) start to come out and get in, unfortunately we didn't sleep at all right either of us. If that is not important to you or you sleep as a trunk, it is an excellent option.
