The house is simply spectacular; it even exceeds expectations. Everything is impeccably clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have everything you need for a perfect stay. The master bedroom deserves a special mention: it's really impressive. The common areas, such as the kitchen, living room and dining room, are very functional and cozy. The garden is perfectly maintained and the pool is ideal for enjoying and relaxing. Special thanks to Don Pancho for his kindness, attention, and availability at all times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a totally recommended place. Very good stay. The house is beautiful. We were a group of 10 people, and the house is very comfortable. The property is beautiful, but it needs some maintenance. A fan wasn't working, and since we were there for the weekend, they went to check it but couldn't fix it. I think it would be worth it if they gave the property more attention because it's well worth it. The beds and pillows are excellent, as are the metal chairs in the outdoor dining area, despite the The cushions are uncomfortable. The dining room chairs inside are very fragile. The house has very nice spaces. The vegetation is beautiful and you can see that it's very well maintained. The pool is lovely and warm most of the time. We hired Ms. Ángeles, who helped us prepare the food. I recommend her. She is very professional. It is three blocks from downtown Tepoztlán, so you can go out and explore.

The house is beautiful! My family and I were very comfortable. The pool was a good temperature and very enjoyable. My dog also had a great time. The rooms are very comfortable and the view of the Tepozteco is amazing! We will definitely be back :)

The house is beautiful, much better than the pictures. The gardening work is beautiful. The pool is an incredible size and has heating for an extra fee, and I highly recommend it. The rooms next to the garden are amazing, We booked breakfast and lunch service, and it's WONDERFUL!!! 100% recommended!!!! They cook delicious food and are more than friendly. Everything is within walking distance, and we plan to return many times. It's the perfect house to be with family or friends for a weekend or a week in Tepoz.

We stayed as a family from Friday to Sunday at the house. The house is very nice and very close to downtown Tepoztlán. We also enjoyed the pool a lot, which was heated. Mr. Don Pancho is very friendly and was very helpful during our stay.

Our entire stay was great. We felt at home. The support staff are very good, attentive, and helpful. The house is well equipped, the pool is good, and there are many places to read, talk, and relax. The ping pong table is great!

Everything was amazing. The service was very good from the start and the accommodation was super clean. The listing mentions a heated pool, and it's not actually heated, but it does have a cover that helps maintain the temperature, so we were able to enjoy it very much. It is also important to consider that only one of the bedrooms has air conditioning; the others have only a fan. Even so, our stay was very pleasant.

We had an incredible time at David's place. We were there for a wedding so spent a lot of time outside of the house, visiting the wonderful surrounding town. We only wish we could have had more time to enjoy the house. The pool was great and the views were incredible.

Very nice and spacious home. It was really close to the town center so it made it easy to walk to all the restaurants, coffee shops, and market. Each room had their bathroom which came in handy. Would recommend for big groups.

David's house in Tepoztlán is truly beautiful, with a spectacular view of the mountains that makes the whole place feel very special. We chose it to celebrate our daughter's birthday, and we had a great time. The pool was wonderful, and it was one of everyone's favorite spots over the weekend. Also, Pancho and Marco were super attentive at all times and helped us a lot with everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It's definitely a place we hope to go back to soon. Such a beautiful place, with views of the mountain, comfortable rooms, and a great pool for the whole family to enjoy. The owner’s suite was nice and roomy, with a comfortable bed, double sink counter, plenty of clothes storage, and a nice shower and bathroom. The other rooms were nice as well, and there is a large family area with many games. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep. This home exceeded our expectations.

The villa was a lovely place to stay. 4 of the bedrooms are in the bedroom part of the villa while the 5th is across the way in a newer building. The beds were comfortable, we had hot water for showers, and the cook they brought in made healthy and comforting meals for us. Pancho and Marco on site were super quick with any questions we had. The location is near downtown and the Posada, where several of the events we attended were held. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend it.

The place is just like the photos, the spaces are very spacious, in general the whole place is very clean, the food (which is an extra service that can support them) by sea is excellent, with a delicious home flavor and super friendly attention, just like the people who support there in the house are all very friendly and help you with whatever you need, the communication with David is excellent what you need. The communication with David is excellent to help you equally, the rooms in excellent condition, clean sheets and towels, just an observation, in the description it says that there is air conditioning and if there is, but only in the big room, to book that room if they suffer from heat in the evenings. We will be back soon!

We stayed in the villa with a group of 8 people in total and we had an amazing stay. The place is even bigger that we could imagine from the pictures, the pool was heated, very comfortable beds and furniture and all the common spaces were great to spend time all together. On top of that, we could not get enough of the breathtaking mountain view from the property. Big thanks to the attendants who were always there help with anything we needed and to our host David for his responsiveness, friendliness and flexibility. We highly recommend this place and will come back if we’re travelling again in the region.

Beautiful place, clean and comfortable, it is a plus that each room has its own bathroom. The service from the housekeeper Pancho and the amazing cook Mari made our stay a top star! Mari is such a good cook and Pancho was always available for anything we need. We are very glad we decided to use their services 👍🙂

We really enjoyed our stay! The photos don't represent the true beauty of the house. Every room was very comfortable. There are a total of 5 bedrooms each one with its bathroom. There is spacious secure parking inside the house. The house is located 10 minute walk from the main street. Streets in Tepoz are steep so wear appropriate shoes. Pancho and Mari truly made us feel at home. It was very convenient to have Mari cook for breakfast one day , it was delicious. They also helped us with getting safe and trustworthy taxis to move around town. I highly recommend staying here..especially if you have a big group.

A dream place especially if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in fullness surrounded by nature, my family and I had a very pleasant time! We loved that we made recommendations especially for the foods we ate very rich thanks to Miss Mari who prepared us delicious dishes !!! The place is very central, we only walk a few blocks. We would definitely buy their services again 😁
