The house is in a very good area, with many restaurants nearby. I feel like it was worth what I paid.

My family and I really enjoyed Kevin’s home! He was very responsive and accommodated my family. Peaceful area and close to the city center. It is a beautiful home and very nicely decorated. The rooms were a bit warm at times because of the humidity in the summer and rain. We would recommend this house to anybody. (:

The house is very large and very comfortable! In a very quiet, peaceful, and safe area, close to restaurants and the tourist area of Puerto Vallarta. Communication with Kevin was very good, and he was attentive to us during the days we were at his property!

Everything was great! We came in a group of 13 for my 40th birthday and the house accommodated all of our needs. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

The location was great: close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, but still quiet enough for relaxing evenings. Our family had a blast, and the hosts were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We absolutely loved this home! Even better than the pictures - it’s like a castle! So much space - great for groups or large families. The pool was of course a hit and location ideal for PV able to walk everywhere to shopping and restaurants. Kevin and his entire team were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. During our stay, when the situation in Puerto Vallarta became unexpectedly stressful, Kevin was extremely responsive, supportive, and reassuring. He made our safety his top priority and showed such genuine care and empathy during a very scary time. We truly felt looked after every step of the way. The home itself is absolutely beautiful—breathtaking inside, located in a very safe area, and fully equipped with everything we needed. My family and friends were so grateful that Kevin graciously allowed us to stay until we could safely depart. That kindness meant more to us than we can express. Despite the unexpected circumstances, we felt safe and protected the entire time. By the time we left, the city had returned to normal, and we would gladly come back to beautiful Puerto Vallarta and stay in Kevin’s home again. Very nice place

Had a great stay at this home in Las Gaviotas. It was the perfect homebase for a bachelor party weekend. Really loved the privacy and the space was incredible. The pictures really don't do it justice. It was the perfect space for a large group, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a gorgeous home that can fit up to 12 people very comfortably. Location-wise, it was a cheap, easy 10-15 minute Uber ride away from Zona Romantica.

Our stay in Puerto Vallarta was very pleasant due to the attention provided by Kevin. The facilities allowed us to be comfortable at all times. Excellent place if you're going with a large group of people.

The location was fantastic. ~15 minute walk to any restaurant in the area and beach. It was also a couple blocks away from any big busy street so was very quiet. The house itself was large and had big bedrooms and plenty of space for our large group. The outdoor space was the highlight with a large pool and outdoor shower. The bedrooms stayed cool with ac in each one. Host was extremely responsive. Really enjoyed our time and hope to visit again someday!

This place has literally everything you need! We stayed for 4 nights and I wish it was longer - the location is great with restaurants, shops walking distance, with nightlife no more than a 5-10 minute Uber/Taxi. The place has its own character and you won’t regret booking. Thank you, Kevin!

Kevin’s place was amazing! We felt right at home. All of the amenities were high quality. The rainfall showers and the bidet toilets were a major plus! Kids enjoyed the virtual reality gaming headset. The home is tastefully decorated and exudes a calming effect. Communication was great and Kevin was very accommodating with early check in and storage of luggage. Having access to laundry was also a major benefit of staying at Kevin’s place. There are restaurants and cafes that are within walking distance but most of the “action” is a bit further, 1-2 miles away. Be prepared to get your steps in for the day or call an uber. Would highly recommend staying here for large groups and if you want to be away from the tourist attractions and get a more local feel of Puerto Vallarta. If you stay during the weekend you might get the true local experience of your neighbors having a party that lasts from 6pm to 5am. Not kidding!!!!!

A totally perfect accommodation, the privacy and calm that the neighborhood has is unparalleled, any place you want to visit is no more than 7 minutes away by car, the house is so well equipped that leaving it is the last thing you think about, Kevin and his entire work team are always attentive to you for anything you need, they put a private Chef service, yacht and even a car at our disposal. We would definitely stay there again. Our trip was a bachelor party and at no time was there a problem with anything. 10/10.

We had a great stay at Kevin’s place. The location was perfect, the pool was beautiful, and the space was ample for our group of 11. Things that I was wondering before we came that turned out to be great: 1. Ubers are readily available and super cheap 2. There is a convenience store about a 3 minute walk away (if you have to go to the grocery store skip Walmart and go to La Comer) 3. Kevin is VERY responsive and helpful to issues that arise (the internet wasn’t working and he was very adamant about getting it to work ASAP while not interrupting our vacation) 4. There are games/activities to keep everyone entertained in the house (videogame console, games, puzzles - helpful for when the internet was out) 5. Plenty of restaurants near 6. Air conditioned common areas and bedrooms - we never felt hot during our stay

Kevin was an amazing host! The house was amazing and matched the pictures from the furniture to the decor! The house was in an easy to location to walk to local restaurants and stores for quick things! Kevin and Roberto were very responsive and responded quickly to any questions or anything we wanted to know. We did have an a/c issue and didn’t have a/c in certain areas of the house due to a power outage, and Kevin was very understanding and acted quickly to our discomfort, he even gave us recommendations to other properties he had ,that way we could go stay at to remain comfortable and continue to enjoy our trip! I highly recommend booking with Kevin if you’re coming to Puerto Vallarta! It was an amazing 1st time to Mexico experience and I will definitely be back!

We stayed 8 adults without a problem, everything was excellent, from the flexibility in the entry time to the answer of some doubts we had, a very spacious house with quite a few spaces, the pool was the meeting place and with the Bluetooth horn that was at our disposal by the host we passed phenomenal, the temperature of the warm pool with its solar panel heating system. We will definitely be staying here again, good WiFi, everything close by moving uber and an oxxo around. Thank you for everything Kevin and Roberto!

Kevin was a FABULOUS host. We could not believe that this place doesn’t have a super host status yet! The furniture, decor, interior water, features, and plants made this house into an oasis. We enjoyed our time inside the Airbnb as much as we enjoyed exploring the town. He was incredibly helpful, providing local recommendations for restaurants, things to do and was very flexible with us allowing us to keep our luggage at the property in between checkout and our departure flights. Honestly would stay here again and not even look for another Airbnb next time I’m in the area!

Kevins Home was incredible, it accommodate everyone who was traveling to this trip it also had all the space we needed and more. the area where is located is connivance to explore the local markets stores and even walking around the house felt peaceful and safe.

First time staying in PVR and Kevin's place far exceeded our expectations. Great space, amazing bedrooms and kitchens. One of the best pool/outdoor areas ive ever stayed. Great location. Easy to walk to anything we needed. And Kevin went above and beyond as a host. So accommodating to our group, responsive and just easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend this house.

We stayed a group of 9 at Kevin's house and the truth was excellent. The house is located in a quiet area and close to everything. The service was excellent from start to finish. The house is in great condition and very clean.

This house was wonderful. It had everything that we needed and more and was absolutely beautiful. We ended up spending more time in the house than we thought we would, simply because it was such a great place. The pool was clean and large. The kitchen was clean, as was the rest of the house. The wifi worked perfectly and was fast enough for multiple people to be working remotely. There were some great little restaurants around the area (go to Juan Tiberon!) and ubers to anywhere else you wanted to go were cheap and easy. We are considering another trip to PV simply to enjoy this house again. Kevin also gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area and was responsive whenever needed.

The villa is exactly as described. VERY beautiful, gorgeous photos everywhere! Check in was nice and easy! Communication with airbnb manager was very delightful and I was able to text him any time of day for questions and concerns. We are very satisfied with booking this airbnb. I can't recommend it enough.

We were bachelor party and the house met expectations. The best thing was the roast next to the pool.

It was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and Kevin’s place was absolutely perfect! The private pool made it all worth it especially with kids and a large group. The house was spotless and even more beautiful than the pictures. We took numerous Ubers from downtown and back and the Uber drivers never had any trouble finding the place. I would recommend for those who want to be just far away to enjoy some peace. Only recommendation to those considering with kids is to take nice grippy shoes, the entire house is tile and any amount of water can be very slippery. Overall we enjoyed our stay and my family loved the house!

This is a house that has a lot of character. Every room has uniquely curated artwork and we are all curious about the history of these pieces. All of the rooms and linens were clean and easy to find. We didn't have any issues finding the things that we needed. Kevin and the property manager, Roberto, were both very responsive to all of my questions. Kevin also provided a list of his favorite restaurants, which was extremely helpful.

The pictures don't do the place justice - from the outside it's unassuming and when you walk in it's large/airy, funkily decorated, lots of character. Quiet neighbourhood, walkable to nearby restaurants/bars. Large grocery store less than 20min walk of a 5min cab ride away. Easy enough to get to central PVR by taxi.

The stay at Kevin’s was wonderful for our wedding party. We enjoyed the pool and the space the home provided for us. Roberto the house manager was very responsive and even helped us set up sprinter transport for our sea adventure. We tried a few of the restaurants recommended and they were delicious! It is clean, spacious, and well decorated, gives you that cozy feeling. The host is amazing! Great lines of communication with Kevin he responded swiftly and very attentive. Also making us feel welcomed and appreciated with a complementary bottle of whine and chocolate on every pillow, such a nice gesture!
