Beautiful and large! Highly recommended

Excellent house for large groups. I went to San Miguel with my family and friends, and it was an excellent option to stay very close to downtown San Miguel. Everything was clean and in order. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Cristian’s home was absolutely amazing. We truly had a wonderful experience. The home was exceptionally clean and accommodated us perfectly. We were a group of 16 and we never felt overcrowded or that we didn’t have enough. When we did run out of towels/toilet paper, Cristian was SO responsive to us. Immediately taking care of our needs and even offered to reimburse if we needed to get the toilet paper on our own. The home was centrally located, we never had to worry all more than 20 minutes anywhere during our stay. You’re close to everything and uber service will come to you if you have to go further. The rooms were nicely laid out and a fun experience for us all. Would come back and recommend to all family and friends.

An excellent place to enjoy as a family Very nice decor

We had the best time staying here! Cristian was super accommodating and the place was even more beautiful than the pictures. During the trip we had to make last minute arrangements and his team did not hesitate to assist while allowing us to stay longer after check out. That is the kind of service you can only dream of when traveling! We will definitely be back here next time we’re in San Miguel de Allende. Might even be the reason why we come back. Everything was amazing!

A very nice house and very well located, it just needs a living room and in the upstairs room there are no dark curtains, so the light comes in from dawn and those who sleep there cannot sleep when the sun comes up

The home is absolutely precious. Cristain answered my concerns with a quick response. Alejandra was present when we arrived and she shared us a small history and she was such a doll. We will definitely rent this lovely home again because San Miguel is beautiful with rich culture an amazing community. Thank you Cristain sincerely

The house is amazing. Impeccable! Very well maintained! Very clean! Close to downtown, walking. Cristian was always attentive and ready to help. We really enjoyed the house!

The day before arriving at the house, Cristian was very kind to contact him to arrange the arrival time so that he had the keys ready and gave us access to the house. We were very pleasantly welcomed and the instructions for everything were clear and easy. The house is quite large and perfect for a large family or a large group. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The third floor terrace was super comfortable and had a very nice view. Cristian and the people who work with him were very friendly and very attentive to everything we needed. I highly recommend this house as it is located in a very central area and everything is within walking distance. We really liked that there were also several grocery stores within walking distance of the house when we needed water, fruit or food for my baby. The communication, service, hospitality and cleanliness were excellent.

Great place in a great location. Pictures represent it accurately. Roof top view is lovely. Wifi was spotty. Owner needs to better communicate a stronger wifi connection that they have available but was not pointed out. Good communication post arrival but could have been better on pre-arrival messages with regard to timeliness.

It has a very good location, it is close to downtown and you can walk without any problems. The house is very spacious and very nice, I definitely recommend it.

The house is super nice and comfortable for a large group, everything was in order and we felt super comfortable. We were going to go out to see more, but we loved the terrace so much that we decided to stay there and enjoy it. We definitely recommend it and would go back!

great place with a beautiful view, very clean, only issue was we lost water on the first night but Cristian was able to help us resolve the issue within a couple hours

Beautiful home close to the main plaza. Host was very responsive and helped with our visit. Would absolutely recommend staying.

We really enjoyed our stay. Cristian helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport as well as to the wedding we attended. It was probably a little more expensive, but for us it was very helpful & reliable transportation. The commercial area was just about a 5 minute walk. The house was gorgeous and everything was nice and clean.

Wow!! Muchas muchas gracias… this was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. It was perfect for our family get away. It was easy to get in, Christian communicated efficiently and it was super clean. We are already planning to come back again next year… if the place is available, don’t hesitate to book it before someone else does!!

An amazing house and a very good location, you have the center within a 10-minute walk. Everyone was amazed at how well kept the house and all the rooms are. Parking the car is a bit complicated due to the limited space to maneuver. But it has a parking lot half a block away that can be used.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cristian’s beautiful home in San Miguel, and it was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The space was immaculate and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local attractions and restaurants. I loved exploring the neighborhood and discovering hidden gems recommended by Cristian went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, providing thoughtful touches. Communication was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions.

House was beautiful and fit our group of 14 guests perfectly. Location is 13 minute walk to El Centro and is located in a great area. Just make note the house is located on Private Animas not the main road Animas. Would highly recommend!

My stay in was absolutely amazing. The place exceeded my expectations as it is even more impressive than the pictures. Cleanliness and order were spotless at all times. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms, cozy and perfect for resting after walking around San Miguel. The terraces were a real dream, with a beautiful view. I loved the elegant decor of the house, it is a relaxing and sophisticated atmosphere. Each space offers an exquisite design. This stay at this beautiful home is well worth it.

Highly recommended. The house is the same as in the photos. The garage is for small car. Extra spacious rooms. Capacity for several families. It has all the services. Very close to the main garden. We were very happy.

The house is very well located. Very nice decoration with lots of detail. The bedrooms are very nice and above all the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable, everything smells clean. The third floor terrace is very nice. The living room area for us was very small, but out of it everything is perfect. The most attentive and friendly host.

It was a fantastic trip and part of the success was the stay. The house smelled delicious, deli beds and pillows, and excellent service. Very close to the plaza and good restaurants. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything!

The house is very well located, the layout of the house is excellent and Cristian is always attentive and very attentive before and during the stay.

The place was fabulous and even nicer than the photos suggest. We had 9 people staying there but it really would be comfortable for up to 16 people. The larger bedrooms were quite spacious and the smaller ones were more than adequate for a couple. The 3rd floor outdoor area was ideal for gathering and the 4th floor roof terrace was breathtaking. The neighborhood was very nice. Some of us came back super late (from wedding events) and felt completely safe. It was a 7-10 min hike (uphill) to the core downtown area but there were a couple nice restaurants (and a GREAT empanada joint) within 5 mins walk. Service was really outstanding! Cristian was always available & helpful and the cleaning lady (Alejandra) was wonderful too. She changed all the towels and sheets TWICE over our 6 day stay! We found the place fine because Cristian sent us a pic but it is a bit hard to find - down a lovely but narrow street. On top of all this the kitchen (and the house overall) was well stocked. A+

Cristian was an excellent host. She kept in constant communication with me to make sure my stay was a pleasant one. The house has an excellent layout and location, just a few blocks away from downtown! Thank you again Cristian!

The house is well located, excellent decoration, very nice as in the photos, the beds are super comfortable, the beds are super comfortable, the house is quite spacious, it is a 10-minute walk from the main park, the manager answers your questions very quickly, the person who greets you is super friendly and they pass you the contact of a person so that they can bring you the contact of a person so that they can take you with you things you need from the street in case you don't want to leave. I would definitely stay again.

Very good host and very clean, great location.

It is a very nice and comfortable place, although we had a problem with one of the bathroom sinks, but Cristian solved it almost immediately, very good customer service.
