We had a wonderful stay here during my bachelorette party. The host was very communicative and connected us with chefs, boat operators, and tour guides. The houses were beautiful and spacious, and the pools were wonderful. Thank you for such a special trip! Highly recommend staying here.

This villa is incredible! I highly recommend it. I've stayed numerous times and will absolutely be coming back again very soon. The pools are amazing. The security at the front is incredible, and the kitchen is well-equipped.

This was the perfect house for our group of 11. We had so much space to hang and everything was clean and accurately described. It also felt very safe and was walking distance to some shops and restaurants which was helpful. Besides the house, the concierge staff with the house were incredibly helpful. They helped us book chefs, transportation, and excursions. They made this a truly seem less trip. 10/10 experience

We had a great stay. The property is beautiful there’s no doubt. Stephanie was helpful getting rides and activities set up for us. There are several markets and coffee shops and restaurants nearby that we enjoyed walking to. The neighbors are extremely close, which we didn’t realize. With a group size this large for this home, it was difficult to be quiet and we were contacted before 10pm our first night. If you’re looking for a place for a large group, consider your groups ability to meet quiet hours. The house looks and feels like a tropical paradise, and everyone has their own room and bathroom which is great. We also really enjoyed having two kitchens.

The property worked out great for our large group. We had a combined Bach/bachelorette party so guys were in one villa and girls were in the other. Sharing the outdoor space was perfect. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay! We rented both units for a group of 21, and there was more than enough space. Both kitchens are very large, bedroom sizes were so much bigger than we anticipated as well! The pool areas are perfect for a large group, and the pools were serviced and cleaned during our stay. The BEST part about this rental is the added concierge. Stephanie with AMA Tulum helped with everything from hiring a private chef, stocking groceries and even booking our transportation. The location is fabulous, and we felt incredibly safe walking to the coffee shops/market within 2-3 blocks. If you’re on the fence about booking here, don’t think twice! It’s the perfect space!!!

The shared Villa was perfection for our needs. It’s a little tricky to find the exact lot, especially when describing to transportation, but the instructions helped immensely and communication was quick and helpful. For a group of 17, everyone was comfortable with their own private space, but enjoyed the communal areas. Thank you so much for hosting us. It was a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the villas! We went for a bachelor/bachelorette trip and it accommodated our group perfectly. The location was absolutely perfect for our itinerary. Great for walking into town but also a quick drive to the Hotel area.

As advertised in the Airbnb description. Overall great house in a great neighborhood. Only complaint was the outdoor furniture could have been a little bit cleaner. We did have some maintenance problems, but as soon as I brought them up, the team sent someone out to take care of them same day. This Airbnb also comes with a concierge, which is extremely useful and helping plan your trip so keep that in mind. Overall great experience.

Incredible villa - perfect for a large group to be in one common location but still have space. Outdoor area is incredible and concierge service is so helpful. Would come back with a large group time and time again!
