A great place to go out as a family, and the private area gives us the tranquility we were looking for

A very nice and complete house. It has all the amenities. The welcome was excellent, even though it was a last-minute booking. Just a few small details to fix, such as certain air conditioners that didn't cool enough and one of the doors downstairs that didn't close. Small details that don't deserve to take away a star, but I'm sharing them for improvement. 10/10. I would stay at the place again!

Me and my family stayed at this house recently and it was everything we expected. Communication with the owners was the easiest thing and even if you have a question or are unsure about something they respond very quickly with an answer. The pool was definitely me and my family’s favorite spot we really enjoyed how beautiful and clean it is. This house is also conveniently right infront of the beach which was a huge perk. Overall we can proudly say this was worth every penny!

A very nice and cozy place. The route is a bit difficult... the access to get there, but from there, the place and the beach are beautiful. We enjoyed it very much.

Perfect location! This house easily accommodated my family of 7. We especially loved the sparkling clean pool, the Jacuzzi, and the abundance of fresh towels. Watching the stunning ocean view sunrise at 5:25 AM was a major highlight and totally worth waking up early! Josue and Michelle were also incredibly responsive and communicative. When we needed help with a clogged toilet and replacing the barbecue gas tank, they resolved both issues immediately. Just a helpful tip for future guests: be sure to pack your own shampoo, though hand soap is provided. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property!"

The house is very nice, even more so than what is shown in the photos, with a well-equipped kitchen. The proximity to the beach and the hot tub are a plus that we really liked. Josue was very kind in providing us with extra chairs, as we were a large group. To make check-in easier, ask Josue for the best route, as Google Maps makes you take a lot of unnecessary turns through narrow streets.

We had a great time staying at Villa Barenas. The house is exactly as described—clean, spacious, and stocked with all the essentials. It is directly on the beach with some great views, especially from the upstairs balcony. The host was very communicative and assigned Michel to take care of us for the weekend. She was super helpful throughout our stay. The beach was a little dirty around the house, likely due to all the rain prior to our arrival, but our host immediately sent staff to clean the area so we could fully enjoy it. The locals were also very friendly and welcoming. Getting to the location was a little tricky since it's off a dirt road and had some recent closures and large puddles from the rain. Our GPS kept redirecting us, and we got lost, but I reached out to Michel and she hopped on a video call to direct us to the house. The location is in a quieter part of the neighborhood, which we really enjoyed. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Tela.

Outstanding place and service

Beautiful beach house! Our family enjoyed the beach, jacuzzi and pool. Michel was there to greet us at check in and check out. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and locals were very welcoming. We would love to come back to Tela and stay here again!

Joshua's house is very beautiful, just as described and shown in the photos. It is a very clean and tidy place and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Josué left Michel in charge of receiving us and supporting us with whatever we needed and he was extremely efficient. We forgot some things and she kindly sent someone to buy them for us and this was a great touch and I really appreciate it. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Although the weather was rainy, we had a great time. The Jacuzzi was perfect because of the weather. But the pool is also very nice and clean. When we left, on the road we had a mishap, due to the rains the street was full of puddles and they prevented us from passing and both Josué and his wife gave us their support, which speaks very well of the human quality they have. I definitely recommend this place 100%.

our family really enjoyed the place, suited for all ages, we enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, 1 min walk to the beach. kitchen was well packed, we grilled. Everything was as described and made our stay so enjoyable, already in my fav list to go back.

A very quiet and clean place, the people in charge were attentive to our messages, 100% recommended, if I have the opportunity to return I would gladly do so.

From the arrival with my Family we were delighted, the house is in front of the beach and the house is beautiful and cozy, as shown in the photos. The house had everything you need, clean and tidy. The people who gave us the house were very friendly and Samuel who supported us with everything we needed, excellent customer service👌 I recommend it in its entirety and I hope to return soon
