She was great! Always reaching out to make sure we were set and if we needed help. Great location. Big bedrooms each with a bathroom we loved it!

Guiliana and her family were very responsive to our needs. She replaced the washer when I told her I thought it needed a service call. The home was clean and well-equipped. It's walled and gated, and the neighborhood is safe. The main-floor master bath had hot-water issues, which they attempted to resolve by replacing the valve, rather than tearing into a wall while we were there. It slightly improved things, but unlike the upstairs shower, which was very hot, it never reached a warm temperature. It's a great location with super neighbors. My wife loved the walkability. The Surf Club, a sports bar/restaurant a block south, has very nice staff, good drinks, and great food. The Sidebar Restaurant has an amazing bartender, a large list of cocktails, and outstanding food. Their octopus appetizer was super, and the seared/blackened tuna was world-class. Sopa Pizza is good as well. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. The price was very reasonable. Guiliana and her family are excellent hosts.
