House is perfect for big parties there is plenty of room and space. There is room for everyone privacy. The kitchens space is perfect to cook meals as a family plenty of pans. The pictures don’t make justice to how spacious and nice the house is. The patio area is perfect for a cook out and the pool is good size. Overall the stay was great comfortable beds and host answers quickly. Will be booking again for my future vacations.

We booked for a family reunion and it was great for a large group. Everyone enjoyed the home and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking meals. The pool having a gate was also a big selling point since we had little ones with us. It was very spacious.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable vacation. The host was kind, welcoming, and always responsive. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we made wonderful memories here. We would gladly stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

If you are looking at reviews debating on getting this air b n b … GET IT!!! Pictures do not do it justice!!! So nice and homey! A/C units will have the home cold on those humid afternoons. Perfect to park 4 cars inside the gate. Area seemed safe. We have absolutely no complaints. The water in the pool was so nice and fresh and not too cold, perfect for the peñasco weather! We will definitely be rebooking this air b n b. Had all necessary amenities ! ! Malecon was like a 4 minute drive and beach was like 6 minutes! In quiet area, so not noisey at night!

We had an amazing stay, and Diana was the perfect host. She was incredibly responsive—when we had an issue with one of the A/C units, she had someone come by and fix it within minutes, which was much appreciated. The pool was fantastic, and having it gated made it perfect for our little ones. The location is ideal, situated right between the Malecon and Calle 13, making it easy to explore everything. If you're looking for a family-friendly place, this is definitely the one! Highly recommend! 😊

I really enjoyed the house. It is spacious and nice. The air conditioning is available throughout the house. The beds are comfortable. The location is good and bad. The good thing is that it is close to lots of things to do and lots of restaurants. The bad is it is next to empty lots and in an older part of the city. The good out weighs the bad in my opinion and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The place was great very spacious, fits a lot of people, I love how it’s one building but has its separate space at the same time! The home is very secure with a gate! Making you feel safe! Diana was quick and responsive when I had questions! The pool was great I loved how it has a side for children most definitely will be booking again!

We had a wonderful time and Diana was spectacular host. Beach was near but,about a 7 min drive to playa hermosa we enjoyed our time there with many locals. Fantastic experience. The house was perfect for both kids and adults. Enough space in the house for 11 people.

This place exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. The space was roomy, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The house was spotlessly clean from top to bottom, and you could tell it was well taken care of. We loved the pool—it was the perfect way to relax and cool off, and the A/C kept the whole house nice and comfortable even in the heat. Communication with the host was seamless—super responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, the pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s even better in person! We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and relaxing getaway. The only thing we had a little trouble was at first looking for the address. Airbnb doesn’t give accurate location but Diana was very helpful!

great place to stay 10/10

The place was perfect for my kids and parents. There are 2 separate 3 bedroom homes very roomy! There were 12 of us and it was perfect! We even had extra unused beds. Well supplied kitchens with lots of pots pans & dishes...all you need! gas n charcoal grills available in 2 separate gazebos. we had both since we rented both houses. Loved the private pool and safe indoor locked parking. Loud music around so as long as you take your earplugs you will be ok.

Diana was very helpful, any time I had a question she got back to me quick. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. If and when I return to Rocky Point I would want to stay at her place again!

It was a great place to stay very nice, pool was awesome and all interior was great. Only thing I will let know is that be carefully when guys on a bike that not look good dressed ask you for money to buy you seafood they will keep the money and won't come back.

Spacious home with all amenities listed. Gated parking and enough space for parking. Got to enjoy the outside space and the pool area. Beds were comfy and the place was very clean. Definitely recommend staying here!

Diana was always attentive and responsive. We had an amazing weekend and New Year's Eve. The house has two units; each floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a laundry room on each floor. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, and the patio has enough space for about 4 cars. We would definitely come back to this house, and of course, I recommend renting this house when you come to Puerto Peñasco.

Diana was super helpful and would respond in a timely manner. The place was amazing, and my family and I had a great time. Love the fact that the pool area was gated and it was divided for the little kids. The beach and El Malecon were about 5-10 minutes away, and it was a great commute. The only downfall was that there were a lot of aunts even when there was no food, but overall, it was a great place for a family vacation, and I would definitely recommend it.
