We stayed four nights with our children and my parents. The view of the ocean from the balcony is even better than the pictures on the website. It is stunning. The pool was perfect for my five year-old and one and a half year-old. We enjoyed mornings slowly out there, and evening swims the chef and the cleaning were a huge plus. They couldn’t have been more friendly the six seater golf cart is the best thing to have in Punta Mita. The concierge staff was extremely responsive and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Incredible stay with outstanding service. The shallow plunge pool was used far more by our kids than we would have thought and was a great way to fill any quiet time before a dinner or bedtime

We absolutely loved 202D! Our concierge was very helpful and did a lot for us-he arranged a scuba diving boat, a fishing excursion, reservations, meals at home. The housekeeper and cook were also lovely humans!!

Our stay at this stunning Marietas apartment in Punta Mita exceeded every expectation. Mario’s exceptional concierge services made our trip seamless. With less than 12 hours notice, Mario was able to find us a Divemaster to organize a scuba trip to the Marietas Islands that became our trip’s highlight. This rental has a private chef on staff, and breakfast and lunch are included in the price!Every meal prepared by Chef Eder was spectacular. Our housekeeper, Blanca, maintained the apartment in pristine condition with remarkable attention to detail. She helped out with daily laundry, washing up dishes, etc. The nearby Pacifico golf course was absolutely amazing, one of the best maintained courses I’ve played on. Pro was awesome for lessons. The rental included 6-person golf cart that was invaluable for getting around Punta Mita - we used it to visit beach clubs and hotels, and to transit to meet our boat for scuba diving.

Our stay was wonderful, the service impeccable! We can’t wait to go again!

The trip of a lifetime! Majestic views from the balcony watching whales breaching. Incredible service from Mario, our wonderful concierge; Blancca, our delightful housekeeper; and two lovely chefs who provided delicious daily breakfasts. VEHM took care of any questions I had prior to arrival and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay while in Punta Mita. 10/10.

An amazing place, we had a great time

My family and I just spent 8 glorious days at this property and it was absolutely phenomenal. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean! Blanca was an absolute treat, keeping the space clean and making lovely breakfasts each morning. Esaú was fantastic to deal with, always responsive and happy to answer any questions we had or make a reservation. We were able to to rest and relax, which is exactly what we needed. We enjoyed all of the beach clubs and what they had to offer. All in all, fantastic trip and we will definitely be back!

Great vacation rental for a family. Beautiful living area/kitchen and 3 very nice bedrooms for everyone. Tons of space and also close to the neighborhood club house, with a game room (ping pong, foosball, air hockey) and additional pool. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Had full access to all the beach clubs. Surfing was great in the AM before it got busy, and then was nice to relax at Sufi club, which was just a few minutes away and not as crowded as some of the other clubs. We had a great time.

Beautiful unit, spotless with a gorgeous view. Very nicely decorated and super comfortable. A lovely woman cooked breakfast and cleaned daily.

The best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. My family didn't think I had contacted them through the app. The service they gave us was spectacular. We spent most of our days in the pool and the food they prepared for us was delicious. We would definitely return on our next visit to PM

Wonderful place!

Beautiful place, awesome view and very comfortable. The chef/maid is very nice and helpful as Is the concierge. Tons of space and it’s in a perfect location. Having the golf cart was so much fun to take into town for dinner at night and drive to all the beach clubs during the day. We will be back for sure. My family loved it here.
