We loved the four nights we spent at Alexandra's place in San Pancho! First, the house is just so tastefully decorated, truly stunning! Second, the pool is perfect for a small family (August is peak heat in Riviera Nayarit so the pool was our happy place - we spent HOURS in there). Third, it's a really fun place for kids - the pool and beach toys, the books, the little areas for sitting, the dining table - all perfect for young children. Fourth, the casitas is such a cool part of the house - my wife had work she needed to take care of, and she was able to hide out in the back and get it done while I watched the kids. Fifth, our caretaker Laura was fabulous. Super responsive, helped us with everything we needed, from local recommendations to baby sitters.

We loved our stay at Alexandra’s home. The manager, Laura, was super helpful and responsive and gave us a lot of local recommendations. The home is exactly as described and pictured, and looks even better in person. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, but you probably won’t want to cook at home because you’re steps from incredible restaurants and cafes. The location is STELLAR, maybe the best in town. The outdoor space is wonderful and our kids really enjoyed the salt water pool. The rooftop space was an added bonus where we could exercise in the morning and play Rummikub at night after the kids went to sleep. Beds were comfortable, everything was very well stocked, and the home is beautifully appointed. It was hard to leave, we felt so comfortable and right at home. San Pancho is a special little town and Alexandra’s home made our first visit there even more enjoyable. We will be back!

Alex's place exceeded our expectations. We went with another family and we all loved the pool, the lay of the house and casita, the palapa, the location. It was absolutely perfect and we plan to return!

This exceptional casa in San Pancho is a true hidden gem—a place you genuinely won't want to leave. From the moment we booked, the communication was fast and clear. The location is absolutely prime. Not only is it steps from the beach and incredible restaurants, but it puts you right in the heart of the town's wonderful atmosphere. San Pancho is a truly safe, friendly, and welcoming community with a relaxing, artistic vibe. The house itself is a sanctuary, thoughtfully stocked with every amenity a family could need, and it is decorated with such beautiful, local style. If you are lucky enough to see this house open, do yourself a massive favor and book it immediately. It is, without a doubt, a place we will be eager to return.

I can only say amazing things about this house. I live in PV and had some family and friends in town and wanted to show them somewhere else outside town. This house was the perfect place to do it. The house is beautiful and so comfortable, and the common areas were great for us all to hang out (pool, hammocks, games, comfy chairs). It’s close to everything, but really private and quiet as well. We truly could not be happier with our stay. This is easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in, and was very sad to have to leave it! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, all the advice, and for generally just being so nice in your communication with us.

We had an amazing stay at Alexandra's beautiful home. The casita in the back was a great spot to hang out and cool off from the heat, and the pool was wonderful during the day, but also at night with the pool lights on. The ACs in the bedroom made it really comfortable for sleeping and we loved seeing the roosters, cats and dogs right outside our door. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home - awesome indoor-outdoor space, private pool, plenty of shade for warm days. Excellent location just a few blocks off the main street with restaurants, etc. Free morning wake-up by neighborhood roosters. Just a short walk to the beach. Excellent restaurants nearby. House manual was very helpful for recommendations. House is clean and comfortable, host very helpful including arranging our transport to/from PVR. House has staff to maintain - we saw a gardener, pool person and housekeeper during our 6 day stay. Would stay again and recommend to others!

We and our two daughters and son-in-law loved, loved your place: so many great and comfortable places to hang out inside and outside, a very well-equipped kitchen, lovely little pool, very comfortable bedrooms, terrific "roof deck!" And best of all, Laura's help and responsiveness made all the difference: she responded to any and all requests and questions so quickly, has a great sense of humor and was always willing to help! Couldn't have asked for more!

The house is very comfortable and was perfect for my family. San Pancho is a charming beach town & this house is a quick walk to the beach & center of town. We felt safe. We spent a lot of time in the pool. It was the highlight for my children. The house also looks much bigger in person. It felt like a private resort. Laura was also was also very communicative.

Alexandra's home was lovely, the craftsman ship of the house was stunning. Everything our family could have needed was supplied. There was a hook everywhere you needed one, super clean and comfortable linens, wonderful picture books and games, even a beach bag. The house made for a dream vacation, the outdoor spaces and the pool made us feel like we were in our own resort. The location could not be beat, central to everything in the village and the beach, but felt a world away when inside. We fell in love with the home and the town of San Pancho. The house manager Laura went above and beyond to share local tips and answer any questions. Communication was top notch. Everyone in the family agreed this was the best place we've ever stayed!

We had a magical stay and look forward to returning. This home is even more beautiful in person, the photos don’t do it justice. It is well appointed and we had literally everything we needed for a week of fun in San Pancho. The local host Laura lives around the corner and is truly wonderful. We had trouble returning our rental bike when we were departing (the rental shop owner wasn’t on site as promised, lol) and she quickly helped us and resolved the issue. Laura felt like a girlfriend who was giving us her hottest travel tips!

Absolutely stunning home. We felt so at home and cared for. The location was fantastic — very walkable to the main street and the beach, but tucked away on a quieter street (there is also a coffee shop right across the street). The pool was obviously a main attraction, and we loved the availability of games (Kapla is a new fave), as well as the rooftop hammock chill zone. Would 100% recommend.

Stayed for a week with our adult kids and grandkids and everyone loved it. The house is beautiful and spacious and the pool is amazing. Would definitely stay again and would wholeheartedly recommend.

Our second time at Alexandra’s house was wonderful and we will keep coming back with our children. It is an ideal location, has all the amenities to feel like your own home, and provides the central location for new adventures within San Pancho and the Nayarit area.

Lovely place to stay! The villa is even more beautiful in person. The location is great, just 1 block off the main street with many shops around if you need. The hosts were incredible and all went smoothly. I highly recommend this beautiful villa and would definitely stay here again!

Alexandra’s place is my new favorite! It is a beautifully decorated and well designed! Everything was well organized and in great condition! I can’t say enough about the water filtration system. It’s worth it weight in gold!! Loved this place!

This was my second stay with a group of friends. What a lovely little oasis. The sisters have thought of everything. Only trouble is you might not want to leave the house :-)

We’ve been to Mexico many times in various areas along the west coast and this was by far one of the best places. The house had all the amenities to make our party of 8 very happy. LIVED that we could walk out to shops and restaurants so easily and yet when we were within the compound the night life was non-existent (unless you were on the roof top). We are already planning for next year

Unforgettable. The best way to get to know San Pancho is to stay right here. The home design is just as impressive as it looks in photos. Comfy beds, lots of amenities for kids, and a very serious water purification system. Their host will even tip you off to turtle releases, which are unpredictable. If you need to buy anything the market is a block away.

It is rare to find a true family vacation home in this platform still. This is one. The family uses this home. So all the comforts of your home including all the kitchen gear can be found here. It is in a small town. Very walkable You don’t need a car if you are open to the handful of places to eat and things to do in the area. We had a nice stay and just kept to San Pedro for a week.

This is a gem of a place in such a sweet town. I couldn't ask for more. Clean, luxe, two blocks from the mains street, minutes to the beach, great restaurants nearby, lovely pool, you name it. The communication was excellent. They connected us to an airport taxi service, had great local recommendations and were always responsive. Highly recommended!

I’m hesitant to share how wonderful this place is as we plan to come back regularly…. But it is such a little sanctuary right in town that is very equipped to feel at home, especially for kids! Toys, high chair, pack n play, wonderful pool - my two kids were very happy there. And adults will enjoy all the thoughtful design touches. Maybe my favorite Airbnb ever and I’ve stayed in over 100 all over the world.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alexandra’s. The house itself is gorgeous, thoughtfully laid out and extremely functional. Our young kids loved having easy access to the pool and enjoyed the upstairs hammocks. The house is well situated in the town with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. One thing to note for future renters, we cooked a fair amount during our stay and while the kitchen is well stocked in terms of cooking utensils, there wasn’t much for cooking essentials beyond salt and pepper. That said, the local grocery store had most of what we needed and sold the essentials (ex. cooking oil) in small sizes perfect for a short stay. The manager, Laura, was very responsive and helpful. A pleasure to deal with. All in all we loved our stay and will definitely be booking again.

We had such an amazing stay!!! Very comfortable with 3 adults and a toddler. This is the perfect location in town, very walkable and close to cafes, restaurants, the farmers market and parks. Yet it was peaceful. We could have stayed here for weeks and can’t wait to return. The pool is perfect, bedrooms comfortable and kitchen well equipped. We also loved the whole house water filtration system. Thank you!!

Love the house! Just a few minute walk from the beach. AC in the rooms and ceiling fans all over the house. The kitchen was great for cooking and the pool gave us a great escape when we were feeling too tired from the day to walk all the way to the beach after dinner! Our family of 5 stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Alexandra’s place is an incredible spot as advertised and as reviewed previously. Ideal layout, very nice rooms, and the pool is a must in warmer months. Perfect for our family and young children. Highly recommend!

The host was very communicative and proactive. The house manager Laura arranged our transportation and provided us with local recommendations which were very helpful. The house is well supplied and organized. It feels homey and welcoming. The house is centrally located, making walking to all amenities amazing. The pool area feels like a resort and is five star. We had to travel in July which is a very hot season for the area (would not have been our first choice). Please note the bedrooms are air conditioned but the main areas of the home, including the kitchen, are not. When it is that hot, it is hard to find a space to gather all together where you are not sweating to death. In other seasons, the open flow and spaces of the house would be amazing!! Just be aware if traveling in the hot season, be prepared for the heat and spending time in your bedroom to cool off. Rent this house!! It is fantastic.

We had a wonderful time Alexandra’s place! What we loved: the many lounges and nap reading areas, the huge kitchen with everything you could think of needing!The pool, pool toys and outdoor lounge areas! The amenities! The outdoor rooftop hammock deck! The accessible location to everything! The birding right from the pool! Did I mention the pool and all the pool toys! We loved having AC & fans, we took advantage of both. We loved having filtered drinkable water, what a treat! We loved Laura our local host, she was extremely helpful and available! We already have plans to return and stay longer! No complaints at all. Maybe don’t plan your trip over their Labor Day week, May 1st…our first day was filled with very loud fireworks which thankfully didn’t occur again. Thank you Alexandra for sharing your gorgeous home!!

Truly paradise. san pancho is a delightful village and this home left nothing to be desired. Great location off the Main Street but close to everything. VERY COMFY beds. Lots of ways to keep busy or relax and do nothing at all. Perfection!

Our stay at this house was truly amazing. We were two families with four kids ages 5-7 and the house provided everything we needed - awesome pool including floaties, multiple hammocks, cornhole boards, big kitchen, comfy beds, many places to relax and play, games and blocks, filtered water everywhere, and a tv. Alexandra has truly thought of everything (which we especially noticed after moving to another house for the remainder of our trip). Laura, the local host, was so helpful in providing transportation from the airport, answering house questions before we arrived, and gave us a contact for a great babysitter so the parents could go out one night. We loved San Pancho so much, and we hope to be back and stay here again!

This is the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed in: exceeded expectations based on photos, perfect location not in the middle of noisy tourist restaurants but so close and easy walking distance to get there. Great residential neighborhood with restaurants, groceries, coffee shop, bakery, everything within a few blocks. Beach easily accessible. House layout better than we understood for traveling with family/kids or couples traveling together. Lots of spaces to relax, spread out. Very private and safe. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Laura (local Manager) was incredible: responded to all inquiries immediately, friendly and helpful, arranged our airport transport both ways. At the end of our stay one of us became extremely dehydrated and sick, and Laura took us to the nearby hospital, communicated with hospital staff on our behalf in Spanish (we speak some Spanish but not enough, esp not medical vocabulary) and our patient was diagnosed and treated compassionately and quickly. We’ll be back!

My parents and I had a lovely stay. The home is massive - perfect for larger groups or multi-generational families. It was wonderful to swim in the large pool each day and swing in the hammocks upstairs. It’s a perfect location for quick walks to the main street and the beach as well. My only constructive criticism is that some of the towels and sheets need to be replaced - some had holes in them. Thanks for a lovely stay overall.

The house is in the best spot in San Pancho (I’ve been many times) quiet and centrally located. So well designed, clean, well appointed and the backyard/pool area to die for. Everything about our stay was above and beyond. Traveling abroad with a family always has its share of things that could be difficult and this property (and Laura the house manager!) make those concerns go away. It truly has it all. We spent our mornings shopping for local produce for breakfast/lunch or visiting one of the local cafes and our afternoons at the house pool or the beach. Everything, including the beach, is within 10 minutes walking and there are so many restaurants we never went the same place twice. Amazing local food and drinks. We will be coming back!

We just spent a week in this true gem of a home, in a true gem of a town. We are a family of 4 (9 year-old twins), and this house was perfect for us. The house is beautifully decorated, immaculately kept, and very comfortable. The location was great, close to town, but on a very quiet street. Although the beach is very close, we spent most days lounging around the pool, or hanging out in the huge upstairs palapa. Laura, the house manager was extremely responsive, and helpful with suggestions/transportation/planning day trips, etc. All of the recommendations were spot-on. We hope to return to San Pancho, and this home, in the future.

We had a great time in San Pancho. The house was perfect for our 3 generation family. We loved all the outdoor spaces and used the pool every day. We appreciated the water purification system--everyone drank water from the tap without worrying. Definitely hope to book the property again next year.

This house is amazing! The location is perfect, close enough to the Main Street to access everything but far enough for it to feel quiet and quaint. We loved the pool and were totally surprised by the size of the upstairs area in the backyard with hammocks! The backyard casita was just perfect in every way!

Ahhh, one of my most favorite Airbnb experiences. As a host myself I really appreciate well thought out spaces and great communication. We did not need for anything at Casa Las Hermanas. Everything we needed to cook with was at our fingertips, everything well organized and the most wonderful kitchen. Like many other reviews, the casa/outdoor space was so cozy, inviting and beautiful that I hardly wanted to leave. The only downside was that our stay was too short. The next time we stay longer and no doubt will be staying at Casa Las Hermanas. Thank you Alexandra and Laura for being such gracious hosts.

Perfect for our 3-generation family. So beautifully designed but perfectly comfortable. Wonderful touches for kids - books, toys, play areas, and pool toys. Clear and prompt communication with the manager, Laura. Convenient location, but just outside the busiest and noisier part of town (we visited over Xmas, the busiest and noisiest it probably gets). Restaurant recommendations were spot on. Purified water was an appreciated perk.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! My family and I have fallen in love with it. A wonderful place to rest and be with family. From check-in until we left, they were very helpful to us. The place is highly recommended!

Amazing stay! The kids loved the pool so much we didn’t even make it to the beach! Everything in the house had so much detail. We really enjoyed the pool and upstairs deck with hammocks. The kitchen was great we even had a private chef the first night. The rooms were all air conditioned and ceiling fans in all the rooms. My only complaint would be that there was no shampoo or body wash provided, just hand soap, but we were able to pick some up down the street. Also the hand pump seemed a bit small for all the floaters, so we didn’t bother pumping them Love the outdoor shower outside and it was perfect with another couple who took the back casita. However there was no internet service in the back house, main house was fine. I think they may have upgraded their WiFi recently. Overall can’t wait to book again. Laura the house manager was so responsive and gave great recommendations. She even hooked us up with a local gal for early morning turtle watching at the beach. Unfortunately we didn’t see any that day but it was great to walk along the beach before the sun even came up. Thanks for a wonderful stay and making it so kid friendly. My girls loved all the little toys, stools, and the dream catcher twin room. All they wanted to do was stay in the house!

I was drawn in by the pictures of this place, but boy is it even better in person! Everything you've read in the reviews is spot on and more. Casa Las Hermanas is a complete gem in the center of San Pancho. We were blown away by how stylish, cozy, and welcoming the place felt. The pool was the highlight of our stay as we didn't know it would be so hot this time of the year, so we found ourselves lounging more than we anticipated, but those were some of our best times. Laura was so very helpful in getting us into the place and making sure we had all the information we needed to get around town, get our covid testing, etc. She knew when to reach out and when to pull back and let us just enjoy our stay...a perfect host in my book! San Pancho is a sweet escape from the hustle and bustle of Sayulita. Wonderful restaurants and cafes, great shops, taxis and beach are just down the street...it's all so conveniently close to the home. Book this place, you won't regret it...you'll only regret that you couldn't just stay a little bit longer!

We could not have loved the house more. It was a perfect size for our group, well appointed, and had a wonderful pool. We would go back in a heartbeat!

An amazing house with everything for a perfect vacation!!! Super impressed with the little details and the numerous spaces for relaxation. The pool area is amazing, the kitchen is amazing, the palapa was a great place to enjoy activities and the open concept ties it all together...basically every space was well done with immaculate touches. There is A/C in the bedrooms and numerous fans in every space of the house, so always have a breeze or place to chill during the long hot days. The cherry on top for us was there was a crib and high chair for our baby, which was so helpful. Lastly the location was perfect. You are a short walk to all the action and the beach, right across the street is a sleek new space with amazing coffee, and on the street are a couple delicious healthy restaurants.

Such a wonderful space in such a wonderful town. We stayed for 10 days and could have easily stayed for months. We spent much of our time by the pool - and felt so comfortable throughout the house.

This house is beautiful. It is clean, has a well stocked kitchen, a great pool, a mid-week cleaning service, plenty of space for 7 people to spread out, and walkable to the beach and restaurants. If I were in San Pancho again I would definitely stay here. The communication before and during our stay was timely and clear.

The house is beautiful, super comfortable. The photos don't do it justice. Comfortable beds, very clean, and a well‑stocked kitchen. Everything you need to spend a few incredible days in San Pancho. The only negative thing I can say is that the housekeeping service during our stay was not so good. Even so, the house has everything you need to have an amazing time. 100% recommended.

It's hard to overstate how beautiful, convenient and comfortable this home is. It was obviously very recently renovated, with modern, VERY quiet A/C in each of the bedrooms for a comfortable night's sleep, and a lovely, welcoming layout with plenty of great seating. There's even a romantic alcove and outdoor dining table and a Sonos music system so you can hang by the pool and listen to your favorite tunes. This amazing place is situated on a side-street in downtown San Pancho -- just a few steps from the lively, food- and boutique-filled main drag, but far enough away from the fun hubbub to be totally quiet and private. When we walked in, our jaws dropped -- the street where the home is situated is modest, but the house is anything but. You're met with a spacious kitchen with stone countertops, modern appliances, a big living area, and a full, glass-walled french door that leads to a wonderful pool outside. And for us (we traveled with our kids), we were delighted to discover that our big master bedroom/casita sat just on the other side of the pool, a few steps from the house. Almost a 2nd house unto itself, it gave us parents total, welcome privacy. And the roof deck with hammock chairs is a great escape, too. Can't say enough about this lovely home! Communication was easy, both with the owner and the in-town house manager. A must-stay.

This is one of the best houses where we stayed. A top on the list with no doubt. Alexandra and Laura had simple but greatest details to make our visit more special.

Alexandra and Laura are amazing. They helped us have an incredible stay. The house is much better than in the photos, ideal for traveling with children and babies. 100% recommended.

The house is really great for a big family or two or even three small families. The pool area is amazing and the casita on the back is just great. Really helpful host too. We had to move our travel dates and she was really understanding and helped all the way through the process. There is a brand new coffee shop that just opened just in front of the house, a few steps away that’s really cool too. Would definitely come back if I’m in san pancho again.

We were there for a 10 day stay. And after a long 5 months home our stay was magical. The place is beautiful with so many special touches. I was happily surprised when we got there. The whole house is super well equipped. Laura the house manager is awesome and answers any question within minutes. If your looking to share this house between two families, it’s perfect and gives you just the right amount of privacy. It’s a 8 minute walk to the beach and has small grocery stores close by. We will definitely be back.

Your home away from home. Everything was perfect. This is a house that has been lived in. Not your typical rental place. Perfectly equipped. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Laura was attentive and available at all times. Alexandra made the booking effortless and fast (we decided to go the day before we travelled, and she was on top of every detail). Teddy the chef was excellent and san pancho is a spectacular place to be in. The truth is Laura and Alexandra have the right answer or suggestion to any need you might have. I will not hesitate to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Fantastic, beautiful house and good location in town. There is ample space to hang out and the kitchen is very well equipped to cook. The water filtration system is a big plus! Easy to communicate with Alexandra and the house manager Laura, who was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Great place, excellent host.

I can't say enough good things about this house. Every aspect from the layout, to the decor, to the ammenities were perfect. I especially loved how open and bright it was as well as all the different hang out options. It was our first time traveling with our 11 month old and the house had everything we needed for her. Alexandra had a brand new pack-n-play and highchair ready and set up for when we arrived which was extremely helpful. Laura the house manager was also awesome. She was very easy to communicate with and when we had an issue with the air conditioner she had people over to fix it that afternoon. Thanks for making our stay in San Pancho so great!

Alexandra's place is delightfully stylish and well-located for easy walks around town (no need for a car). You'll spacious home with lots of relaxing areas suitable for a big family or group to vacation very comfortably. The house is fabulously appointed with amazing amenities for great meals with fresh local fruit at the nearby corner market or shrimp from the truck that drives by the house on a daily basis.

Book it! Don’t book neighboring Sayulita, you will love San Pancho! We loved this small town and the house was perfect! The house is so cozy, we did not want to leave. Alexandra has a beautifully designed home that is fully stocked. No detail was overlooked. My mother, husband and teenage son were all enamored of the place - there is something for everyone. The town is charming, very kind locals, delicious restaurants, great shopping and a beautiful beach... all within walking distance. We really, really enjoyed our vacation here. We chose to rent a car and were able to pop into Sayulita (which is the next town over), surf multiple breaks in the area and explore all the beautiful areas around Nayarit. This home is perfectly situated and overall, just perfect. Thank you, Alexandra! We will be back!

This might be the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in on a vacation. Hands down, the best! It’s close to everything but so private it feels comfortable and very safe. Food, the beach, little markets & the taxi stand is right down the street so it’s easy to pop down to Sayulita or wherever with out much extra work. We traveled with a group of friends who travel often and we were all impressed. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly stocked with the things you need to cook well. The bathrooms & showers are generous and clean. The pool is sparkling and deep enough to really swim. The Master bedroom is actually on the opposite side of the courtyard creating plenty of privacy for grown folks to have space to really relax. There’s a very cool upstairs hangout spot we used a ton as well as 3 separate cozy sitting areas. The cherry on top is that the whole house has filtered water and is very safe to drink! No one in our group got ill and no plastic water bottles. Downright brilliant. I could go on and on but you get the drift. It’s a super special spot worth absolutely every penny we spent on it. We are already plotting a return trip. The communication from our hosts was so on point, supportive and friendly. In short: If this house doesn’t bring you joy, nothing will.
