Thank you, Betty, for taking the time to share your comments and concerns. First, we want to clarify that there is no metal fabrication company near the house. What you experienced was our neighbors adding something to their home. This is not ongoing construction — just a small home improvement project that, unfortunately, coincided with your stay. As this is a residential neighborhood, no major construction is currently happening or planned. It was simply a matter of unfortunate timing, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused.<br/>Regarding your other concerns: the propane tank issue was resolved within 15 minutes with a replacement, and we will replace the coffee maker based on your feedback. As soon as we heard about the fans, we brought in a technician, and new parts have been ordered. In the meantime, the air conditioning system throughout the house ensures proper air circulation.<br/>The car you mentioned is parked beside the driveway for when we travel to Costa Rica; there is still ample parking for two cars and golf carts. The kitchen knives can be sharpened easily using the sharpener in the drawer.<br/>We’re happy to hear you found the house and property awesome and that you enjoyed the recommendations provided. Playa Langosta is a special place for us, and we truly hope that despite these inconveniences, you were able to enjoy its beauty and charm.<br/>Pura Vida 🌴
