We had a great stay! The beachfront location was beautiful, and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our host was very accommodating and even allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The only downsides were that the house could have been a little cleaner when we arrived, and one of the toilets had a leak. Other than those issues, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful home on a gorgeous beach! The house was perfect for my large family! We loved that it had three ensuite masters with king beds and 4.5 bathrooms was perfect! Brian was quick to respond to my inquiries and did his best to help us solve some problems.

We had a wonderful week at Brian's home with our extended family and appreciate the opportunity to stay there. The home is absolutely wonderful, especially for a large group. It really has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was even able to work a little bit the entire time - very consistent internet access especially in the living room and front two bedrooms. We brought our 4 month old baby and he was able to nap/sleep in the bedroom without any problem with noise carrying throughout the house. We also appreciated the clear communication, as were able to easily get in touch with them via text with any questions and had no trouble finding the home. The home is on a wonderful, calm, peaceful beach just a short drive outside of town. Highly recommend!

This home is as functional as it is beautiful. It was the perfect week-long retreat for this extended family of 11. The living and sleeping quarters were ample and comfortable. The views from either patio were spectacular. And Playa Encanto provided a great backdrop. Brian was very communicative when we had comments or questions.

This is an amazing house. The pictures truly do not do it justice. The house was clean and very well outfitted with top of the line quality utensils all the way to good quality linens. We spent hours on the Margarita deck even after the sun had set, just enjoying enjoying the ocean air and sounds and stars. At first, I was a little concerned because this house is further East than I have ever stayed in Rocky Point but it is a very easy drive to get into town. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a top of the line quality rental home in Rocky Point.

The house is beautiful, clean, big and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay too much. The beach is peacefull and the water is very clean. Brian was a great host, we even stayed for an extra day.

Great place to stay, the house is as beautiful as the pictures on the AirBnb listing, the only problem we had was that Can-Ams are not allowed to enter the premises, the host tried everything to let us have our Can-ams parked at the house, HOA did not allow it, we parked our Can-Ams at the gate of the HOA (there is security 24/7, therefore we were not worried about parking our Can-Ams at the security gate). The house is right at the beach, the sunsets are amazing, the place is private/quiet, it will have everything you need for a relaxing weekend.

I am so glad you loved our home...Unfortunately you showed zero respect for it and destroyed it. Who leaves a toilet so clogged up with vomit like that? A plumber had to come out to unclog it!! Food left all over the house with ants everywhere when the cleaning crew arrived! An extra 4 hours of professional cleaning needed! In addition, you left the mini splits on throughout the house with the windows all open and the DOOR UNLOCKED!!! Consider yourself lucky nothing was stolen from our home after you left it open for anyone to walk in to. Renter beware- this crew was beyond disrespectful. They abused our home in the worst ways- this is our personal vacation home...thanks to this experience, we are actually considering pulling it off rentals knowing how disgusting people can treat someone else's property! You should be embarrassed and will never ever step foot in my home again.

Amazing location!! Can not beat the views.Private. Quiet. Open floor plan that was perfect for our group of 12. Kitchen extremely well stocked and large pantry great. Large garage for our 3 Cars/truck. Rooftop deck sofa was perfect for watching the sunset and escaping to take an afternoon nap. All around a wonderful stay!!!

Electric curtain did not work upon arrival. It took almost 1 full day (24 hours) to get it fixed. In the meantime, we did not have any view outside and had to exit through the master bedroom to walk out. Obviously, the view and immediate beach access are the attractive points of this home. This created a huge inconvenience and not what we were expecting and had paid for. I believe Host should have someone available to address issues right away when he has guests staying at the home. Host refunded $150 out of about $680 we paid a night for inconvenience. Other than slow response to fix curtain and the inconveniences it caused, we did not have any other issues with the home.

This house was exactly what the description said. Fantastic beaches and great location. The house was clean when we arrived and it had everything you needed for cooking purposes. The views were phenomenal and being directly on the beach was one of the best things. Great communication from the owners prior to our trip, during our trip and we also received a text message on the day we left asking us how everything went and wishing us safe travels back to the United States.

This was probably the best experience with any host. He provided extra touches in order to create the best Christmas experience. The house is a new build which provides top of the line amenities. The beach is very private which the house provides amazing views. We will definitely book his house again in the near future. We were more than satisfied with the entire trip, thank you again Brian.
