The villa was very nice. Mrs. Rosas was extremely helpful on keeping it clean, as my relatives visited every weekend. I stayed 1 month and Alfonso responded immediately to anything I needed. The stairs were a challenge as there were no rails, my relatives had no problem, but at 70 it was difficult for me. Besides that all good!

everything was great! staying in a house is nice when you have friends and family. next to the house is a trailhead to hike up the mountain which has amazing views of the town.

The house looks like the pictures. The location is within walking distance of the beach and feels very safe. A strong musty smell greeted us at the door and came home with us in all our clothing and luggage. If you have mold allergies, I would avoid this booking. The outdoor patio area was a disappointment. The Hot Tub was full of sand and broken glass, and all the buttons were broken and unoperational, the hot tub cover was just the styrofoam and little bits of it were falling off into the water. We tried to have a cookout and use the grill only to find most of the burners were rusted and clogged Jaco VIP crew sent someone twice to fix and clean it, then we gave up. One of the living area's AC units malfunctioned, and was promptly repaired. All the kitchen cooking pans were a mess. I booked this home to accommodate a family vacation. I could have spent my 2 weeks calling for maintenance and repairs but decided to make the best of it and enjoy my company.

Accommodation close to downtown with access to excellent restaurants in all price ranges ;) Beach access is just a few minutes' walk away From the terrace you could see a monkey coming down the mountain several times, a toucan facing the terrace and very beautiful blue butterflies in the morning… Several birds…. Alphonso who takes care of the house is very responsive, he is very kind A nice stay, the house is on a landing which gives a lot of space to everyone to have privacy….. the house is as described!

Great location at the quiet end of town, very close to restaurants, yet backed up to the jungle. The house has lots of room and the deck up top was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning and watch the birds. We enjoyed the pool daily, that was a bonus after a day out hiking and exploring. We were there for a month and it was the perfect home away from home!

My friends and I came here for our spring break. The house was perfect. We could easily walk to a beautiful beach. It was very cheap to get to restaurants and grocery stores. It was also very close to adventure experiences nearby. The house itself was clean and great. The views were amazing and we saw lots of fun wildlife. Mimi is extremely kind, responsive, and helpful. This is by far the best airbnb experience I have ever had. I am extremely happy I chose this house and could not recommend it more.

Had a wonderful stay and the home was perfect for our group of 7. Walkable to great restaurants and close to Playa Hermosa! We can’t wait to visit again.
