The view and location is private and beautiful. Furnishings could use updating and patio furniture needed repair/replaced. The water purification system was not working at the time of our visit which was inconvenient - the host did leave "2 purified water jugs". We purchased and used bottled water for everything. The A/C units in each bedroom worked beautifully.

Loved this stay! The house has direct access to the beach which was ideal for morning walks and for my 7 and 10 year old nieces to play. Although the beach isn’t swimmable we didn’t find this an issue as we prefer pool swimming. The hot tub was a great touch (takes a bit to warm up but actually gets really hot!). The house itself was super cozy, loved the art, and each bedroom has a bathroom ensuite. Felt safe and private with the gate. Only a short drive to the town of todos santos.
