Second time staying here. Happy to see that they added TVs to the bedrooms. Consistently had hot water, cool air conditioning, nice roof top jacuzzi, and everything was walking distance. The only negative is that pool table isn't any good. I love it here and I will definitely be back.

Vale was very responsive. I lost my phone the first day of the trip was extremely frustrating but Vale’s team made the experience still great. The housekeeper Sayuri was outstanding and very attentive and the food she prepared was spot on. There was also a guest experience host Valentina who gave us recommendations of restaurants, activities and booked our boat ride for us. We don’t speak Spanish so it was a bit difficult but Valentina was able to translate on our behalf which was a life saver. This was one of the best stays I’ve had. The AirBnB was really clean and looked like the pictures. I’ll definitely recommend Vale for anyone that I know coming to Columbia.

This was a great place to stay. It was right in the middle of the city where everything was in walkable distance. The staff was responsive and kept the place clean during our entire stay. I would book this location again.

Great experience, we visited from canada and vale was very friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end of our trip. Cleaner/butler sugey was also very helpful during our stay. Location was amazing very central 5 min walk to the clock tower. All the restaurants and bars are within walking distance and 10 min walk to getsamani. highly recommend staying at this place and it was clean, central location and affordable.

Great place to stay. Worth the price. Val and her partner were very slow to respond and only replied with copy and pasted responses. Focus your communication with Sayuris she's amazing and will take care of you while you're there. Santander is awesome as well. Aside from communication glitches it was an awesome spot and I would recommend.

I had a wonderful time in Cartagena and the apartment in El Centro exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right in the old town, so you can walk to everything: restaurants, historic sights and the lively nightlife. The place was very clean, well equipped and stylishly decorated, just like in the photos. I especially liked the colonial charm of the building and the safe, quiet atmosphere despite the central location. The host was very friendly, helpful and available at all times. I would definitely come back, absolute recommendation.

The apartment was amazing. Everything about it was fantastic, and our maid Sayuris did a fantastic job. Between the apartment and the service it made my vacation one of the best ever. Thank you Vale and David and hope to return again soon!

My and my friends stay at this wonderful Airbnb and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We were walking distance to several tourist attractions and lively action of the city. The host was very responsive and helpful when needed. Would stay here again!

Sugey, the housekeeper, was the best! She was responsive and attended to our needs very well. We needed clean sheets and we were given them within 15 minutes of contacting her. Sugey and the chef were amazing to work with. The chef cooked an amazing breakfast for our family of 8. I left behind an item and Sugey was able to get it back to me. We felt safe because of the security detail. Very professional staff. Wolf stay in property again.

The Airbnb was a great stay in a great location. Host was responsive with any issues we had. Sugey was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay, cant thank her enough. The food cooked by the chefs was amazing.

The house was very good, it has a lot of comfort, Sugey Vivanco was very kind to us, she took very good care of us and one of the things that I thought was incredible is that every day there was a person to clean the house and she was very kind. The caretakers are very friendly, and it's also a very quiet place with many amenities

Actually, this is my second time in Cartagena. This place has no comparison. It is stunning. Everything is spotless clean. The Jacuzzy is definitely is big plus. While out. I cannot wait to get in because of the fresh air that is circulating. Each room has their own private bathroom. so nobody has to stay in line. I recommend that place to anybody who intends to stop by in Cartagena. Also I cannot finish without mentioning Sugey, the excellent housekeeper who paid to Everything. She is outstanding

Excellent location, daily housekeeping included in the rate, each of the 4 rooms with its own bathroom. The stairs to the terrace are a little dangerous, but the outdoor space with the Jacuzzi is very comfortable and private. We really liked the property and the team's service was great! Recommended!

This was a great stay. Sayuris the house assistant was incredible very helpful. The entire team made the stay very welcoming. I would recommend this stay for anyone wanting to stay within the historical area of Cartagena.

This was the perfect place for my family to stay. My husband and I and our two kids all got a bedroom and our own bathroom, which is such a luxury when traveling! The place looked just like the pictures, it was clean and spacious. The private rooftop patio and pool were amazing after a long day on the hot sun. The location was great! We could walk to anything in 10 minutes or less! We were greeted with fresh empanadas by the housekeeper at the door which was a nice touch.

Had a great stay at Vale's place. Location is perfect in the walled city. Kitchen is very nice. AC is available throughout the apartment. Bathrooms a bit small, but showers are nice with hot water. It is nice that each bedroom has a private bathroom. Rooftop is also nice, though I didn't spend much time there. Vale is friendly and accomodating, and housekeeping and maintenance are on site and responsive. Small inconvenience is that they key code was not made available until 3 pm on check in day, and this was not clear in the instructions. We wanted to check in early or leave bags and there was some wait to meet the housekeeper.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staying at this Airbnb in the Walled City of Cartagena was an absolute delight! The location was ideal, right in the heart of the historic area, close to fantastic restaurants and attractions. The accommodation was beautifully decorated, clean, and offered all the modern comforts with a touch of colonial elegance. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a wonderful stay with thoughtful touches like local snacks (Welcome empanadas). The rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the city. This Airbnb exceeded all my expectations and made my Cartagena trip unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Excellent, I recommend it

It was a good decision to stay in the apartment, I had everything super close and I didn't need to take a taxi to tour the city. Okay, Mary, Sugey, Alejandrina at all times were warm and very respectful, they were excellent hosts , the whole BNB team is A1. For this reason, I recommend the apartment and the additional services they provide.

Vale's place was very convenient. We were able to walk everywhere we went. Taxis were only needed to get to and from airport. We decided to celebrate Christmas vacation with the whole family (3 adult children). The four bedrooms and 4 baths were perfect for the whole family. All of us used the roof top with "hot" tub. Hot tub was actual cool compared to outside temperatures and was comfortable. We walked to restaurants and shopping. We took advantage of the meal service for the first breakfast and Christmas eve dinner. There was plenty of food and we ate leftovers on the following days. The only minor negative was the different levels of floor that took a little getting used to.

Great place to stay at. Would definitely recommend and go again if available. Walking distance to shop and right across the street of a Mc. Postre, which is a MC Donald ice cream. Love the area. Thank you Vale and Team for a great stay.

Great Location & Great Host!

The location is central in old town and has a number of restaurants, bars and sightseeing within walking distance. Vale is an amazing host who is very responsive and made sure we had a pleasant stay.
