Our stay was excellent. The house far exceeded our expectations. It's even much prettier than in the pictures. It's a spacious, comfortable place with lots of things to do. Honestly, it makes you want to stay there all the time and not go out. It has a very nice and cozy vibe, and all the spaces are very complete and well thought out. The kitchen is wonderful, the common area is also amazing, and you can see the care in every detail. In addition, both the people who work there and the host were always very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place we'd go back to.

An excellent option for staying and relaxing with the family. The property has the traditional Patzcuaro rustic style. It’s huge, with lots of rooms and beds to be with family. The garden is beautiful, as are its trees. The kitchen is spacious and comfortable. There was always hot water in the bathrooms. Very large garage for several cars. Excellent location, easy access, minutes from downtown Patzcuaro and the pier, a few blocks from the main avenues, and with shops and dining options nearby. An unmissable place to stay in Patzcuaro!!!

Mr. Manuel and his workers were always very friendly, we even had a setback with our vehicle and they helped us find a mechanic, at the end of the stay they even washed the vehicles. They are very good people and the place is excellent

Great place to stay. Being on one floor, it is ideal for people with limited mobility. The garden is spacious and perfect for a group meal. The pool gives the place extra points. The house is very nice, just like the photos, it is very quiet, the area is close to everything, the staff who help in the house are very friendly, they helped us at all times, the pool is a delight especially if you have children, it was worth staying at Manuel's house. We loved it, we will be back soon.

Froylan, was very attentive, and helpful during our stay. We really enjoyed the house. The pool, the billiard table, the exterior, everything was awesome! We highly recommend this house.

First of all, Mr. Froylan and his wife Ofelia, who run the establishment for the owner, are the best hosts I've ever had, without a doubt. They were always helpful in everything. The facilities were much better than I imagined, the pictures don't do it justice. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the heating is very good. The green area is quite large, with everything and a trampoline. The kiosk is perfect for an outdoor barbecue, Mr. Froy helped us with that, thank you. The living/dining room is quite large. A big plus is the bar and pool table. They have books and board games, excellent. In itself, a stay that is not inferior to others in amenities and, above all, in staff. I can't stop praising the service provided by Mr. Froy and Mrs. Ofelia, thank you.

The house is beautiful, we had a great time as a family. Upon arrival we were greeted very nice by Mr. Froylan and his wife Ofelia, they are very friendly and recommended places to visit. The television has access to common apps like Netflix, YouTube, Amazon if they want to watch any movies. 🍿 The area is very quiet and they have near a convenience store (Oxxo), supermarket (Aurrará winery), bank (BBVA), pharmacy (of the savings and Guadalajara) and department store (Coppel) 8 min max 🚗 As a recommendation that I give is that if they send to heat the pool about 24 hrs before using it since when we arrived it was freezing; also consider the depth of the pool, it is about 1.30 mts (take caution with the little ones) 👀👦🏻 Tip: for hot water is the right side of the key 🚿 Thank you for everything, we will definitely always come back there, we felt right at home 🫶🏻🏡

I was travelling with a group of 16 people and this was the perfect location for us. The property is so beautiful I wish we had more days to enjoy it. It is the perfect base to visit the beautiful villages around the lake. We stayed there during the Dia de Los Muertos/ Noche de las Animas time and it proved to be the perfect location to rest away from the hustle and bustle of the event, but at walking distance from Patzcuaro city centre. Ofelia and Froylen have been so welcoming and always available. Manuel very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend 5 stars

This is the second time that the family has enjoyed this place, large spaces, clean and pleasant and close to the village but with privacy.

It is a fabulous place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle as the house is in a place where there is no noise attached to the beautiful facilities and gardens. I loved the cleanliness of the place and how well equipped the house is, the kitchen, in the bathrooms they even had the very nice detail of putting amenities such as shampoo, soap and towels. Don Lazaro and his wife's attention was excellent, always attentive asking if everything was fine, giving clear instructions, even joining my husband to locate the grocery store, a tipazo! My children and other families had an excellent time as we did not expect the surprise of finding a brincolin! It was phenomenal because we did not expect the water in the pool to be so cold. But overall super I recommend this place, definitely when I return to Pátzcuaro I hope to have the pleasure of staying again.

Our stay at this airbnb was absolutely incredible! The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the vast open yard which felt like a private playground. The living spaces were thoughtfully decorated and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. The host were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and we’re always available to offer helpful tips and recommendations for local food. Location felt safe and private and there are plenty of places to visit by foot if you know your way around town.

First of all , I would like to thank don Froylan for being such a kind and humble man , we stayed 2 nights and by the end of our trip we talked to don Froylan as if he were a life long friend !! We were a family of 12 with little ones and everyone was entertained during the whole stay ! The hacienda is huge and beautiful in person and super spacious for a big family! The bedrooms were super clean and I can tell they cleaned them very well because I smelled Clorox and cleanliness everywhere. The bathroom is also very clean with warm water and complementary soaps were provided 😄 the hacienda is located in a private area with very little outside noise which is great for those who like privacy, at night it’s super peaceful and i highly recommend you watch the stars at night In the trampoline 😄 the owners were always attentive of my message and questions and super nice 👍 1000% recommended and thank you for having us , until next time !!

The only suggestion for improvement as constructive criticism is that Manuel and María be a little more attentive to the messages on the platform and that it be possible to open the bunk room to take care of it. This was an incredible property. Photos definitely don’t do it justice. The 6 of us spent a wonderful few days in Patzcuaro during the day of the dead. This wonderful house and its ground gave us plenty of options to relax, to swim, to play family games. My kids had so much fun on the trampoline, running around on the beautiful lawn. This was the perfect place to stay.

An excellent place to spend time with the family. It has spacious green areas, a pool that is a plus and is covered, especially for the kids, and a pool table. It has all the amenities and super comfortable beds.

This big house worked out very well for our family get together. Dona Ofelia and Don Froylan were very kind and helpful. There is a friendly gato that tries to sneak in the kitchen. The kids enjoyed the pool and trampoline. The pool table and footballitos table were also enjoyed. We utilized the grill as well. The furnishings in the main area are traditional and wooden. A bit hard to be comfortable on, but no problem. They match the house properly. Overall, we all had a good time and everyone enjoyed their stay. It is a good setup for a family gathering. Thank you very much and we would stay there again.

Excellent place, everything is very nice, clean and tidy, and the attention is more than excellent, we enjoyed the whole place, the games, the trampoline and the very rich pool, and all very friendly; highly recommended, it is a place to enjoy with the whole family, and it is the same as in the photos, a place that leaves you want to return.
