A super nice place to stay with the family. The house is super equipped. All the rooms have air conditioning and are super clean. There is also cleaning staff. It has everything you need and even things you didn't imagine you might need. The location is close to several beaches. It's a safe and quiet area with parking. It also has many amenities. I went with a large group of relatives and it was super comfortable for everyone. All the rooms and the kitchen are super nice. Everything is AMAZING. I recommend it. In short, I would book it again.

We came as a family of 4, plus my father in law and his two daughters. We really liked that we where close to shops, restaurant and the beach, yet a quiet street with lots of space to spead out. The caretaker Ruth was amazing and helped with anything that was needed - kind, proactive and trustworthy. When we wanted someone to come in the morning to make breakfast, make the dishes and the beds, she initially asked one lady on the phone she knew but when she was not available she herself came to help out. It’s not the most modern place but it has plenty of space to spead out - for example the rooftop which has a hammock and jacuzzi. It’s lovely also to have a mango tree so close by and every morning I would pick up fresh ones which Ruth made into mango juice 😋 The only thing to note is that the address given is not correct but the link in Google Maps worked better but was not ideal. We spend 30 minutes searching for it but I’m sure this is a quick fix for the host ;-)

The house is in a good location. Not within walking distance of attractions, except the beach, but a good neighborhood. It needs some maintenance and cleaning. Our room's tub had mold on the edge. Our group of six has an excellent stay at the Mexpipe property. We were pleasantly surprised at how close it was to lots of liveliness and the beach, while maintaining privacy and quietness. The rooms’ AC was a sweet relief to the humid heat outside. The rooftop terrace with hammocks and a jacuzzi was a great way to spend mornings and late nights. Evodio and his property manager, Ruth, were wonderful to work with. Very communicative, accommodating, and friendly! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Excellent host! We made last minute reservations for a family of 10. He was super responsive and made sure everything was ready upon our arrival. If we had questions, him or the nice lady at the location was always accessible. The house was clean and in a centric location that allowed us to move around safely either by car or foot. The rooms were spacious with air conditioners and ventilators that were A+ for those hot days. We highly recommend this place.

Mexpipe house is a great place if you are coming with your family or a group of friends. Really close to the beach and the main street in Punta Zicatela Ruth was really helpful and friendly as a co-host. definitely a place to come back!

Beautiful and large house, perfect for a group. Convenient location, close to Punta bars and restaurants, without noise and crowds! We just had a problem with the dryer not working (not that bad after all). Very good communication with Ruth, who looks after the house in an admirable way.

Great place to stay and very convenient to the bars and restaurants!

The house is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Ruth the housekeeper is very friendly, responds quickly and helps you if you require it, also guides you on places to eat near the house. If maybe the jacuzzi, it could be an inconvenience, because some features don't work, and it's a little tricky to empty the water. Even so, if they use it, the hot water comes out perfectly. and they can spend a pleasant time.

An amazing and comfortable place for a big group. Good to spend vacations on a provate place that has everything needed for a good rest. Few minutes from the wld beach, local stores and restaurants nearby, but at the same time rather away from a noisy center. Feel like in a family house. The host and staff are frendly and helpful in every detail. We'll go back there defenitely.

Very good to spend your stay in Punta Zicatela, very close to the tourist street, easy access and if something is complicated, the attention was very good .

The house was great!! It had so much room and had a bathroom in every room which was great. Ruth was so nice and very responsive. If you’re looking to stay close to La Punta I definitely recommend it!

Solid place to stay! Would highly recommend it for a group of 7-9 people looking to chill near the beach. Easy walk to sunset. Its all you need.

Super recommended for a large group, we were 10 of us and Evodio's house was excellent for everyone!!! It's exactly like the photos, I think it's better! Ruth is very nice, super attentive to our concerns and Evodio is very attentive, good communication with them. The jacuzzi unfortunately didn't work out, it was a shame because the decision to book there was for that, we also had other inconveniences with the barbecue gas but we found another alternative. I would suggest having better furniture on the 3rd floor terrace to be able to take advantage of that beautiful space it is, as well as light on the outside of the house, the street is very obscure. In general, we had a wonderful time in general, we will definitely be back!!!

Great place

Ruth the caretaker of the home was amazing! Anything we needed Ruth provided and was quick to respond and help out. The house was much bigger than expected. The AC and Wi-Fi worked great. The house felt secure. I will say the king size bedroom door needs to be fixed it is very loud and the bathroom in that room also did not have a toilet seat. Other than that everything worked great and was as aspected. Would totally stay here again.

Me and my family had an awesome time at Evodio's place. The house is exactly as the description, the rooms are spacious, showers are good and the amenities (AC, kitchen supplies, etc) were perfect for us. We were in a group of 10, so we didn't have to use the "spare bedroom" in the 3rd floor. Over there the AC is not strong enough and is "in the middle of the way" for another bedroom, what can be bothering for someones. Ruth, the housekeeper was really kind, gave us intructions, tips over the city and was really fast answering and keeping in touch! Definetelly would come back to MexPipe House!

The house is very comfortable, only the address on the platform needs to be updated since it says Baja California Sur and it is Baja California Norte, it needs some repairs but very simple, everything is excellent. Mrs. Ruth's service is wonderful, kind, attentive, helpful, congratulations on your service.

Great house! It is bigger and more spacious than in the pictures. Every room has its own bathroom and AC, we were all really comfortable. Ruth received us kindly and was always very friendly. The location is great and at walking distance from La Punta. Would rent it again for sure.

The house is super large and comfortable. There are 3 floors, so if you have adults or people who have problems going up and down stairs, it would not be a good option, otherwise the place is spectacular. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The terrace is amazing. The house is very well equipped!! The area is very quiet, there are many restaurants and bars 5 minutes away by car. Puerto Escondido is small so all the beaches are 5-15 minutes away by car. If you don't have a car, the main street is very close on foot. I highly recommend this house!! The girl who gave us the house is amazing!! She was attentive to us at all times and at any time… 5 stars for Ruth!!🥰🙏

It's nicer than the photos, the terrace is very comfortable and the rooms are large. Evodio and Mrs. Ruth are very friendly. They could improve the living room and curtains, but actually the rest of the areas make up for it. And very well located, one block from the beach and very close to the main street.

We had a great stay at Evodio's place. It has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay in Puerto Escondido—within walkable distance to anything in La Punta and the beach at a 5-min distance.

We love Zicatela and Evodio's Mexpipe House was a great place to stay . It was as advertised. The Caretaker, Ruth was available and responsive. Nice rooftop Cabana with hot tub. Very close to the beach, restaurants and stores.

The house is very large, spacious and offers plenty of space for a large group. Particularly beautiful is the roof terrace with jacuzzi, as well as the proximity to the beach. The neighborhood is very pleasant and the house is located on a quiet street. Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning and very comfortable beds. !!Important: one of the rooms is a through room, which shares a bathroom (window to room no. 1 only separated by bamboo curtain). May not be rated as 2 rooms! Otherwise, we had a very pleasant and all-around good time in the accommodation. The housekeeper was very nice, helpful and accommodating. A great place to spend a few nice relaxing days on the beach! :)

Everything is as advertised, whatever issues there were previously have been fixed. House even felt safe, there was never any worries about our belongings. He and his housekeeper were always so quick to respond and always very kind.

The house is much better than in the photos. Each room has its own bathroom, so it's excellent if there are several of you, and the rooms are spacious. The only thing we notice is that in the rooms up to the top you hear almost everything. It is one block from the beach and super close to the main street with the restaurants and shops. In addition, Evodio and Ruth are super attentive and if you have any problem they will answer you quickly. A super recommended house, and even more so if you go as a group.

Mexipipe house was spacious and had a great, quiet location in between the louder La Punta and Zicatela areas. The property had a private place to store our rental bikes as well. The rooms have AC that works well and the hot water in the bathrooms is sufficient. Ruth, the housekeeper is very nice and responsive. I would definitely stay again!

The house is very large and comfortable for large groups, it is well located and Evodio is attentive during the stay. The upstairs jacuzzi is delicious and the beach is very close.
