Enjoyed our stay at this place for four weeks with our two young kids (6 and 8). Loved the pools. Condo living areas were modernized. Kitchen well-equipped. Good TV service available with some English language channels (hbo). Hosts allowed for a late departure when our departing flight was delayed, which was much appreciated. Occotal beach was preferred over Coco for me.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Verde! We visited with a 4 year old and 7 year old. We all loved the pools as well as the beach. The home was exactly as pictures and was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the gardens, animals as well as the lovely staff working there. It was 10/10 all the way! I highly recommend Casa Verde to anyone. You will want a car most likely as the location is close to the beach but a bit for from town to walk (especially with little kids).
