The apartment is divine! We were very comfortable. The area is super nice for going for a walk, and there are delicious restaurants nearby! Arely was always very nice to us! The guards who were there during our stay were also super friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay at this place again!

The apartment was exactly as described, providing ample space for the six of us. The location was unbeatable, with numerous restaurants and activities within walking distance. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and the building’s doorkeeper was always attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mexico City.

This was a lovely apartment in a wonderful part of the city. The place felt totally safe and was super clean. The doormen were just lovely and especially arriving for our first night very late at night and departing for our flight home in the middle of the night, it was reassuring to have them there as we were traveling with children and a grandparent. The apartment itself was very spacious -- more so than how it appears in photos -- and the common area in particular was exceedingly comfortable. I agree with some of the other comments that the place could use better lighting but overall that's a minimal issue given how nice the apartment is. Also, the host's communications were great and fast! This a wonderful spot to stay if you're visiting CDMX!

Great spot, fourth time staying here and I love it

There's no other way to put it: this apartment is sweet! My family of five was ridiculously comfortable for our four-night stay. The apartment itself is spacious, immaculately kept, and exceptionally appointed. Building access is convenient and secure with a private garage and unfailingly polite full-time doorman. The location is ideal -- literally steps from some of the best dining and retail in the safe, high-end Polanco district, walkable to cultural sites like the National Museum of Anthropology and Chapultepec Castle, and a longer walk or short Uber ride to the Monument to the Revolution and Zocalo. The hosts are friendly, and were responsive regarding a couple of small maintenance issues early in our stay. A very solid value.

stayed here for a week with our family including our 7 and 3 year old. we loved it. neighborhood was so walkable, the kids loved being close the park and playgrounds, and tbe restaurants, shopping and accessibility to the most fun activities in CDMX made it a memorable week for us all. Arely was super helpful and communicative and coming back to that lovely apartment after a long day of sightseeing was exactly what we all needed!

This apartment was great! In a fantastic neighbourhood, everything you need just outside your door. The building was very secure and felt very safe.

Amazing stay in Polanco! Booked for NYE week for 6 of us and had the best time. The security staff is so friendly, location is amazing, everyone was very responsive, and the apartment was so peaceful. Would book again!

Beautiful modern apartment in a perfect location in the heart of Polanco

Beautiful clean and spacious home. Very toddler friendly. AC works great in bedrooms. Felt very safe and loved having a doorman help us in and out. Host was very communicative. Great having Sonos to play music. Comfortable beds. Very minimal/basic kitchen supplies. Hot water in master bath takes a while to heat up but not in the other rooms. There was a smell of sewage on and off again that the host tried to remedy but it might just be a problem with CDMX. The dryer doesn’t vent outside so the main living area gets quite steamy when using the dryer.

There’s Airbnb is a great option for a big group. The apartment is really comfortable and well furnished and it’s very close to a great walkable part of the city. There are so many restaurants and stores around Polanco. Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment , very well located . A modern building.

Arely's appartment is very spacious and comfortable. It was clean and organized. The beds were super comfortable (although the upper bed in children's room is too close to the celing..). The doorman was super attentive and freindly. The neighbourhood is lovely and beautiful. The only defult for us (although we understand that it is a stylistic preference) is that the place is bearly lit (mostly with tiny spotlights). There are windows, but in the evening it was a bit too dark for us. But overall, great place! thank you Arely!

Amazing location

We loved our stay! Arely was an amazing host — extremely responsive and helpful! The location was great. The pictures are very accurate. My only minor comment is that the bedrooms and bathrooms could benefit from a bit more light. We thought it was a great value!

This place was unbelievable! Perfect location, amazing response rate from the host, and such a beautiful spot. We had 6 people stay and there was ample space. The only thing I would mention is that there isn’t a ton of lighting so for the women, bring a portable make up mirror with lighting to do your makeup in the evening! Otherwise, this place is 6 stars out of 5 and would book again anytime!

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Very spacious apartment and well organized. We had a great time in the location of Polanco and everything was walkable such as luxury shopping and fine dining restaurants.

The location couldn't have been better - we loved being within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, shops, and parks. It's a beautiful place in a great and safe neighborhood.

We were a family of five: parents, grandparents and a 3 year old. We spent ten days there. The spaciousness of the apartment was very conducive for privacy as well as for an energetic toddler. The apartment was full of light and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed the balconies. The nearby park and playground was great for a small child. Restaurants and shops were easily reached on foot. The doormen were invariably polite and prompt. The only criticisms would be: 1.) Limited kitchen supplies for a group of five people having breakfast there. 2.) The microwave cabinet was poorly designed for use. 3.) Storage, though ample, was in some cases hard to reach, such as the clothing hanging rods were placed right under the ceiling and so they were unreachable for use: same for kitchen cabinets– some items were hard to reach unless you were tall. 4.) Bedside lamps were too dim for night time reading 5.) We could have used more towels.

I rented both units for my birthday trip and it was absolutely amazing! There were 7 of us across the 2 units and we had plenty of space to relax and celebrate. Very clean, modern aesthetic and overall a genuinely positive experience. Loved the doorman as well.

Exactly as in the photos, no catch. Excellent location. Lots of space, can comfortably fit 6 people (note we were only 4) and still not feel crammed. Every room has its own bathroom, plus the place has an additional half bath. Washer and dryer. Large kitchen, dining area and living room. Very secure (24 hr security), and a stone's throw from Mazaryk, Parque Lincoln and all the restos. Really could not have asked for better. Hosts are EXTREMELY responsive via the messaging system in the app.

The hosts were phenomenal! Extremely flexible and easy to get a hold of. The location was prime to all the greatest parts of Polanco. Super luxurious and modern! The security personnel were very attentive and on watch. These hosts deserve more than 5 stars! I can’t thank them enough!

This place was a big hit for our group of 7. We were on an all girls trip and were extremely pleased with the prime location. Some of the negatives, (that would not keep us from booking again, but could definitely stand to be better) were that space does not sleep 7, it sleeps 6. This was one of the bigger issues: someone had to sleep on the couch because the bunk bed actually moves a lot and felt unsafe to use. Small issues: some of the towels smelled like they were stored a bit wet. There were some ants in the master's closet which would end up in some of the clothes. Shampoo dispenser did not work, you had to open the bottle to be able to use. The soap dispenser in the half bathroom did not have the straw that goes to the spout, so we had to open the container to grab. Water was not hot enough to shower, so we had to adjust the water heater.

Excellent stay in this apartment, beautiful, quiet, clean, fast internet, central location, close to bars and restaurants, great communication and nice doorman. The interior decoration was also nice and it has AC even though I did not need it (cooler weather). I will be back!

Nestled in the heart of Polanco, this three bedroom, 2.5 bath was perfect for our young family. Arely was quick with responses and made check in a breeze. The place was spacious, clean, and provided all items needed. Having a door man added extra security. Polanco is walkable with many restaurants, cafes, grocery store nearby. Being in proximity to the Chapultepec park with its many museums, walk paths and short Uber ride to El Centro, Condesa, and Roma made for a convenient base. Thank you Arely for a great stay!

Amazing loft right in the center of Polanco. There are lots of cool restaurants and gardens nearby. The house is huge with incredible decor. We had lots of fun and are looking forward to visiting again!

The apartment is really better than the pictures, we were pleasantly surprised. While we were only there for a week, you could easily stay longer. The location is perfect in walkable Polanco, just off Masaryk. with restaurants and lots to do nearby. A great place for anyone looking to spend time in CDMX.

We had a great stay at Arely's place. It has an amazing location, it was spacious, clean, and was well decorated. We would love to stay here again.

Arely's place was perfect for our trip to CDMX. It was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the city between outings and we felt right at home. We think the cleaning crew forgot to clean the floor in the dining area, and there are a number of smaller things that need fixing (hinges, hooks, etc), but that did not subtract from the overall place. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and we would recommend it to anyone who is visiting CDMX and wants a comfortable place to rejuvenate between outings.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location!

Place was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect- close to so many restaurants and parks. Check in was easy and we felt so safe the entire time with the 24 hr security guard. The only improvement would be if the air conditioning worked better in the living area as it would get warm when the sun was shining through the large patio doors. Overall a wonderful stay and perfect for our group of 3 couples and 1 child.

We were a family of five adults and this place matched our preferences perfectly. We found the beds extremely comfortable in both the king and queen room but not as much in the room with the bunk bed. The apartment was extremely spacious and quiet. The doorman was courteous and we felt very secure in this building and the area. Our hosts were extremely responsive to all my questions and requests. There are great restaurants and shopping right outside the door in the neighborhood and the park is within walking distance. The only negative was the traffic going from this neighborhood to other areas of the city. We used Ubers and some days or evenings it could take up to an hour for a trip that normally takes 20 minutes.
