Upon arrival, we were greeted by cockroaches at the entrance, spiders in the kitchen and bathroom and both live and dead ants on floors and sinks. The kitchen and kitchen equipment were in very poor condition, pots had white coatings and plates, cutting boards and frying pans had leftover food, which meant that we chose to eat out despite having purchased food. The bedding was stained and had a lot of hair in it. Unfortunately, the patio was unusable as there were several wasp nests just above the table. The accommodation is also very sensitive to traffic, nearby activities and roosters that sound from early morning, but this was not the biggest problem. We raised our concerns with the host who did an extra cleaning, changed bed linens and washed the dishes, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, dirt remained, including in bathrooms and on several kitchen utensils. It's a shame, because the apartment has potential. The location is great with proximity to the beach and grocery store and the area felt safe. Hopefully, this can be seen as constructive feedback.

Good location. A/c was very weak and it was cooler outside than inside the apartment. No toilet paper or soap. They sent toilet paper after I asked but didn’t send soap. Saw a roach in the bathroom and kitchen but to be fair it is a tropical country.

faith was such a lovely host who was there for you 24/7. The apartment was clean, tidy and very spacious. Especially the bed was so amazing and big, and we loved the fact that there was hot water (in contrast to other airbnb's that we visited). We expected a bit more of Santa Teresa itself because the locals said swimming is dangerous because of the current, rocks and waves. Also, it's not really a suitable place for beginner surfers.

Amazing apartment! Right near by the beach, grocery store & medial assistance if needed. The neighbours can on the other side of the road can be a bit loud during the weekend but it quiet after 10pm, so no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this place for solo nomands & entrepreneurs stay with a partner or by them selvs. Internet was super good! Cant wait to be back! 😊

This apartment is very well located, in the center of Playa Carmen. Fay is very responsive and helpful. Lots of restaurants around! Be aware the apartment is in the middle of the center of town, a bit of noise is to be expected as there is a atv rentals close, and neighbours who like to play music. Other than that this apartment is exactly what you need!

We had a great stay at Faith’s place. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Easy to find, and super easy checking in and out. It also felt very safe. Can 100% recommend as you are close to everything in town, and a short walk to the beach. Faith also replied fast and gave us the information we needed if we had any questions.😊

Faith and Dinier are awesome, kind, responsive and all around great host! What a great spot right in the best part of town, with easy access to the beach, great restaurants, rentals and waves! Would HIGHLY recommend! Loved our stay so much we extended it several days!!

This place exceeded my expectations. It is way bigger than it looks in the photos, clean, and in a great area. I traveled solo and felt super safe. Aside from that, Faith and Dinier were so responsive and came over to help with any minor issue that I ran into VERY promptly. It was such a great experience and I can't recommend this place enough.

Ideal for surfers and generally Santa Teresa visitors. Surf shops/rental, laundry, ATV rental, etc. right around the corner. Very nice balcony. In our opinion, the equipment is ideal for an AirBnB - I would definitely book again, thank you!

I had a great experience at Faith place. Easy check in - Faith was super responsive. No issues at all. Layout of apartment was perfect for a couple or 2 individuals that are exploring Santa Teresa and need a clean, private place to come back to. Equipped with essentials. The patio was a great addition. Location was perfect - close to everything!
