Amazing condo. Has every single amenity needed to truly feel like home away from home. Great location - 3 blocks from the beach, surrounded by a walkable neighborhood filled with wonderful restaurants, cafes, shopping. Building is very secure, staff are all friendly. The rooftop infinity pool, lounge area and gym are incredible! You have views of the beach, sunsets, mountains and fireworks! Having 3 bedrooms AND 3 full bathrooms was great for our family. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have picked a better location! Everything was close by great restaurants, fun activities, beautiful photo spots for my girls, & the beach was less than 2 blocks away. My family was very happy with our experience. A special thank you to Juan Carlos, who was incredibly helpful with recommendations for things to do and some fantastic restaurants. I was a little concerned about the weather since June is rainy season, but it turned out to be no problem at all. During our week-long stay, it only rained a few evenings and never interfered with our plans. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again!

We loved our stay here. It comfortably accommodated 6 of us. Not the most peaceful since it’s right across from a party restaurant. But it wasn’t a bother to us. The pool water wasn’t the cleanest/the grout needed a scrub and the hot tub didn’t work which was a bummer. The views were awesome from the roof. Even water views from the unit balcony. Great for people watching since it’s on the 2nd floor. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit for larger parties as it is centrally located to everything in zona romántica.

Stayed here with my husband and his parents. Great big space for all of us. Balcony was fantastic. Apartment was comfortable and very centrally located. Rooftop pool and gym were really great - nice views and good gym equipment. Communication with host and check-in/out were all great.

I stayed in this beautiful condo located in a complex that I had already had the opportunity to visit before, and the experience was just as pleasant this time. The condo is very well equipped and offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is also ideal: several restaurants, shops and services are within walking distance in a few minutes, which makes travel very easy. The only point that might be slightly disturbing for some people is the noise from the Margarita Grill opposite the condo, which can be heard until about 1 a.m. That said, for our part, it did not affect the quality of our stay or the excellent experience. I recommend it without hesitating!

my friends and I have been coming to PV for over 20 years and we all agree that this is our favorite condo to rent for many reasons. The location is great - close to everything and on flat ground. The condo itself is beautiful - very clean and well appointed. Juan Carlos, the local host, is friendly and helpful. Very responsive to any needs. But mostly we really appreciate Catherine, our host. She is so kind and helpful, a very gracious human with a lot of heart. We appreciate that she lets us enjoy her beautiful home.

My friends and I have been visiting PV for years, and this has been our favorite place. The location is in the heart of everything, and the condo was spacious and felt very comfortable for us 4 travelers. We were able to spread out and feel very relaxed. The rooftop was great for sunsets, and the gym was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations, and was a simple check in process. Can't wait to visit again!

Our family of 6 loved this place. After many trips to PV, this unit had everything we could have hoped for. The balcony was great for enjoying the evenings and the 3 bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect. Location was great and the staff were very accomodating. Thank you Catherine.

Excellent place. Really enjoyed. Only issue is can be little loud in morning very early so if up late make sure sliding doors closed. Overall this is excellent stay. If you wanna be in the center of it all it’s great place!!! Catherine and her team are great hosts

Best equipped Airbnb we have ever experienced with a fully stocked kitchen. We loved the terrace and roof top pool. The additions of cloth napkins, place mats, coasters and other touches of home were provided without the space feeling over decorated. The only odd thing was the mention of a take one leave one liquor cabinet. An amazing amenity. The rule was if you finish one replace it. But the bottles of Casa Amigos tequila and Jack Daniel’s whiskey each had about a teaspoon left. Clearly other guests did not play by the rules. (No fault of the host whose representative was fantastic to work with.)

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing and very well maintained. The location was perfect, offering both privacy and easy access to nearby attractions. The noise is a non issue, we are a family with small children and they slept fine with the outside noise. What truly sets this booking apart was the outstanding customer service; Catherine was very responsive and JC went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. Highly recommend!

The place was at the heart of Zona Romántica, perfectly situated close to all the best bars, restaurants, and attractions, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Whether you’re looking for lively nightlife or charming local spots, everything is just a short walk away. The host was incredibly communicative and friendly, providing great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The condo itself was in fantastic condition, spotlessly clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. Myself and two friends had a luxurious stay in this apartment. Everything was kust like the pictures. Well equipped, comfortable, and spiacious. Could easily do 3 couples. Area is loud at night as pointed out by owner and reviews. I stayed in other areas of PV which were similarly noisy but not equipped to mitigate. Building was secure, almost always staffed, and great roof top! Thanks for the stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Although we were in a very busy and loud neighborhood, the unit itself was quite peaceful when closing the doors. Well equipped. Clean and comfortable. We would rent again!

This place was great for me and my family! We stayed here for almost a week to celebrate my dad’s birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better place. Plenty of space for everyone. The rooftop pool and gym area were fantastic and never busy. The beach was just a few blocks away plus a ton of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and more right outside the condo. There was some street noise/music at night but nothing that hindered our experience (there are sound machines in each room). Would definitely stay here again.

Our kids are young adults and loved the condo. The beds are comfy, the condo is modern and stunning, we used the 7th floor rooftop pool, lounge chairs and gym every single day and night. There is sun or shade options, so our family sunbathed, swam, played games or read books. This is a lively, spirited area of PV and the sounds of people having fun are part of the experience. I'm sensitive to noise but as promised there are ear plugs and noise machines for night time. The living room is comfy and we play games, or watch a show. The kitchen has staple ingredients to make simple dishes if you choose to cook, we mostly ate out. We loved how close we were to the Los Muertos Pier, the ocean, Olas Altus farmers market on Saturdays, Ono's smoothie bowls, Let's Pho, Bonito lounge and sooo many mexican places! We love that PV is LGBTQ friendly! We used Allycat tours for a boat trip, we hiked, parasailed, snorkelled and tried surfing in Sayulita. Oceana 202 was a perfect home away from home!

Catherine and the management team were phenomenal! We enjoy this building every time we come down! The owners of each condo really sets the tone for how nice your experience will turn out. Catherine is one of those owners you’ll want to rebook time after time. We knew being close to the street level would be noisy from dawn to midnight, we were okay with that! The unit provides sound masking machines and earplugs. It’s an ideal location, if you want to be in the heart of the romantic zone - close to bars/grill, park, attractions and easy enough to get down to the beach resorts. It’s not an uphill climb like other buildings that have steep hills! Thanks Catherine!

Exactly what we were looking for. In the heart of town. Close to beach and things to do. If you want it to be very quiet not for you. But we loved the vibe and music of PV through out our stay. Will definitely be back. Catherine ‘s concierge , Juan Carlos made trip extra special. Very accommodating.

Catherine has a beautiful spacious condo in the center of everything. Its very centrally located so you can walk to everything. She makes sure you are aware of the noise level from the restaurant/ bar across the street but honestly its not bad at all. The sliding glass doors do a great job of keeping out the noise. The roof top pool is gorgeous at night with all the city lights and catching the sunset. Juan Carlos is very kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

I'm so happy we chose to stay at Catherine's condo! The place was beautiful and the location couldn't have been better. The concierge was also super helpful in making sure we did all we wanted during our stay. Thanks for a great vacation!

Beautiful place in the center of everything. The description reads that there is street noise. She double checked with me before booking about this and it worked out just fine. When we wanted to sit outside where it was quiet we went up to the roof. The condo was pristine, large with everything we needed. A well stocked kitchen (utensils, condiments and devices like toaster) were easily accessible. They helped me book a van from the airport and we even stopped at a grocery store before we went to the condo. The front desk staff were wonderful as well. My only complaint, which is minor is that the rear master bedroom is very dark. Good for some but we would have preferred more light. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location. You can walk to the beach. Also it has many restaurants to choose from without having to walk a lot. All the receptionist are really nice and Juan Carlos was very helpful and attentive. Our stay was pleasant, everyone was happy staying here.

A lovely apartment that is the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and kitchen equipment. Juan Carlos checked us in and stayed in touch during the stay to make sure everything was ok. Love the neighborhood and also the building itself with a beautiful pool deck. We would definitely go back there.

In the heart of Zona Romantico across from Margarita Grill and above Starbucks, you’ll be close to restaurants, clubs, and everything ZR has to offer! Catherine’s apartment is well equipped for an amazing stay and JC is helpful in making sure you have everything you need for a great time!

We had a fantastic time staying in Catherine's apartment. It was very comfortable and we felt right at home. The view and atmosphere up on the roof top pool was incredible. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Second time staying and we absolutely love it! The condo itself is beautiful with a rooftop pool area that is stunning! It is walkable to so many restaurants, bars, and the beach! It is clear that a lot of care has been taken to make sure that our stay would be great, and the condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Check in and check out was a breeze with Juan Carlos as was the communication throughout our stay. The condo is right across the street from a pretty lively bar that plays great music and we very much enjoyed staying out on the nicely furnished balcony to have a cocktail or two before ending our night. The liveliness from the bar did go on later into the night, but the well insulated doors, and white noise sound machines that were provided worked extremely well to block out any street noise. I would highly recommend, and hoping to return to our third stay sometime in the near future!

Great condo in an ideal location. Just as presented on the website. Catherine was very responsive and helpful, the manager JC was friendly and responsive, and Ali the maid is very thorough. If she lived here I would want her to clean my house. It can be somewhat noisy in the neighborhood but is worth it for the location. the windows block almost all outside noise when closed and we actually enjoyed the music and activity across the street when on the spacious deck.. All in this is my favorite place I have stayed in PV over the last 20 years.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oceana Vallarta. The location is right in the thick of things. Walk less than 3 minutes to just about anything you can imagine. It is a vibrant location but we had no problem relaxing and sleeping at the right times. The building staff are super friendly. We felt at home and at at ease for a lovely 19 day stay. We would gladly stay here again.

Catherine was a fantastic host. Immediately upon booking, she reached out to us to help plan our vacation. JC, the concierge, contacted us closer to our stay and coordinated all of our special requests, groceries, private chef meals, and outings. He got to know us and catered the trip to us perfectly. The condo is in a bustling location with restaurants and shops at every turn. The beach is less than a 3 minute walk away, but the rooftop of the building kept us there most days we wanted sun, with ocean vistas, infinity pool, and luxurious furniture. The restaurant right outside the condo is hopping with live music every night. We enjoyed people watching and listening to all the sounds, turning off the air conditioning and opening up the whole condo most nights. The WiFi was taxed when our adult children were all on it and we tried to stream something, but that was more a function of all six of us being on devices. We are sure the condo had the best bandwidth offered. Top notch stay!

We (2 adults and 3 young adult kids) had a wonderful experience. This residence is so well located, close to cafés, restaurants and stores and just one block from the Playa De Los Muertos beach. The unit itself is beautiful, well decorated, modern and practical with a large balcony; it looks even better in real life than in the pictures. The building is very safe with security day and night. The pool and spa on the roof top were the perfect spot to end our day time, watching the sunset over the ocean, while swimming. You can hear the music from the Margarita Grill which is across the street but it never bothered us. It was actually pleasant to have music while hanging out on the balcony in the evening. Our host Catherine and our site manager Juan Carlos, took great care of us during our stay, very grateful for all the help and attention. We are hoping to be back!

Catherine’s condo was top notch. For starters, it was hard to find a proper 3 bedroom in the area, but this one definitely was, with three very good bathrooms as well. Great location in the heart of things; can be a bit noisy at night from the street, but the walls are solid and Catherine supplied a white noise machine and earplugs. WiFi always worked well and easy to stream YouTube and other video services on the TV. Only hiccup we had was an issue on the last night with the washer/dryer; was not the easiest to resolve, but at the end of the day those things happen - what made all the difference was how helpful and friendly the people working in the building were as well as Catherine working with us to find a happy solution. Building amenities, like the pool and roof deck, and especially the gym, are great and well maintained. If you’re looking for a nice three bedroom, with privacy, amenities and well located, then this is a spot for you to check out!

Catherine's condo was fantastic - clean, modern, and perfectly located at the center of everything. Going in the only hesitation we had was the music from Margarita Grill as we were traveling with young children, but honestly feel like we should have paid cover! It was quiet enough for a 3 month old and a live show just outside on the patio for the adults. Would recommend this place to anyone - very well managed as well! Thanks Catherine!

This was a great stay with a super responsive host. The doors and windows do a fantastic job of blocking out any noise outside. Even our friends who are light sleepers had zero problems.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The condo is smack in the middle of Zona romántica, steps away from the beach and some of the best restaurants and nightlife in town. Catherine and Juan Carlos are were very responsive making arranging our stay a breeze. The condo is simply beautiful and the amenities such as the pool, gym, laundry were just amazing. I would stay here again hands down.

Wow! Pictures don’t do this place justice. It is absolutely gorgeous, with a perfect location if you’re looking to be right in the center of things. The amenities, top notch security, friendly staff, and attentive concierge (shout out to Juan Carlos!) truly made this one of our favorite vacations to date. Yes, it is quite noisy, but the host couldn’t be more upfront about that. The white noise machines in every room, along with ear plugs made the noise a non issue and never interrupted our sleep. In fact, we found ourselves dancing along to the music from Margarita Grill just about every night we were there. Having drinkable, filtered water running through the taps was a HUGE plus. The kitchen is well appointed and the amenities are incredible. We basically had the pool and gym to ourselves most of the time. If weather permits, we highly recommend taking an evening swim to catch the sunset and fireworks from the pirate ship (about 8ish). If you’re thinking about this spot, DO IT!

Amazing place that was felt comfortable for us 6. Great location, walking distance to many restaurants, and the beach. The outdoor patio was gorgeous - great for relaxing and listening to the live music below. You can slightly hear the music if you are in the bedroom next to the patio - but I thought the host was very accommodating by providing ear plugs and sound machines. It was not a big bother for us, since we know what to expect for Zona Romantica. The concierge was extremely helpful in giving us a tour, and answering any questions we had. Also provided great recommendations if you are new to the area. Overall, great place and would definitely book again.

Excellent condo in the perfect location in PV. The entire place was very clean and the view was spectacular. We could see the beach, hills, and even fireworks from the terrace. I would def. recommend this place for anyone who wants to be close to the action. Lastly, the Starbucks below was the perfect addition.

Condo was great. 3 minute walk to the beach. I was expecting a lot of noise, which was described in detail in the condo description, but the noise was not bad at all. We basically had a music soundtrack the whole stay coming from Margartiagrill across the street. We spent a lot of time on the balcany watching the world go by. Starbucks Coffee below us. We really liked the condo and location.

We were thrilled with the apartment. It was exactly as shown and described and we will book it again. It was so conveniently located. Catherine communicated promptly and Juan Carlos went above and beyond with recommendations and assisting us with arrangements. Can't say enough good things about our stay, the accommodations, and the responsiveness!

Four of us stayed at Catherines place for a wedding and we were extremely happy with the condo! It was perfect....clean, modern, fully equipped and with a lovely patio and bedrooms/bathrooms. It was spotless and the staff were very helpful in helping with organizing activities and restaurant recommendations. The rooftop pool and sitting are is amazing and offers areas of sun and shade. There is a lively bar across the road but we enjoyed the music at night while having wine and appetizers on the balcony. The only issue was the construction in the area created some background noise but I assume that's a fleeting thing...we would definitely stay at Catherine's place again when visiting PV.!

Catherine's place was perfect... located in the heart of the Romantic Zone with easy walks to sights, restaurants, and nightlife. The condo was perfect with plenty of space, outdoor balcony to watch the scene below, and the rooftop pool area was awesome. We'll definitely be looking to stay again someday!

Just back from 8 days at Catherine’s place and we could not have made a better choice! Her place is in the heart of Zona Romantica - a welcoming and vibrant melting pot of all walks of life! The condo is well-appointed with high quality towels and bedding, SUPER comfortable beds, bathrooms with high-end finishes, a starter stocked kitchen to get guests going, and impeccably clean throughout. Yes, because it is in a bustling location it can be full of sound, but her space offers a respite from it, specifically the back two bedrooms. We slept in the back primary suite which was entirely quiet and absolutely comfortable. We are both very light sleepers and both slept uninterrupted each night. Also, the building is safe and a big shout out to Freddy for making it secure! Freddy is super great and is there to make sure guests can enjoy the building with the respect Oceana deserves. If you are looking for a high-end space in an energetic and spirited area, this is your spot!

The place and location is great and beautifully laid out with all 3 rooms spaced graciously apart. It was a great space for working from and enjoying conversations on the patio or the common living space. The only thing that was a bit hard was if you had the room that was in front its overlooking the Margarita Grill so the noise does travel a bit.. but it was peaceful and quiet in the backrooms.

When booking this condo, we heard so many negative things about Freddy…however Freddy just wanted the rules to be followed, plain and simple. My friends and I will be staying here the next time we are in PV…it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach, in the heart of Zona Romántica, and staff is super friendly. Juan Carlos was super friendly and available at all times.

This condo was perfect for our group trip to PV. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, modern, and equipped with all of the amenities you need. The rooftop pool is very nice, as is the private balcony. While some have complained about the loud music from the margarita bar, we actually liked it. It was nice to sit on the balcony, enjoy a cocktail, and listen to the music. It wasn’t that loud with the door closed. We really enjoyed that Catherine’s place is close to everything! Restaurants, shops, bars, the beach… there was no shortage of things to do, all within walking distance. A huge thank you to Juan Carlos and Catherine for being such great hosts! I would certainly stay here again when visiting PV in the future.

We loved the location, the spaciousness of the bedrooms and badthrooms. The apartment was very well lit and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed the shared swimming pool with almost no guests around us. It was a great experience. We love it.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Catherine is a fantastic host that truly cares about her guests and wants to ensure they have a wonderful stay. Communication was great and everything went smoothly, from booking to check-out. We loved every moment of our stay and would whole-heartedly recommend Catherine’s place to anyone looking to stay in this charming little area of Puerto Vallarta!

This condo is absolutely breathtaking. The pictures are completely accurate. It is in the most perfect location. The check in/out process is easy. However, you do hear the bar across the street late into the night since this condo is on the second floor. The wifi isn’t fast at all. Don’t count on it if you are attempting to work on your vacation. All of that being said, we would 100% stay here again.

This unit is the perfect spot for three people who want to be close to everything -- nightlife, shops, restaurants and more. The beach is also just a few blocks away. But if you're not feeling the ocean vibe, the rooftop pool is the next best thing. Also, the kitchen (fully equipped for those wanting to cook while on vacation) and the patio (for those wanting to absorb the downtown scene with a big bottle of wine) will not be disappointed. However, do be aware of the noise level as the night goes on from the popular margarita bar across the street. If you are sensitive to noise, maybe bring some headphones or earplugs. Nevertheless, no real compliants here. Would definitely book this unit again.

Beautiful condo with everything you need in the heart of PV!!! We enjoyed walking to the beach and the shops and restaurants. And watching the sunsets in the rooftop pool was a dream. We are looking forward to our next PV trip!

My parents, brother and I had an awesome stay here! Perfect location, walkable to everything you need: groceries, wine shop, bakery, restaurants, etc. and of course walkable to the beach and malecon. Easy to take a taxi / bus to the other local beaches of Puerto Vallarta as well. The building amenities were great! We had some nice family workout sessions on rooftop gym overlooking the mountainside and the pool was also amazing and perfect for watching sunsets. Enjoyed breakfast on the private terrace every morning together. Such a well stocked kitchen for cooking and fully stocked apartment. We felt so at home. Was so fun to be in the life of the party in Zona Romantica! Check in and check out was also extremely easy and Juan Carlos was so helpful for any questions we had. Highly recommend this home.

This place is ideal for a group coming to PV!! Some may not love the street noise, but didn’t bother us. Will definitely be back.

This condo is the nicest I have seen in PV - newly refurbished, tastefully decorated space in an upscale building right in the middle of the action. Owner and local management are responsive to AirBnB inquiries and questions once onsite. Great details such as USB ports where you need them, an honor bar, nice toiletries in the shower and sound machines in each room (the 2nd floor - 2 floors up from ground - means you can hear the music from Margarita Time at all hours from the balcony and front bedroom but with the sound machine we had no problems sleeping). Huge balcony, nice smart TVs, weekly maid service, comfy beds...I could go on and on. Thank you Catherine for a great 8 days!

Great condo we stayed in for a week. Beautifully decorated and comfortable beds. Great appliances and spacious balcony. The building has a great rooftop pool. It’s located directly on a main street with lots of great restaurants and bars. One thing to keep in mind that since it’s literally next door to restaurants and margarita grill across the street, music is loud until late at night every day in the front room. Not so bad in the back two rooms. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Host and condo manager are very responsive and made sure our stay was great

Location, Location and Service! I have been to PV several times and this rates as the top on my list. The atmosphere and accommodations exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect! The patio balcony is wider than the pictures reveal . The seating and open air concept with sliding doors allow all the sounds and rhythms of a PV day with its ebbs and flows , to drift in through the condo like a nice breeze.The view from the patio I s just above the tree line and you can see the pacific ocean and smell the Starbuck’s brewing 2 stories below. The location is perfect for taxi pick up and drop off. The restaurants near by are some of the better ones in the area. The music from Margarita Grill Bar was a constant thing, however the sound was easily managed by adjusting the patio sliders. The property is very secure with check in and out of all guest . The roof top space is stunning and the amenities where above expectations as well. The condo was amazing!!. I highly recommend this property to all of my friends and am happy to give a 5 star rating for this property. The ownership and management was the best I have experienced with Airbnb.
