Comfortable place, quick responses. The Wi-Fi signal is the only issue. Apart from that, everything is very clean and pleasant. The pool water is always clean and warm. I would return without a problem.

We had already come before. We like the place because it is very spacious. Although we are only a family, we all have privacy because of the size of the house. Well-kept gardens and a very clean house. A very peaceful place to relax. Temperate pool, adults and children enjoyed it

The house exceeded our expectations! It's much better than the photos: very spacious, with large and comfortable rooms. What we enjoyed the most was the pool, which is an excellent size and, being heated, we were able to use it throughout the stay regardless of the weather. It was always warm and ready to be enjoyed. In addition, Rocío's service was excellent, she was always attentive and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely come back.

Nothing compares to the photos, the house is much nicer in person, we loved the pool because the water was always warm and the house is much larger than what is shown. We felt very private and very comfortable. The only observation is that we struggled because there is no shampoo and very few towels, since we needed them for the pool and when bathing. But we loved it!

I really loved the house, it really fulfilled everything promised, the pool water was super warm and the gardens were super nice, it gave you a very nice vibe. The only thing ☺️ is that the internet went out a lot, but it didn't hurt much since we wanted a vacation without so much technology, I would definitely stay there again!! Our second time staying at Rocio’s beautiful Airbnb. Lots of rooms and bathrooms. Well kept and clean. Hostess is friendly and response quickly. We have been very happy with our stay.

Rocio’s place was perfect for our big family. There was plenty of spaces to gather and as well privacy space for each separate family members. The home is really beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice. The location is easy to get to and close for our visits to GDL and the surrounding areas. We only wish to have had more of an extended visit. We will keep this place as a favorite and hope to stay there again.

Wonderful place for small gathering and relaxation

Very comfortable place and larger than what is seen in the photos. The 4 upstairs bedrooms with its full bathroom. The bedroom below with a half bathroom that is also used in a common area. The pool has a very good depth (1.40mts). The whole family is more than satisfied, everything is very clean from the house to the whites. We really look forward to returning soon.

Very nice place for a family we loved it

Rocío's house is beautiful and impeccable. The facilities and amenities are excellent, just as described. The photos of the pool make it look smaller than it really is. It is excellently heated and everything is very good. The only recommendation for future guests is to keep windows and doors closed, since there are many flies around. But Rocío definitely invites you to come back. We had an issue that was beyond Rocío's control since it was external, but she was very friendly and helpful in communicating with the authorities so that we could rest assured. Her response and empathy were good. We would have liked to have known about this issue before experiencing it, but we understand that it was not within her power to mitigate it. Other than that, we highly recommend staying at this place.

Stay was wonderful place is beautiful and very spacious. Close to shopping and grocery stores. The only thing I did not like is that she has lots of glass vases all over the house. We traveled with children and I requested that she please put away the vases which she completely ignored then we broke a vase which she then charged us $46. for.

This is the second time we have visited this house, they are always very attentive and provide us with everything, our stay was everything we expected, pleasant and quiet, the water temperature of the pool was perfect all the time, inside the house everything was clean and tidy, we all enjoyed the house very much and we are already planning to return again.

Beautiful house for vacation, the pool is warm, the water is very nice for swimming, a large and very nice garden, it has all the kitchen utensils, you do not need to bring anything, it has enough towels for everyone and extra quilts... just one bad thing is that in two rooms there is no air and in Guadalajara it is already very hot and you cannot sleep without AA and a sofa bed was moved from a room without air to one with air to be able to sleep all comfortable... we were pure women and for that movement they want to charge me 500 pesos and the truth is I do not know, it does not seem fair but... I do not give a bad evaluation because the house does not have any but and Rocio is an excellent hostess, only that but that 2 bedrooms do not have air and hopefully they will consider putting it, Guadalajara is hot, it is not like before

Great place to have a family reunion, the internet is not that good. But this is the kind of place to disconnect. Swimming at midnight was amazing.

Excellent house. We spent a few very comfortable days. The luxurious, heated pool, which we enjoyed to the fullest, is not missing anything. The kitchen has everything. Excellent. Just as a recommendation, the Wi-Fi is a bit unstable. It doesn't reach the pool area where we wanted to play songs, but despite that, the house is beautiful and very comfortable.

This house is something else, it put the cherry on top to our trip. It is a true oasis with its great pool and extended patio area. The house itself is gem and my entire family could not say enough of my choice to book this great place. Rocio was very responsive and quick to resolve all my questions.

Rocios house is very beautiful inside and outside. Very spacious with bathrooms in every room. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Has a lovely,big pool . The only complain or concern was that there were some wires that were open/cut next to the machinery of the pool and one of the kids stepped on the bar side and made a spark which could of been dangerous. There’s also a guy living in the back but is not so helpful like the other guy Juan. We have stayed here before that’s why we know. Also this time we went there was a lot of cockroaches around the pool, when last time there was none. There was also cockroaches,little ones in two bedrooms. A lady by the name of Magda is there to receive you and is very kind and helpful. A beautiful house, just located in the wrong location. But if you know your way around there it will be easy to find.
