Claudio’s place was exactly what we needed for a restful and fun vacation. Spacious, clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, easily accessible to the pool, and entrance of the building. It was just perfect. The beds and pillows are really comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, having views from the town and ocean was a big plus. Walkable distance to everything is one of the main reasons why we stay at Molino de Agua. Claudio was always welcoming and responsive, a really great host! Look no further, this is where you need to stay in PV. Thank you, Claudio!

The unit is as pictured, clean and modern with stylish touches. It is perfectly located in Zona Romantica, oceanfront, and next to Rio Cuale. Walking distance to scores of good restaurants and bars. We loved the deck and spent lots of time there. The pool is large and inviting with comfortable lounge chairs adjacent to a well-maintained courtyard. The building is very safe with friendly 24/7 security. Communication with the owner and local support was prompt and seamless. We would not hesitate to return.

We had a fantastic time at Claudio’s place! We have stayed at Molino de Agua many times in different units but this one was by far our favourite - quiet, private and facing a beautiful old tree (you feel like you’re in a tree house). The unit was clean and beautifully decorated/well stocked. Very walkable to some of the best restaurants and easy with a baby as we had the flexibility to hangout by the pool or walk across to the beach. The kitchen faucet broke while we were there and Claudio was proactive and responsive in terms of getting it fixed. We look forward to coming back next year!

We have stayed in Molino De Agua many many times ! Every time I become more appreciative of each property. It is a marvelous destination with 4 star accommodations.

Beautiful condo in the heart of Zona Romántica in Puerto Vallarta. Building was secure and felt very safe. We were 5 with 3 adult children and it was very spacious and great balcony. Nice pool with bar and food service. Staff were all super nice and helpful. The malecón and beach were right in front which were ver busy this time of year but it wasn’t noisy at night in the condo. We enjoyed walking and running on the malecon( boardwalk) and the beautiful sunsets every night! You can walk to so many restaurants and bars and clubs. Something for everyone! Claudio was very responsive and made airport transfer reservations, gave restaurant and activity recommendations and always very helpful. Would definitely stay there again when we go back to PV! Thank you Claudio!

The condo was beautiful and beds were very comfortable. The pool is lovely and gated access to the beach was lovely. Only issue was the continuos bells ringing in town all through the night. It was part of the yearly celebration of our lady of Guadeloupe. This is our third time coming to PV for this celebration. It was the first time we stayed in town so we didn’t realize the bells would be going non stop. This only occurs this one week in December. We would definitely stay here again but probably not during this one week.

Amazing location. Fantastic pool. Very safe. Great security. Spacious. Very friendly and responsive host. Unit didn’t have a kettle and the in-unit safe needed to be replaced as it didn’t work. Our host responded so quickly and took care of both things right away. Beautiful condo. View of the ocean and pool is only from the patio, but it was stunning. Loved our stay!! Definitely recommend. Would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Claudio.

This was a perfect location for our family vacation. Perfect location, great pool and beautiful grounds. Poolside drink and food were right on point. We spent a lot of time on the patio and enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunsets each day. We experienced some wonderful exciting lightening and thunder storms at night. Really beautiful. We hired the house chef for 3 days and had groceries on arrival. Great investment. The food and service was wonderful. The unit is exactly like the photos, beds comfortable. The host was able to arrange car service from an to the airport. The entire experience was seamless. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend.

Very large and comfortable apartment, great outdoor balcony space and views. Nice pool with bar! Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for both sides of Puerto Vallarta

Our family loved the apartment. Located right on the boardwalk but far enough away from the noise; it was the best of both worlds. It's at the edge of Romantic Zone which is perfect because you walk less than a block and you have a huge selection of some of the best restaurants. Also walking distance to Centro District and art district and even more restaurants and the Pier. The apartment complex has a fantastic pool that occupied our kids most of the time which also has pool side food service. It has security on both entrances. The apartment was big, modern with comfy beds. I loved the patio. Unit is located towards back of the complex which is nice because you get an ocean view and mostly indirect sun so you can enjoy lounging in the balcony without harsh sun. Claudio was very responsive. We plan on returning.

Great location! Beautiful condo! Exceptional experience! This condo was amazing. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted with beautiful decor, comfortable furniture and beds, and all the essentials you need for your stay, even the little things, like beach toys and games adding an extra touch for your vacation. The ocean view balcony was our favorite for enjoying our coffee, relaxing, and catching some evening fireworks, a wedding too. From the moment of booking, Claudio created more than a rental, he created an exceptional experience. He provided timely responses, detailed welcome guide, recommendations for restaurants and offered to arrange personalized services like airport transfers, massages and more. He truly set the bar high! The secure property grounds were also beautiful with welcoming and friendly staff and walking distance to the Malecon, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, street food, shopping, and more. Would absolutely recommend!

We love staying in Zona Romantica and Claudio’s place is an excellent home away from home for a week! We loved everything about this place.

Claudio’s place was superb. The space was so clean and modern. The entire condo was so clean and perfect and exactly as described. It was our home away from home and cant wait to return. Claudio was an amazing host who made the trip very easy for us.

We had a delightful stay. We have stayed at Molino a number of times and it has always been great. The location right on the Malacon, the quality of the building, the gigantic pool and the friendly and helpful staff make this an ideal place to vacation. Claudio's unit is great.

Claudio's apartment is exactly as described. Very easy access for self check-in. The pool is amazing!! Well-stocked kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. A 10 for this apartment.

This box is too small to capture what 17 days at Mr. Jimenez’s residence offered me. Mr. Jimenez exhibited great integrity and accountability in contacting us before, during and after our trip. He prepared us for travel and took care to leave us the most detailed instructions to make the most of our stay—efficient connection to WiFi; recommendations for dinner; activities we would enjoy; access to a personal chef and masseuse. He checked in on us periodically to make sure we were alright. Lastly, he took care to ensure that items we left behind were returned to us intact and complete. Our favorite part of the experience was his personal chef, who connected deeply with my aging mom—she made sure my mom ate, drank, and had great company whenever I might be away. One couldn’t speak the other person’s language but their connection was unmistakeable. Casa Jimenez restored us both, and I highly recommend anyone going to enjoy Puerto Vallarta stay at his warm, inviting and precious home.

Woooooow! I can🥰🥰🥰't explain how wonderful the place is! It's a dream location. I was super stressed from so much work I had and it was the perfect place to rest. Claudio is the best host, he is the warmest and is always there to help. The apartment is quite an experience. It has great amenities that make your stay amazing. The apartment has all the amenities and Claudio makes it extremely personalized. If you have the opportunity to stay there, do it! It's a beautiful place and you're immersed in a wonderful experience. I'm sure I'll come back to this place every year, not only with my friends but also with family. Everything is very complete! We had an incredible stay at Claudio's condo in Puerto Vallarta! The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions and beaches. Claudio was a fantastic host—very communicative and responsive, making sure all our needs were met promptly. The condo itself was spotless, modern, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. It was also secure and quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. The workers in the building were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. The balcony offered a great view, and it was such a treat to have a pool to jump into on the hot days, making the stay even more enjoyable. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I highly recommend Claudio's place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Puerto Vallarta!

I cannot say enough good things about Claudio's apartment and host service. From the moment we booked, he was available for all questions. And while we were in Vallarta, he was incredibly helpful. We asked for groceries to be laid in for us, and they were. He coordinated our transport from the airport. Anything we needed, he was there for us! And the condo! Absolutely gorgeous. The photos don't do it service. It is spacious and beautiful and comfortable and luxurious! Comfy beds, couches, great AC, and a fully stocked kitchen. We spent a good deal of time on the terrace at the lovely table, playing cards and watching the sunset and the fireworks. The view is so pretty! And the pool. Beautiful! I've never had so much fun in the water! Hint: if you want to get early sun, get out to the deck early in the day--the chaise longues fill up on the north side! Vallarta is such a special place and Claudio made it even more special by his wonderful care in his lovely home. I'd go back in a flash!

Our family has vacationed in PV for many years and have stayed at Molino in the past so it feels like home to us. Claudio’s condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and very spacious with views of the ocean. Whenever we needed anything, he was responsive within less than an hour. Check-in and check out were both easy and Claudio set up transportation for us to and from the airport along with the option to stop at the grocery store to pick up necessary items. Molino is the best place to stay in PV as you are surrounded by restaurants, night life, and the malecon. While you have access to a busy area, behind the walls of Molino it’s quiet, beautiful, luxurious, and peaceful. We will definitely be returning to Claudio’s condo for our annual vacation to PV!

Claudio was always responsive and helpful. The place was nicely decorated with regional art and was comfortable. We enjoyed the view and swims in the large pool. Sunsets nightly and it felt very private for such a large building. We'd recommend his place and hope to stay there again.

Location: Absolutely amazing! The complex is right along the Malecon and within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants/bars/shopping. There is a bank ATM right around the corner. Property: It is beautifully maintained. I saw several people tending to the pool and landscaping daily. The pool was larger than I expected. The swim up bar/restaurant was the only big negative. The drinks were overpriced, the food was below average and the staff were dismissive and generally not friendly. Condo: The condo was roomy and very clean. A/C worked great. The main patio area was my personal favorite with a light breeze and a great view of the ocean and the property. Host: Claudio was very responsive to any questions I had before and during our visit. She also arranged for airport pickup (at an additional cost).

The entire process what great. Not my first time renting but this was the best host I have had. From holding the unit until I could confirm the dates with my guests to getting me a car and driver from the airport to housekeeping while I was there. The place is huge and comfortable. The complex has excellent security and beautiful grounds. Taxi's are abundant right out the side gate. Beach access right out the front gate. The location can not be beat. PERFECT!!!
