The place is private, quiet, clean, and large, with comfortable beds, an excellent view, and an unforgettable sunrise. It has everything you need for a large family, and the best of Playa del Carmen is just one block away. Highly recommended.

Paul’s place was truly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. He was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond throughout my stay. The location is unbeatable, the backyard is literally the ocean, which made the experience even more special. Anytime I had a request, it was handled immediately (even a last-minute passcode change). When I added extra guests, they quickly provided additional towels without hesitation. Everything from start to finish was seamless. If I could give this stay a 12/10, I absolutely would. Highly recommend!

Paul and ZAMÁ homes are the gold standard of helpfulness on airbnb. He immediately responds to requests and is so kind. It was my second stay at ZAMÁ, and it’s hands down my favorite place to stay in Playa. 10/10 recommend!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, super close to food, shops, and entertainment, so everything was really convenient. The place looked exactly like the pictures, and everything was clean, especially the rooms. The beach view was absolutely breathtaking and definitely the highlight of the stay. Would 100% stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet still quiet and relaxing. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a modern and comfortable feel. Everything was exactly as described, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable.

When I booked, they contacted me via WhatsApp to offer transportation. We agreed to be picked up from the airport, but they let us down. When we arrived, I texted and called them. After a while, they responded on WhatsApp, saying that it was Albino’s day off—apparently, he was the one who was supposed to pick us up. In the end, we took a taxi from the airport. We only stayed one night; we basically just went to sleep. We left the next day, and two days after check-out, he contacted me via WhatsApp to tell me that various plates and glasses were missing: 4 glasses at $50.00 each and 2 plates at $100.00 each. We did not take or damage any items; he insisted that they were there before we checked in, which is very uncomfortable. This is the first time this has happened to me; that was my experience for one night, and fortunately, we did not book any more nights.

LOCATION IS EVERYTHING! I have stayed at this location before, different unit and love how close it is to everything. This unit was out dated but it worked out. When we arrived it was not deeply cleaned but communicated with host, and he was on top of it, sent in a cleaning crew and it was spotless. Great communication.

We had a wonderful stay! Paul was an amazing host—his communication was excellent, and he was always quick to help whenever we needed anything. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was also perfect and made our trip so easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Right by Quinta Avenida and the beach. The location is great. Our contact supported us and was always easily accessible.

The whole stay was super quiet. The concierge's service was super good and he made us feel accompanied and cared for the whole time

We had a great stay despite the seaweed. Alex and his team was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
