Our group of 8 (4 adults/4kids) stayed at Casa Torre Esmeralda for a spring break get away and it was everything we were hoping for. The house itself had plenty of space and amazing views/surroundings (saw lots of whales in the bay). The cooks and housekeeper were fantastic. The community had a wonderful private beach and beach club/restaurant that we utilized heavily. The house had a golf cart which made trips to the beach easy (you could also walk up and down easily if you so desired). Leading up to and during our stay, Brisa (the concierge) was nothing short of amazing and helpful from everything from pre-arrival questions and requests to setting up rides and adventures while we were there. She made the trip, very much a vacation. We would not hesitate to stay at Torre Esmeralda again and hope we can in the future.

La Casa Esmeralda is a gem. The surrounding resort is gorgeous too - private with lots of great activity options. Brisa, the concierge, can hook you up with whatever you want to do. The beach club and cove are idyllic. The view of Bahia Bandeiras is spectacular. Breaching whales and exotic birds every day. Having stayed here for 5 days, we only have one question. What were the less than 5 star reviewers looking for?? We are fortunate as a family to be able to stay at some exceptional hotels and homes. This is a haven. Deserves all 5 stars. Thank you, Jackie, Brisa and the whole team that made our time at La Casa Esmeralda!

Spacious house, good beach club and a very nice beach

Jacky's Place is truly magical, offering all the amenities you could wish for, and then some. The pictures only scratch the surface of its beauty. We've decided to make it our yearly retreat, thanks to the high-class service provided by the staff. A gem that deserves more than five stars

Such a beautiful property, it exceeded expectations! We had so much fun on our girls trip… I would say the location can feel a little bit far from sayulita, Punta mita, etc if your idea is to be somewhere in the heart of a town but I would stay here again for sure because the service and home itself are unmatched. The cook/ cleaner we’re also amazing, Brisa was very dedicated to organization and planning, and overall had an amazing time.

We had a phenomenal experience at Casa Torre Esmeralda. Three generations together for a week-long holiday and we didn’t want the trip to end. The home was spacious and clean. The staff was very professional and took such good care of us which made for a relaxing vacation! It honestly exceeded all of our expectations. Highly recommend Araceli for breakfasts and the housekeeper, Ana, is so helpful. The concierge Brisa was excellent to work with and made everything so easy. The dinner cooks were top notch, catered to dietary restrictions with ease and were a lot of fun! We used the property’s beach club, restaurant, gym, tennis courts and spa almost daily. Never bored and, although we ventured off property for activities, we could’ve easily stayed there the whole time! We can’t wait to go back. I do recommend plenty of cash for staff expenses and tips because credit cards are not easy or cost effective. Once again, the staff and property far exceeded our expectations.

Torres Esmeralda was stunning. Brisa was absolutely amazing. As the concierge, Brisa took care of every need we had. She was always very responsive. The housekeeping and cook staff were very nice and respectful. Breakfast was made fresh and the house was cleaned daily. The property was accurately listed and did not disappoint. This was the perfect honeymoon get away for quite relaxation and breathtaking views.

Superb stay. The house is actually better than the photos suggest, and you have access to the private gated community’s facilities and beach club. Will definitely look to book again for another large group trip. I wasn’t totally clear when I booked that there is concierge support and staffing options including food catering, etc. The concierge team led by Brisa was out of this world. Made planning and executing the trip so seamless. One of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had.

Brisa was exceptional and at all times helped us with anything we needed. The cooks were amazing too and the breakfast was delicious!!!

Casa Torre Esmeralda is absolutely STUNNING! The pictures on the listing do not do it justice. You have panoramic views of the ocean where we were able to see whales and dolphins and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The entire grounds and property at Real del Mar feel like an exclusive, well-kept resort. We really enjoyed spending time at the beach club, and the food and drinks there were great. The house's concierge, Brisa, made sure we had everything we needed and worked with us before our arrival (and during) to plan a chef dinner, breakfast cooked in the house every morning, airport transfers, transfers to dinner in town, boat trip with Chica Locca tours (where we saw whales breach and visited the charming town of Yelapa), groceries brought in before arrival, and more. The daily housekeeping was a lovely feature as well, so we always came home to clean house. I cannot recommend this place enough—a truly 5-star experience and a trip our Bachelorette group and Bride will never forget!

Nice place, excellent service from Concierge Brisa. I would recommend blinds or curtains in the main room for the morning sun, some internet blind spots and a dishwasher. But overall, a nice house

We had an amazing time Real Del Mar. The house is great, we spent most of our time laying in the sun by the infinity pool. The concierge Brisa made our trip. She helped us plan activities and had transportation ready for 13 people anytime we needed it. She gave us restaurant recommendations and even coordinated a private chef. I highly recommend staying here it was the best vacation we have ever been on.

Gorgeous villa. The concierge took care of everything we needed. Golf cart at the house to take you to the beach club or tennis courts. La lancha and Burros are a 10-15 min drive away and sayulitas about 30. Highly recommend!!

Jacky’s house is stunning! The Airbnb listing doesn’t even do it justice… the whole complex is gorgeous and has so many amenities… an amazing beach club, golf cart to use the whole time to get around to gym, tennis, beach club. The restaurant at the beach is seriously AMAZING and the staff is so kind and attentive. Brisa (concierge) was the best we have ever had - including our many stays at Rosewood Mayakoba and Las Ventanas. Brisa is above and beyond those concierge - definitely request her - she truly made the trip! Cannot recommend enough.

This was a great home for our large group of 2 adults and 6 kids (ages 9-16). The house itself is wonderful and spacious and each day was made spotless by the lovely housekeeper. Very comfy beds and great A/C. The beach club associated with the house was perfect for us---great beach and related activities, wonderful food, and lovely people who work there and are always willing to help and answer questions. The property was absolutely beautiful and the views of the south side of the bay were incredible! I woke up to a stunning sunrise each morning!! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This home exceeded our expectations! The host was so helpful and quick to respond to any question. She helped us with a wonderful private chef, Wendy Galeana (highly recommend) to make our group meals at the home. The beach club was great and the service was fantastic. It was so easy to go back and forth from the home to the beach club with the golf cart. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. The house was so clean and comfortable and the views were so beautiful.

Jacky was very friendly and helpful with our stay! She recommends us a cook Hugo and her mother it was delicious! Our host Antonio was very helpful and the cleaning lady was there every day. The view from the house it's beautiful and the club as well. We love the scenery and butterflies !! A few little minor incidents happened during our stay but it was promptly tanking care off... During our August stayed it rained everyday but we enjoyed! Great to travel with families! Thank you Jacky, Ale & Homero

The house is spectacular, the services they offer are even better, you can arrive and just enjoy your stay. The beach club is amazing and the staff is super attentive, especially Mr. Isidro who attended to any request. Ana is super attentive, communication was extremely effective. Mireya, who does the cleaning, is super nice and honestly supported us in everything. I honestly think it's one of the Airbnbs we've enjoyed the most. Thank you 🤩

Excellent choice

We loved the house, everything was super complete and very good location, we had a pleasant time, it has many amenities, the pool was in very good condition. The whole house was very clean and there was very good communication with Jacqueline, she was always very attentive. Downstairs there are common areas where you can also go to spend some time. The restaurant and the service they offer you is excellent. The internet was a little slow and after 11 pm we had to turn down the music to avoid complaints from the neighbors. Everything is great, we would definitely rent it again!

Casa Torre Esmeralda is in a beautiful complex called real Del Mar - the views and the Club are amazing and so relaxing! We had plenty of space, loved hanging by the private pool and waking up to the sunrise over the ocean and mountains of the bay. We drove their golf cart back and forth to the beach every day and enjoyed playing tennis, kayaking and dining at the club house restaurant. The kitchen at the house was workable but with a few things that did not work like the coffee machine. WiFi is not 100% if you want to come here to work or have kids do online school. I was here for rest so had no problem with that fact but part of my crew did need to work and could not. Small things in comparison to the great views and house, every room had amazing views and the space felt wonderful!

AMAZING!!! i can't describe how amazing it was, excellent home, great view, beautiful sunsets. Ana's service was excellent, she was always attentive at all times, they welcomed us with some Mexican snacks and delicious margaritas, the beach club was fascinating. definitely a return, in the house all impeccable excellent beds pillows mattresses hahaha me love SUPER HOST, SUPER HOUSE, SUPER RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I was worried about the bad review that one of the guests left about the house, I thought I would arrive and everything would be in poor condition. Contact the host to clarify my doubts and I was completely surprised at check-in time, the house is impeccable, the location and spectacular view and contrary to what I read, the attention I received was excellent. We were delighted!!

Amazing house. Both the beach and the house are in a great location. The house is very spacious, super complete, clean and beautiful. The host was super attentive to everything. My family and I had an incredible few days! I really recommend it!!!!

We loved the neighborhood "Real Del Mar" and spent a good portion of our time at the lovely situated Beach Club. The Beach Club offered something for everyone.... The service at the Beach Club exceeded our expectations as did the drinks and menu. The ribeye taco appetizer was our daily must have! As for the house, it has breathtaking views and stunning architecture. Ana Ruth was very responsive and attentive to our needs. I think the place deserves 5 stars.
