This cottage is charming, close to many beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. The pool and garden are delightful.

Sebastian’s home was exactly like the pictures & even more beautiful & private in person! I felt very safe during my stay, everything was clean & exactly as described. Kitchen has everything you need! Beach is about a 10 minute walk, a lot of amazing restaurants all within walking distance as well. We saw so many different birds, iguanas & monkeys! The most beautiful location. The locals were super helpful & willing to help with excursions & exploring. Thankyou so much Sebastian! Can’t wait to come again!

Had a great stay with our 3 kids. There is plenty to do around the house. The pool was nice for the hot afternoons. Highly recommend surf lessons at Frijoles Locos. We tried many of the local restaurants and the food was amazing. Really enjoyed getting local fruit from the farmers market on the way into town…we made frequent trips to get mangoes. We had a rental car, but would be able to get around pretty easily without one if you took a shuttle to Playa Grande.

We stayed for 5 days at this beautiful home and it felt perfect for the occasion. It was our first time in Costa Rica and we were near all the beaches, we had many restaurants which Sebastian recommended which were near the home and many of them were walkable. Beautiful views within the home and outside of the home, everything looks as pictured, and there are many places to relax. I would definitely recommend it if you’re traveling to the area. Sebastian is super responsive and super helpful when it comes to needing any help or suggestions. 10/10 stay.

What a beautiful place in Playa Grande! I’m almost sure it’s one of the best places you can find in that area. Sebastian was really helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay. All the details were thoughtful, including plenty of towels and beach chairs for us to pack for our adventures. The backyard is the most beautiful part. It felt like our own personal forest with all the greenery and birds that stopped to visit. Definitely recommend!

Our stay here was absolutely incredible! The house was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We especially loved the outdoor living space and the amazing pool — it truly made the experience feel like a tropical paradise. The location was perfect, within walking distance to both the beach and great restaurants. During our stay we even got to see monkeys and iguanas, which made the whole experience feel even more special and authentic to Costa Rica. Sebastian was an amazing host — friendly, easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond if we needed anything. We truly couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful stay!! Very fast response from Sebastian. Everything was perfect. It has a separate bedroom, which makes it the perfect place to stay with kids. Several amenities to make it easier for families (cot, high chair, toys) Very well-stocked kitchen. BBQ on site. Everything is within walking distance. Very quiet neighbors. We loved it!!

We had an exceptionally wonderful time at Sebastian's summer house. The covered patio is wonderful at any time of day. We cooked a lot in the well-equipped kitchen. The beach is beautiful and wide, and the atmosphere in the evening is very special. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach, and the small, well-stocked supermarket 100 meters from the house has everything you need. Sebastian took very good care of us and was really nice. A must for surfers to come here. We 100% recommend the place!

Sebastian's home in Playa Grande is a gem! As soon as you pass through the gate, you feel as though you've stepped into a hidden oasis. Its Mediterranean meets Centroamericano, with thoughtful decor and beautiful gardens. You can tell the home is cared for and well maintained. The outdoor living space and pool are the perfect spots to relax after a long day. The beach is truly walkable, and there are several great places to eat nearby. My family had a great stay, and we appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Sebastian. Highly recommend.

Great place, great location. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Backyard oasis was beautiful and well maintained. Sebastian was friendly, proactive and responsive. Would stay again.
