It is an oceanfront house with ample parking in a quiet area. There are restaurants a 4-minute walk away. The pool water is warm. It has basic and necessary utensils, spacious bedrooms, and enough bathrooms.

Excellent lodging

A pleasant stay. Lots of privacy, and we were lucky to be able to swim in the ocean right in front of the house. We felt comfortable and safe at all times.

Maria Elena´s house is amazing, super comfortable, modern, spacious, luminous, quiet, clean and perfect for our dogs, they enjoyed the place so much. The fact that you have the sea in front of your door is priceless as you're able to relax, enjoy and listen to the waves sound all day. Please note the house has a seawall in front and there might not be enough space of sand if you try to have walks there, we preferred to move to the nearest beach to do so: Matanchen (around 8 min far in car). We will for sure book this house again soon. Couple of things that can be fixed to enjoy the stay even more, are: - Fix the pool tiles - 2 out of the 7 A/C were not working properly -Wifi In the second floor was not working Thanks Maria Elena for everything! Your house is stunning.

I loved everything. The house is super spacious and private. The pool is very nice and spacious. It's great when you bring dogs. Everything is very close, the town and the beaches are also very close. 10/10 and highly recommended.

The house has everything mentioned in the description, everything is clean and the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and spacious. The pool is in good condition and is suitable for all ages since it has different levels so it is very comfortable if you have small children. The view is beautiful, the beach is very quiet and pleasant to walk on and even get in. There are shops very close and you can find what you need easily, I definitely highly recommend it.

I traveled with a child and elderly people, I would have liked to have a washing machine or laundry available, everything else was excellent, the stay, the view, the privacy. I would definitely stay there again.

Our second stay on the beginning of the year. There are always not enough days to relax in this beautiful place. Our dogs love the sand and the beach so We will definitely always come back., Felt just like home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing place. Only issue we had was that the railing on the balcony was broken and we couldn’t enjoy that vew. Loking forward to be back.

My family was delighted with the place, very comfortable, large and pleasant. There are two stairs to go down to the beach, which by the way is an area where there are no stones, so the experience is very cool. It's important to mention that it is pet-friendly and my dog was very comfortable i highly recommend

Thank you very much for the accommodation, the truth is that the house is very nice, each bedroom has its own bathroom and that gives it a plus. The pool has a very good temperature, the only bad thing I could say, but it does not affect it at all, is that you have to struggle a little with some parts of the house, but nothing that affects your stay. The truth is that we had an amazing time and I would return without any problem.

Excellent option to be with your family! Good location, you can get to the village of Aticama very quickly on foot. Very clean, impeccable house, excellent quality and comfortable beds and linens. For me, the internet is not essential, but for those who cannot live disconnected, This house has super fast satellite internet! Very, very spacious! Clean pool and amazing view and exit to the sea! Keep in mind that you can't go down to the sea in all seasons, but the view is worth it.

The house is very nice, the rooms are spacious with all the amenities and the view from them and the pool is always very nice. When I went, there was no access to the beach from the house since the sea was very high, but there are options very close to go to the beach to spend some time with the family. In the village there are very rich and varied options for breakfast and lunch, it is a very quiet place and just as beautiful as the house. I recommend it 100%.

The house was amazing, a few details like door locks but nothing that affects the stay. The hosts were always attentive and friendly, the house was impeccable in a good area in Aticama, the house manager JOSE behaved amazingly, he very kindly went to a point to leave us the keys since we arrived later. Excellent service from the person who welcomed us. He was already waiting for us at the house at check-in time. He left everything ready for our stay, and explained very well how everything worked in the house. As for the cleanliness, impeccable and very nice. The house is magnificent, it has everything, it is perfect for spending time with the family, I would rent it again and I will certainly do so. You can hardly be on the house's beach, it depends on the time and how the sea is, but the view is incredible, it's close to everything. We really liked it.

The house is exactly as shown. Mr. Jose, who welcomed us, was super attentive and kind, showed us room by room, took all the time necessary to clarify any questions, and explained in detail even the use of the keys. The only detail we noticed and would have liked to know from the beginning is that access to the beach is via some slightly damaged stairs and access is difficult. I think that for someone with a disability, access would be very difficult. But everything else is excellent, the house is super luxurious, everything is very clean and equipped, nothing is missing, you just need to arrive and the house has everything, from a speaker in case you need it to a water bottle :), all those details are appreciated, the campfire area is excellent and the terrace has a beautiful view. The host and everyone I had contact with were always friendly and attentive, I recommend going

This is the second time we've stayed at this house, and we like it very much. The house is completely fenced in, so you have no problems with any pets you bring. You have a private pool and beaches very close by that you can reach by car or even on foot.

everything is fine

i liked the stay, very comfortable. Many bathrooms and clean rooms. I was unable to access the beach as it has a lot of rocks and is high. if they go to the nearby beaches Lleven repelente it has a lot of mosco gegen. In the house the coffee machine is not functional since the filter is not the one from the coffee maker and it does not strain the coffee. I comment since I love the coffee hehe and very good service and communication with the host.

The house is worth a lot, very comfortable to rest, you have everything to cook and have a good time relaxed, it was also made safe, for the low beach by a few steps, that equally if you go with small children or dogs take a little care, the beach touch us quiet and super alone very comfortable. Happy because we were accepted with all our dogs who really enjoyed the beach. Cleanliness and attention to 100 Highly recommended. The only thing was that we ran out of power 24 hours 😅 from there in plus everything was perfect!!!

The house is better than what is seen in the photos, it is quite spacious, and modern, the rooms and bathrooms are excellent, the view is super view, the sea right in front. The house is quite comfortable and spacious, has an excellent design and was very clean. We had a great time! The only downside might be that the pool had some sand, but we didn't use it much. The attention from the managers was excellent, they were so nice and helpful One of the best homes we've stayed in Aticama.

The house is much bigger than it looks. Very spacious. Sandra was an incredible hostess and really looked after us. Beautiful house.

We loved Francis's place. The photos really don't do it justice. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding is high quality, as are the towels they provide. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, and there's everything you need! There's just no microwave, but there is a very useful oven. We really loved it and hope to return soon. By the way, Mrs. Sandy, who is the housekeeper, is extremely helpful and friendly. She makes you feel at home, and the maintenance person spoiled us by bringing us groceries and delicious oysters. Don't hesitate to visit this beautiful place

This house was amazing definitely a gem. It has so many beautiful and useful features. It is beachfront and has the best view of the sunset and sunrise. The pool and fire pit were a lot of fun to use. The host was great very responsive and accommodating. 100/10 will be staying here again.
