We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Vallarta with our family of five! The location was perfect - walkable to great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and a great fit for our family. We especially loved that the pool was never occupied, so we had it all to ourselves! What a view!! Javi was a fantastic host and a great communicator. He was always responsive, made check-in incredibly easy, and was happy to provide recommendations. We felt supported throughout our stay if anything came up. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting PV!

In all my stays in PVR i have always been intrigued by this building (usually stay a block away with views of the pool/balconies). Never thought i would have the chance to stay here. So happy we did. Perfect condo. Comfortable. Exactly what you need in a rental without the extra clutter you sometimes find. I sincerely hope i get to stay in Javi’s place. This place easily ranks as one of the best stays I’ve had in Puerto Vallarta. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless — the check-in process was smooth, the concierge and front desk staff were genuinely warm and helpful, and the overall hospitality made the experience feel elevated from start to finish. The condo itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and in an unbeatable location with easy access to everything you’d want in PVR. You can tell a lot of care went into every detail of the space, which made it feel both luxurious and comfortable at the same time. I’ve visited PVR multiple times over the years, and this stay genuinely stands out at the top of my list. If you’re considering booking here, do it — you won’t regret it. I’ll absolutely be back.

We had an amazing stay at Javi’s Airbnb for my bachelorette. It truly exceeded all expectations! The apartment itself was stunning, and having our own private patio with a dipping pool made it feel so special. On top of that, the shared rooftop deck with infinity pools and sunset views was absolutely beautiful. Javi was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. He generously allowed a late checkout and shared a curated list of recommendations that ended up shaping so much of our trip. It saved me a ton of planning, and every suggestion was amazing. I can’t recommend Javi’s beautiful Airbnb enough. Such a perfect experience from start to finish.

Javi’s condominium is unbelievable - the conditions, the pool, and the view are all spectacular in person. This is a perfect location in the Zona Romantica, because it’s both quiet and walking distance to everything. The nearly private pool and in unit dipping pool were also highlights for our group. Jan, the concierge for the units was extremely communicative and helpful getting us settled. Run, don’t walk, to book this listing!!!

We were supposed to check in on Feb 22 which was the date of the cartel uprising in PV. Unfortunately due to circumstances outside of our control, we obviously couldn’t have made it to PV from Canada. Javi handled the unconventional situation with grace and due care. He communicated every step of the way and helped us through the ordeal. Although we never made it to his place, his conduct alone deserves a 5 star rating and we will 100% reschedule our trip with him later this year.

We (4 adults in our 50s) had a luxurious 1 week stay at Javi's place in Feb. Highlights: beautiful & SPACIOUS unit, comfortable beds & pillows, quiet at night, whale watching from the unit & rooftop pool, proximity to beach and so many restaurants & shops, and Oscar the best & sweetest concierge! Javi was always responsive via message and Jan was friendly and helpful in person - a wonderful duo. Can't beat this location if you want to stay in the RZ! Highly recommend :).

We have been in many Airbnbs in PV and this is the best by far . Huge modern condo with a fantastic view with top amenities. Super comfy beds and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Javi’s place. The location is absolutely spectacular, (nothing was more than a 10 min walk) and the condo itself was fantastic, plenty of space for our family and beautiful views both from the unit and from the pool, which we were lucky enough to have mostly to ourselves. Traveling with a one-year-old can be challenging, but Javi went above and beyond by helping us get an item we needed, which made a huge difference and showed how thoughtful and responsive he is as a host. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this modern Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta, and it was an incredible experience! We had an absolutely amazing stay! This was our second time staying at Javi’s place for our visit to PV in the last two years. His place is gorgeous and even better than the photos. This will always be our home base in PV because of the convenience of walking to everything, the beautiful condo, the stunning rooftop pool area, and the great customer service from Jan (the landlords rep). Jan was very responsive and super helpful in getting us a transportation service to Sayulita. He shared lots of great recommendations. Both times we visited, we had the entire rooftop pool to ourselves for 10 days. It’s like we had our own private building. Oscar at the front was fabulous too. I would highly recommend booking Javi’s place.

This place is absolutely stunning. The open floorplan, the views, the amenities, the warm friendly service at the front desk, the extremely walkable location, the interior design, the infinity rooftop pool area that we always had to ourselves... every aspect of it felt like luxury. The host was always extremely responsive and helpful. I needed to ship a few items to arrive in advance and he ensured they were set aside for me. Once we checked in, we had both a house manager and we're connected with an on-site front desk staff member who made sure we had everything we needed. I also love the fact that it's so centrally located, yet you don't hear a noise from the streets. Just absolute five stars across the board.

The condo was in an excellent location and was perfect. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths as advertised and is even more incredible than the photos. Will absolutely book this again.

This has to be said - Jan was incredible. Went out of his way to make our family feel at home and explained every thing in immense detail. We’d stay again and again. Only problem with writing positive reviews is that others will find this gem and it’ll lose its charm like all things. But the owners property managers deserve all the praise.

Wow! What an amazing week at this beautiful home. The place is larger than the photos, the hallways and living area have more space than the photos can even show. With only 12 units in the whole building we basically had the rooftop pool to ourselves the whole week. Certainly a kid-friendly place but even without kids this would be a great place to stay. Oscar and the team at the front desk made us feel so welcomed and were so kind the whole week. If you're thinking about booking Javi's place I'd say go for it! We'll definitely be trying to stay here in our next return visit to PV!

This was my second stay at the apartment. Just like my first stay, everything was smooth, clean, and a great experience. My group wanted a safe and secure building, ensuite bedrooms, and a pool option to the nearby beach. This apartment is clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and we had a great stay. Our stay at Javi’s condo in PVR was absolutely fantastic! Both Javi (host) and Jani (manager) provided thorough, clear information and excellent tips and recommendations, making our trip truly enjoyable. The condo was new, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed—modern yet warm. The balcony offered stunning ocean views perfect for whale watching (there were many sightings), as well as lively people-watching in the neighborhood. The secure building had wonderful staff, and the pool area was serene; we often had it all to ourselves. The location was unbeatable, and our family would happily stay here again. Thank you, Javi and Jani, for your attentiveness and thoughtfulness—it made all the difference!

I have been to Puerto Vallarta many times and this is always one of the first places I check for availability. The location is close to the beach, nightlife, restaurants while still far enough from the noise. The space is beautiful, comfortable, and more than enough room for a larger group while still having some privacy. The concierge, Jan, along with all of the staff a D’Residences are incredibly friendly and welcoming and available whenever you need them . And last, but not least, Javi is an amazing host with wonderful suggestions, very accommodating, and quick to respond. Can’t wait to return and book with Javi again!

We had a great stay. The rooftop pool was such a great feature, and for our week we always had it to ourselves which was great for my kids. The location is very close to the beach and tons of great restaurants. Friends in other buildings nearby heard lots of street noise at night but we heard none. A/Cs worked well and we got a lot of use out of the balcony.

Wow! One of the nicest apartments we've stayed in, everything was spotless, identical to the photos. Javi was super friendly, always looking out for us. The building staff is super attentive and friendly. We loved it! We would definitely come back.

Close to everything downtown PV at a luxury condo. Large balcony with great views. Rooftop pool was very upscale with million dollar views of the ocean. We have been to PV 9 times and this was the best condo.

Stayed here for a few days with some friends. We were all blown away by how beautiful this place was and how well located. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

This space is beautiful and impressive. Comfortable beds, great showers, and thoughtful touches throughout. Easy to walk anywhere in Puerto Vallarta. The building staff was very gracious and helpful as well! The rooftop pool was wonderful - there do not seem to be many residents living in the building, so we often had the whole pool area to ourselves. The only downside (not the fault of the owner!) was a very loud dog in a neighboring building that barked throughout the night and disrupted our sleep a bit. The neighborhood wasn't loud otherwise, in spite of being a very active area.

This place was perfect for three. We were greeted at the concierge desk and given a tour of the beautiful condo. This place has everything you'll need. And an incredible balcony. You have amazing views of PV from almost every spot, including the roof top pool. The location is close to great restaurants, bars, and shops and just a few steps from the beach. Really can't say enough about this spot. Don't think about it too much, just book it!

I originally booked a hotel that was all inclusive with my friends. But when we got to the hotel, it wasn’t anything like they described and we wanted to get out of there. I started looking for Airbnb‘s at 8 PM and messaged Javier to see if we can check in that same night That way we don’t get charged for the following day and he took care of it for us and helped us check into his beautiful home and the stay was amazing. Beautiful home beautiful pool nice Airbnb manager, good security for the property and the beautiful view. Javier is a great guy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern well appointed condo. Beautiful ocean and city views, lovey terrace with your own plunge pool plus a beautiful roof top pool. Easy walk to many restaurants, clubs stores etc.. The 24 hour front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend but be aware this is not the place for partiers….they limit the number of guests you can invite in and they must leave by 10PM. This was not an issue for us but could be for others.

We stayed here for my Bachlorette and it was aaaamazing! The pictures don't do the place justice! Everything was seamless, from pre-trip communications with Javier, to check-in & check-out with Jan. The location is a 2 minute walk from everything, but that may not matter because you most likely won't want to leave the rooftop pool! 😍 10/10 recommend and hope to book it again soon!

Javier’s unit in D’Residences was fantastic! Great location and very walkable. New building, we felt like we were the only people in the building (there’s only a total of 12 units). Secured parking made it easy to park in the busy old town area. Unit was well equipped including in unit laundry. Plunge pool was a nice addition, however we just used it to dip our feet because the water was a little cold.

Javier is great, and his place is impeccable. The pictures don't do it justice, it' truly amazing. A first-class experience. Thanks Javier (and Jan)
