My group and I had a great time! Aaron was communicative and helpful the whole time. Plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area.

The place was very comfy for my family. The location is at the edge of town and very peaceful. The house had everything we needed and everyone from ages 5 to 60 enjoyed the stay. Aaron was very friendly, responsive, and willing to work with us.

The house is very comfortable, we would certainly come back there, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, even one is a mini suite with kitchen within the room, the ideal pool to enjoy as a family, the only detail to consider is that the last 2 blocks to get to the accommodation are of land, we touched down and there were huge puddles of water, but nothing to prevent the passage. Highly recommended for short or long stay as it comes with everything you need to spend weeks in the house.

We just spent a week at Aaron's place. it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. The place was well located within a short distance to the restaurants and shops in La Valeta. Definitely recommend renting a car. The place was clean and quiet. Pool and house cleaning every few days was great. Would definitely come back again.

We only stayed one night, but for our family of 8 it was a perfect getaway! We would definitely recommend Aarons place and will stay again!

The house is very well designed and provides spacious indoor and outdoor living. The courtyard is sheltered and peaceful with only a few short instances of noise during our 3-week stay. Very quiet at night, as it is on the edge of town on a quiet street. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are large with extra space. All A/C and showers/toilets are good quality and work well. The pool and outdoors are well maintained. The pool is great for kids and adults. One bedroom is upstairs ( 2 double beds and a kitchenette) and so affords extra privacy. The kitchen is adequate with micro-wave, toaster oven, large fridge and a very good oven (no dishwasher). The western edge of the La Veleta neighbourhood has good restaurants and cafes within a 500m to 1 km walk. Large grocery stores are a 12 minute drive, and the beach is a 15 to 20 minute drive. Aaron is a very responsive host and is eager to correct any minor problems. I recommend this property to those who are looking for privacy and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s casa. It was just as shown in pics and the pool area was relaxing and private. The home was clean and the beds were comfy. I appreciated Aaron’s video of how to get there because I’m not sure we would have found it since road signs are minimal. The location is great and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and other shops. We’d stay here again.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and a quiet area, although it is not far, I would recommend renting a car to optimize times.

The house was perfect for our family of 6 and my parents. We all had plenty of space and lots of showers. The house was clean and had all the amenities. I would have loved access to a washer and dryer but there are laundry services in town that do it for you for a great price. The kitchen is fully stocked and the backyard is gorgeous. I felt like we had our own paradise. The upstairs studio is fully stocked also but does have its own access to the outside. Its perfect for adults. The house was amazing and in a great location! Aaron was responsive and very friendly.

Our stay here was again for the best. A super nice house, with all amenities. It is very well cleaned both inside and the pool area. The pool is very comfortable and has a very nice garden! It has a very good location, it has many places to go nearby! The host is very attentive and kind. We hope to come back soon!

Our stay was amazing! The place was better than the pictures! The house is spacious and very nice!! In addition, everything is very clean and super well located. There are gourmet, organic shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. Tmb walking there is a holistic center with temazcal, yoga classes, meditation We really enjoyed the pool and garden!! If you're looking for an excellent home for Tulum, I definitely recommend it

I had an incredible stay at Aaron's Airbnb! Aaron was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. He was always available to answer any questions we had, making us feel truly welcome. The real standout was Juan, the concierge, who was hands down the best I've ever encountered. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, helping us plan a fantastic birthday surprise. Not to mention, he introduced us to the culinary talents of Angel and Ivan, whose food was nothing short of incredible - an unforgettable culinary experience! But it didn't stop there; our driver, Joel, was amazing! He took us wherever we wanted to go promptly and with a smile. The house itself was a gem, with beautiful rooms that were both spacious and comfortable. I can't wait to recommend this fantastic stay to all my family and friends. Thanks to Aaron, Juan, Angel, Ivan, and Joel, this was a truly unique and memorable experience.

Communication with Aaron was great, easy access to the property, btw please follow his video directions and you won’t get lost. The roads are a little bumpy but that’s the least. Location is easy to find , Aaron will make that even easier with a video . We didn’t have access to the laundry which would’ve been nice but it wasn’t a bother.

Very spacious and the perfect atmosphere for a family vacation. Doña Elvia, who does the cleaning, is super nice and kind.

The place is amazing, the rooms are very well conditioned, the cleanliness every third day is too good. Everything works perfectly, the air conditioners, parking inside the premises for two cars. The place is very private, the only thing that is difficult for me to order food by delivery since on Google Maps and Apple maps the street has no name. But from there, I would stay there again. This place is incredible! There was so much attention to detail at Aaron’s place - it was beautiful, comfy and a wonderful place to relax. It was in a great location if you want to do all of the outdoorsy things in this area as it is just under ten minutes away from centotes (most notably cenote calavera) and the Laguna kaan luum. Because it was so close, we were often the first people there! Aaron was responsive to any of our needs and the home itself was immaculately cleaned daily. I cannot recommend this place enough!
