We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Quences. Kevin was very proactive in communication, including how to get to the house, local recommendations and local connections for more information. We were there for the views and the peace and quiet which did not disappoint. The property is very well kept and any small issues we had were taken care of by the local manager Kevin works with. The drive up and down the hill does require 4x4 in case of rain and expect about 20ish minutes to either Uvita or Dominical. Driving in that area is very relaxed and Google/Waze did a great job. There are a lot of dining options in either direction and grocery shopping was super easy at any of the local stores. There are several beach options to explore with each offering a little different vibe. Dominicalito was great for a more quiet option. Mornings and evenings on the deck, listen to the birds and occasional monkeys was exactly why we chose Kevin's place. I'd guess we will be back.

Kevin was awesome. I’ll definitely will be back. The view is nice everything about the place is very beautiful. You get to see new things like animals frogs it’s a whole lot of jungle if your adventurous. My 30th bday Will Be Remembered ❤️

Our stay at Kevin’s place was amazing. The property is incredible! Infinity pool overlooking the ocean was so perfect. It’s even more amazing than the pictures. There is an incredible garden. We even saw Toucans in the trees just on the deck! Kevin is an outstanding host. Absolute top notch communication and very flexible with us, totally going out of his way to accommodate our travel plans. The place is so quiet and private. Dark skies at night and the sounds of the jungle were amazing. The house is clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals as well…including an outdoor kitchen and grill! This is the perfect place for you to get away from the noise of the local towns and really settle into the beauty of Costa Rica. We would absolutely stay again! Thanks again, Kevin. Pura Vida!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kevin's house. Incredibly beautiful view. The kids had a great time in the pool. Uvita and also the Manuel Antonio National Park are easily accessible.

The host is very helpful and provided good service. The pool and the view are the best part of the place! We arrived in a 4x2 with difficulties.

The view and outdoor space make you not want to leave the home. While sitting on the deck we were even able to view whales and dolphins. The view of the Whale Tail is permanently imprinted on our brains. The house accommodated 2 couple well. Many of the restaurants and tourist activities are within a 30min drive.

Beautiful property. We saw macaws, toucans and a coati and beautiful vistas from the deck. The pool was great and there was a lot of outdoor space. The interior was spacious and clean. Easy drive to the beach and other attractions as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend Kevin’s property for anyone looking for a private space that offers accessibility to the beach

Beautiful ocean-view home!! Peaceful, clean, & perfectly located with STUNNING sunsets. The relaxing pool & sounds of nature felt like paradise. The outdoor kitchen & private well for drinking water was a plus! We LOVED our stay & would absolutely come back! 🌊🌴

This place felt too good to be true! It was truly magical. As many have said, the pictures don’t do it justice. Stunning views, perfect outdoor areas, just enough space inside, super comfy beds. We loved the outdoor bathroom and shower. The portable burners for cooking breakfast outside were such a nice touch. Was it scary getting to the house the first time? Yes! But was it so fun and added to our experience driving on that road after the first time? YES!! We saw so many toucans, various frogs and loved listening to the howler monkeys. The location was perfect. Close enough to town and yet a million miles from everyone. I would come back here 1000 times over.

This was such a stunning property. We lived the view and the birding in the morning was amazing. The kids loves the pool. We would definitely stay there again!!
