We’d like to clarify that the BBQ/grill is a listed amenity; however, during your stay it was temporarily unavailable due to a management transition over the holiday period. This timing unfortunately made communication and setup slower than anticipated.<br/>We understand how this may have been frustrating and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are actively working on fully enabling the grill area, including completing setup and adding appropriate furniture to ensure it is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for all guests. We expect everything to be ready shortly.<br/>We appreciate your patience and value all guest feedback as it helps us improve the experience for future stays.
