Arturo is a great host, very responsive from beginning to end.

I can only sum up this place as exceptional. Arturo was an amazing host who was very responsive, provided great local recommendations, and overall made the stay incredibly seamless. The place has an amazing view from the upstairs patio and a great pool that is perfect on the hot days. The place is just outside of the city center but it’s very walkable and it was nice to be away from the crowds in a quiet and clean neighborhood. If I ever make it back to La Paz I won’t hesitate to book this place again.

The location is great. You are walking distance to the pier and dining. it is also nice because it is on the north side of town and less noisy. There were a few things that we needed help with, but Arturo and Iris gave quick responses.

The house is very nice, it has all the amenities, I was with my family and we had a great time, you can walk to the malecon where there are many restaurants and services, the only detail we had is that the team in the game room was not working, Arturo I sent us a technician but it could not be fixed, despite that everything else was perfect. It was perfect.

I regret to say that my Stay was cut short. My sister has to be hospitalized in La Paz with a severe illness. However, during our stay we were blown away by the views, cleanliness, and comfort of this home! Arturo was an exceptional host. He communicated with me before, during and after us leaving. He even was kind enough to have someone deliver the items we had to leave In a rush to the hospital. An excellent place to enjoy a family vacation, everything you need to have a pleasant stay. We would gladly come back.

Arturo’s place was perfect for four adults and two kids. House is ideally situated between town and the beautiful beaches of Balandra and Tecolote. Large living room was great for gathering as group or anyone could go off to own room for privacy. Each bedroom having its own restroom was the best! Enjoyed watching sunset from top floor and kids loved swimming in pool when days got hot. We would definitely stay here again!

Arturo was a great host. He contacted us before we arrived and translated his communications to help us find and get in the place with ease. He went above and beyond at check in, leaving a cake and balloons for my 40th birthday! The place was beautiful, spacious, and clean with lots of amenities like the outdoor dining area, pool, and TV room. Great views. Walking distance to town (but probably easier to drive). And the beds were maybe the most conformable I have ever slept in! Thanks for a great stay!

It is a wonderful spot in a very nice, private neighborhood with beautiful views of the water and sunsets. The rooms all had their own TVs and air conditioners. The washer/dryer is an all-in-one but very large, and there is no dishwasher. The outdoor spaces are great as well - there is a grill outdoors that i didn't see in the pictures. We would definitely come back!

Arturo was an outstanding host. My dad was hospitalized on the first day of our stay and Arturo was available to us to ask questions and offer recommendations. His kindness was much appreciated!

Great place with very comfy beds and lots of space. Only downside had nothing to do with the house- there was some noisy construction outside that made it less peaceful.

This house was perfect for 5 adults! It has everything you would need in a perfect location. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops easily. Arturo is very helpful and responsive. Spectacular view!

Arturo is an amazing host... As others have mentioned the view is worth it all. Close to the Malecon, and restaurants , shops. Arturo was extremely helpful on anything we needed. The place was bigger than expected, the pool was very welcomed from a day at the beach. We were a family of 5 visiting and there was absolutely plenty of space. The beds for comfortable, and the home had everything you'd want. And a very delicious fruit bowl was a nice touch. I'll be going back soon. Saludos...

Everything Perfect , Arturo excellent host and sunset house makes you not want to leave at all very clean and with all the amenities , I would wash it again!!

Wonderful!! Much more than I expected

We enjoyed our stay at Arturo’s house. This is very comfortable, it has all you might need during your time there. Our kids enjoyed the pool after spending a long day at the beach. We enjoyed the barbacue :) Communication with Arturo was super! Thanks so much for renting your home.

This place was excellent! It had everything we needed. Arturo is a great host, very attentive and quick to respond. La Paz is a gem. I wish we could've stayed longer but we are looking forward to go back to Casa Atardeceres.

Lovely home near the malecón in La Paz. The house set up is comfortable and inviting. We were walking distance from restaurants, shops and the beach but far enough to have a quiet evening away if we chose to relax that day. I would definitely stay here again.

Great rental in La Paz! Perfect for 2 families. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. We would totally stay here again!

Quiet. Clean. Restaurants are 15-20 minute walk (had toddlers so could be faster). Good location considering we spent most of our time north of the malecón. Beds were amazingly comfortable.

Arturo's place was perfect for our family time in La Paz. The home has a wonderful setting, beautiful views, super clean, and was an ideal home base for our daily excursions. Arturo's communications went way above and beyond any other airbnb I have experienced.

Great place, great location. Very comfortable beds and individual ac control in each bedroom! Unlike most beds I’ve slept on in Mexico, great sleep. The hosts were so nice and very very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend for larger parties. The house is much bigger than it looks like in the pictures.

This place was a great option for our group of friends. It was spacious and very clean. The views were beautiful and with this heat the A/C was very much appreciated. Whenever we did have any questions our host was quick to respond and assist us. Definitely would stay here again.

Very nice place and damn house, we had a little inconvenience with the refrigerator, but soon we had help! The house is much better than the pictures!

Arturo was a wonderful host. He worked with us to get in early so we could get to the beach quicker. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We felt like we were “at home” the second we walked through the door. We would love to stay here again.

We loved our stay. Very clean and modern, and just a 3 minute walk to the Malecon! We walked everywhere, and the 1 day we wanted to go to a far restaurant, it was a $2 Uber ride. The beds were super cozy. Highly recommend!!

Arturo’s house is a fantastic place to stay when visiting La Paz! It is in a great location - close enough to be able to walk to everything in town but far away enough to be quiet. It also has a beautiful view of the bay! Everything was very clean when we arrived and Arturo and Geraldo were very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

House was amazing! Very large, Huge TV in each room with their own bathrooms, beds extremely comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen. Total access for laundry deep pool, views of the ocean, back area enough to seat a large family. Location at the end of the Malicon which made it nice and quiet, security was great, can’t say enough great things about the place!! Will stay again

This place is amazing! It is located outside of the buzzing center of town and it has the added security of being a gated community. The view, amenities, location, and space made it a very comfortable place to stay for a week. My two year old loved the theater room and the pool and so did we. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Arturo's house is the ideal space to spend an incredible stay in La Paz, functional, recreational, central and very tasteful, it has everything you need and more!

We loved this place. All three rooms were very spacious and clean. It has plenty of dishes and pans to cook. Great location. Plenty of restaurants and activities to do nearby. The ocean view from the upstairs patio was beautiful. We would definitely go back and stay there again. Highly recommended.
