We fully enjoyed a long weekend at Wendy’s beautiful house with our children and friends. The house was clean and fully stocked with anything you may need to prepare meals. The outside area was beautifully maintained and we spent most of the days enjoying the large pool, which was at a perfect temperature, and bbq area. The sun sets and night time views were stunning. The temperature remained quite warm at night time so I would recommend more fans in the bedrooms for a more comfortable sleep. Wendy was a friendly, attentive and welcoming host and I would highly recommend her house for a relaxing getaway with family and friends.

We had a very happy Christmas with the family, a very functional house, in great condition (bathrooms, bedrooms and refrigerator) and the pool works perfectly (temperature). We used the barbecue and it worked great. Additionally, Wendy's attention is great, always attentive. It is highly recommended to pay for the daily cleaning/cooking help. Make sure you arrive with groceries because it is somewhat remote.

The house is very nice and even better than in the photos, Wendy's service was excellent, she answered all our questions and concerns at all times, without a doubt an excellent option to spend an excellent weekend with the family.

We really enjoyed the play area, Wen recommended that we hire the boiler a day before our arrival and it was the best option, we enjoyed the pool from start to finish, super warm. Details to consider: you must bring everything you are going to use because it is not so close where you can buy it (10 min) I do not consider it a disadvantage at all but it is good to know. The house is located in a safe place, however if it is a little far from some establishment to buy food, the same and they would have to carry everything they will need to no longer have to go out, as for the house it is very nice, clean and the rooms are very comfortable, the pool is good size and we paid for the boiler and so we could enjoy the warm water, the lady who helped in the house is very kind and efficient, we would definitely come back to enjoy this house.

The house is very nice and very comfortable. I didn't need anything more than what the house already had. Yes, it's a little bit out of the way, but there are many grocery stores in the village. I will definitely be back :) Very good host, attentive and super helpful.

Wendy is an excellent host, who made our stay amazing. Communication was very clear and transparent at all times, and she was very responsive in finding solutions for our needs (we were a large group). The house is even better than the pictures, totally designed to spend a super nice time. It has games room, the pool is large and very clean (can be heated at an additional cost); the view is spectacular at night and day. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, which makes sharing the space much easier. The decor is very nice; there are no things out of place or anything like that. You really don't need to bring extra things; it's like arriving at a hotel. And Mrs. Tina, who supports them, is extraordinary. Very proactive, cooks well, is very friendly, and inspires a lot of trust. It was an A+ weekend, with excellent service and fully equipped house. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Wendy and family were awesome hosts and cannot praise them enough for all their support during our stay. Our family spent an awesome Christmas week together at Wendy’s place and the support we all received from Tina (cleaner/cook) was above and beyond. I can’t recommend Wendy enough as a host!

It's a very nice and spacious house. Communication with Wendy is always very good and fast. He is an attentive person and explains everything from the beginning. I recommend hiring a heating service for the pool, because even though it's warm, the pool always needs to be warmer.

Excellent, definitely recommended. The house is prettier than the pictures and has a nice design. Wendy was always in communication (super important to me) and friendly. The pool water, on Saturday, with the boiler service was incredible (climate and boiler factors were combined), it managed to become a kind of jacuzzi. The support lady was super friendly and helpful. Everything in general was great, I would definitely come back. Minor details to improve, as in any place to stay.

The house at the height of my expectations, we enter super well: 12 adults and 10 children between the ages of 2 and 17. The house is in a very quiet place and has an amazing view. You really forget about the daily stress. We really enjoyed the pool with warm water for the kids until late at night. You didn't want to get out of the water. (There is a bathroom in the garden right next to the pool, which is great so you don't have to go into the house and get the floors wet.) The house is very clean, with many well-distributed rooms, all with bathrooms. There is plenty of light and ventilation. Another thing we liked is that the kitchen is super well equipped. There is nothing missing that you might need. We hired Tina, who was a great help in the kitchen and with cleaning. We ordered groceries directly to the house a few days before our visit, and before we arrived, Tina was already receiving, cleaning, and putting away the groceries. Every day she prepared breakfast and lunch at our request and was always attentive to what we needed. The pool heater and Tina's service are highly recommended. We were 100% satisfied guests with our visit to Wendy's house.

I've had the opportunity to stay at several Airbnbs and Wendy has been the best host I've ever had by far. The house has an unparalleled view, it's beautiful, super clean. Amazing communication from before you arrive, during the stay with a couple of super equis and outside of Wendy details, also after check out. I recommend bringing everything you need so that you do not have to go down to the village to buy since the nearest Oxxo is approximately 15 minutes away and once you enter the house, you never want to leave as comfortable as it is. Wendy is a tremendous host! I've never had anyone so attentive and willing to make the experience truly impeccable! The pool is the best part of the house! With the April heat, we enjoyed it day and night without even needing heating! The wonderful tree next to the barbecue is perfect! The beds are very comfortable and the hammock has shade almost all day!! Just come and enjoy!

The view is unbeatable so it is worth being at the top of the fractionation, and if you forget something there is a shop that offers home service. Just a few details - the speakers didn't work as expected and the pool is not efficiently cslienta above 31 degrees. Anyway, Mrs. Tina is very professional and exceeded our expectations with her cooking services and liempiezan. The house was adjusted to what we needed for an unforgettable weekend.

The house looks new and is very nice, the rooms are sufficient and spacious, once you arrive you just have to keep them ventilated so that at night you do not suffer from heat. The temperature of the pool with the boiler is luxurious. If you want everything to be super clean on a daily basis, it is advisable to hire the cleaning service. The barbecue area might not look very big in the photos, but it's actually quite good and the game room is very well provided. As for the location, it is not central, but it has a very nice view and there is no noise from neighbors that gets to disturb. Because it is a bit withdrawn, it is advisable to buy everything with time to avoid going down to the village, although it is possible to order by phone. Overall, it's a 10. Totally recommended for a weekend with your family.

Wendy and Miguel's place was the perfect house for my large families' first ever vacation. Wendy is great at communicating and responds in a very timely manner. While she was away, her husband Miguel answered our many questions. they gave us great tips about things to see and connected us with a maid named Tina. Tina was an exceptional cook, and though we had a langauge barrier, its obvious that she is very genuine and an extremely hard worker. we appreciated her so much. Aside from this, the house is gorgeous. it's a bit of a drive up the hill past the golf course of san gaspar, but we felt it was very worth it for the security, privacy and the beautiful views. Very good house for large groups, it is in excellent condition and has additional services such as a jacuzzi, very good boiler for the pool, sound system with bluetooth, game room with table games, ping pong, foosball. Wendy, the owner, is super friendly and makes you feel at home. It is very worthwhile to hire the service staff who are also very friendly. The garden is small but it's enough. A bit far from Cuernavaca but worth it. We'll be back for sure.
