Beautiful light and sun filled apartment with expansive views above the tree canopy over Parque Mexico. Great location by the park and the circuito, walkable to so many restaurants and bars nearby. Apartment is large and has everything you need. It’s beautifully and artistically decorated with loads of lovely plants. Mariana was friendly and flexible to deal with. Highly recommend

Without a shadow of a doubt, our favourite Airbnb we have been to (globally), it’s a true home not an Airbnb machine. We’ve stayed in 3 other apartments in Condesa over the years and the area is fantastic, Mariana’s place is in the perfect location. What is not obvious if you’ve never been is that the trees which make Condesa so amazing also make 99% of apartments very dark. This apartment is flooded with light and has the most incredible views - you really can truly relax and feel peaceful in what is admittedly a hectic city. The photos do not do it justice, it’s even more enormous and beautiful. We were staying here with our newborn baby and I cannot thank Mariana enough for the kindness she showed throughout, I felt like we were staying at our good friends place. She was as fantastic as the apartment. Do not hesitate to book, there are not enough superlatives to describe how incredible our stay here was and I was genuinely sad to leave. We will be back and we cannot wait!

Had a wonderful stay at Mariana's apt. It was very clean and the description and photos are accurate. The view is fantastic! The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk to many places and several attractions were a short taxi/uber ride away. Mariana was very responsive to messages and was an overall great host!

Mariana is an excellent host and the neighbourhood is quite possibly the most beautiful oasis in any city I've travelled to. It feels as if you're submerged in a lush garden and the view from Mariana's apartment entices you to explore your surroundings.

Mariana was an incredibly accommodating host. Her apartment is amazing, with a stunning view and a prime location. You’ll find plenty of restaurants, shops, and coffee spots nearby. Parque Mexico is right outside perfect for morning walks or runs.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for our plans to dine, explore, and enjoy the area. Mariana was incredibly prompt in answering all of our questions and gave us timely attention that made both check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. She even accommodated my family’s trip at the very last minute, which we truly appreciated. The place felt safe, clean, and comfortable. We’ll definitely be coming back to this Airbnb.

I don’t know if I’ll ever live in a place as perfect as this AirBnB - so do yourself a favor and stay here. Mariana really accommodates her guests, both in her communication and what she provides for the Airbnb. Fast Internet (~50 mbps), great water filter (no need for garrafones!), plenty of linens, lots of kitchen equipment, etc. The apartment itself is perfect for any duration of stay, it’s super spacious and crazy enough, could probably accommodate 6 people working from home. The curation of plants/furniture, as well as the incredible high-floor view of your own personal city jungle, makes this an Airbnb worth remembering. If curious, the apt/building feel super safe with the 24/7 doormen (you will check-in with them), who will also receive any packages for you. Last note: yes, the third bedroom cannot beat the other two rooms, however it’s the perfect place for someone who might be more noise sensitive, as you might hear some dogs during the day. It was an absolute privilege to stay here!

Mariana’s apartment is fantastic and located in a very convenient spot in la condesa with lots of great restaurants literately outside the apartment and right next to a nice park . She was a great communicator and I highly recommend

This is the #1 best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We planned on a single month, and ended up staying eight months because we fell in love with the apartment and the Parque Mexico neighborhood in Condesa. Mariana is an excellent host. Her communication is clear and always very helpful. She was understanding throughout our stay, and easy to work with as we extended our reservation multiple times. The apartment is, again, the best airbnb I've ever stayed in. - larger than the photos imply. - very comfortable couches for laptop work - directly overlooking Parque Mexico, my favorite part of the whole city - full of beautiful plants (people on Zoom meetings always complimented the "jungle" in my background). Incredible plant vibes. - 9th floor, above the parque mexico trees, making it so the loud mexico street noise hardly made it up to the apartment - the indoor hammock was a blessing Things to be aware of: - at the time of writing this (september 2021), the elevators were out of order 5% of the time. We did occasionally need to take the stairs. But the maintenance crew was actively fixing it, so I wouldn't worry about this at all unless you need wheelchair access. - the third bedroom is indeed small, but I personally used that room for months and did not need any more space. Overall, I give the highest recommendation for this apartment. I've stayed in six Airbnb around Mexico City and the location and vibes of this one are unbeatable. Whatever cost Airbnb sets this at, it's worth twice that. If you're coming to Mexico City, there's no better place.

Mariana's spacious 9th floor apartment is the perfect place for a "feel like a local" stay in the Condesa. It's spacious, comfortable, well equipped. And your jaw drops when you walk in the door and see the virtual wall-to-wall windows overlooking a canopy of trees with the big-city skyline in the distance. Walking distance to so many great cafes and restaurants as well as conveniences like an Oxxo and a supermarket. And an inexpensive Uber ride to just about anywhere in the city. Mariana is a lovely host and her communication is quick, clear, and thorough. Highly recommend!

Staying at Mariana’s home was absolutely seamless. Her communication pertaining to booking, check in and check out set the tone for a great stay in Mexico City. The location of the home in Condesa is perfect, with many cafes and restaurants all within a short walking distance. I look forward to spending my next trip in Mexico City at this apartment.

Mariana’s apartment is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and in a brilliant location. Mariana herself was extremely prompt and accommodating in her responses. If you’re in town with a couple friends this is an especially great place to stay. I already miss having coffee in the hammock by the window and looking out over the park. This was such a great place to stay. You cannot beat the location, right on Parque México, near the best churros (El Moro) and the best place to get breakfast (Maque). The apartment is comfortable and filled with the most gorgeous succulents, and the balcony overlooks the park for a great view. Two of the bedrooms are full of light and spacious, with bathrooms attached or right across the hall. The third bedroom is smaller and off the laundry space (a bit darker, with a much smaller bathroom). It wasn’t an issue for us as the person sleeping in there slept really well and apparently had the best water pressure of all of us. Just wanted to note that though as someone will have to pull the short straw when picking bedrooms. It was so helpful to have the water filter in the kitchen, we all drank the water without any problem and were so grateful we didn’t have to buy large bottles to carry up. The check in and check out was so easy with the doorman in the lobby - we felt safe and really enjoyed our time in CDMX. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and Mariana was an excellent host - we used quite a few of her recommendations and they were all so wonderful.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The apartment is filled with tons of plants and has amazing natural light. Sitting on the hammock and gazing out over the top of Parque México was an ideal way to unwind after exploring CDMX. Mariana was extremely responsive to any needs and I would recommend this apartment to anyone planning to spend some time in the capital.

Mariana’s apt was a great home base for our friend trip! There were five of us, and the apartment was more than roomy enough. Mariana was super transparent about the third bedroom being smaller than the others - but it was still plenty big and functional, just not as luxurious. The kitchen was well outfitted to cook breakfast every morning (and more, if you choose!) The location was amazing and the view was spectacular; I highly recommend watching the sunset from the hammock. Overall, we had no complaints and would come back in a heartbeat.

This was by far our favourite stay in Mexico, perfect city oasis of calm and greenery whilst still being amazingly central. This is a great spot to stay in the city. The apartment is spacious and airy, with a floor to ceiling window overlooking the park and the skyline of high rises along Av. Paseo de la Reforma; you can catch the light show on the BBVA building after dusk. Walk around the park and the radiating streets to take in the architecture and the calm of this neighborhood; there are plenty of shops and restaurants to wander into. It's a short walking distance from great spots — Churrería El Moro, Tacos Hola, Volador Café, Azul Condesa — as well as a supermarket, a convenience store, a Starbucks and a wide array of international dining options. There is a subway station and a rapid bus stop within 5-8 min walk from the apartment. The park does get busy on the weekend, so you probably don't want to sleep in too late. Also note that one of the three bedrooms is much smaller than the other two, but all three have separate full bathrooms. If you choose to cook, there is a full spacious kitchen and a dining area. Marianna was a great host — very responsive and with just the right information. A very easy check-in/check-out experience. I'll definitely consider this apartment for my next stay.

Mariana was a wonderful host, super responsive and helpful. We ran into a small issue with the apartment's water not running, but she sent someone over right away to fix the problem. We loved the large windows of the place, which let in so much natural light and gave us great views of Parque Mexico right next door. The place was also beautifully decorated with so many lovely plants. It was a great weekend getaway for me and my friends.

You can't beat the location and charm of this apartment. Mariana is an attentive hostess. There is some street noise since it's close to a popular park, but it only took me one night to get used to the sounds. You're literally a 30 second walk to several restaurants and shops. I will definitely stay here again.

Simple but comfortable and clean bedrooms and a huge living/dining area with a similarly spacious kitchen. Terrace is petite but can comfortably fit two people, seated. Wonderful space to accommodate a moderately sized group (we were four people). Incredible location with beautiful views of the city (westward) and the park. Easy walking distance to both all of the usual haunts in Condesa as well as many new favorites in Roma Norte. Oxxo, grocery stores, and plenty of banks close by. My party stayed for just over a week and found the laundry room super convenient as many of us were coming from other travels. The 24 guard was lovely and helpful throughout our stay. I had an excellent stay at Mariana's apartment! The location is truly unbeatable, and the apartment is perfect and has amazing views! I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in CDMX.

Mariana's apartment is great! It's huge, stylish, full of beautiful plants, and is in a great location. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby and the park across the street is beautiful. The doormen are super friendly and the neighborhood feels really safe and fun. We really enjoyed our time here and can't wait to come back!

Wonderful, spacious, stylish, perfectly-located apartment, very helpful host. The apartment is an experience in itself, perfectly capturing the beautiful Parque Mexico area. As warnings, make sure you are ok with narrow double beds and a bit of daylight in the bedrooms, and you will absolutely fall in love with the place. It is the kind of inspiring residence that creates cherished memories.

Very beautiful apartment in a great location. A bit noisy at night with music and socializing in the area. One of the bedrooms is like a maid’s quarters next to the laundry. Other than those two points, it’s a perfect place with a wonderful doorman, and a Very responsive and helpful hostess.

Location Location Location! Mariana's huge apartment is right on Parque de Mexico. Floor to ceiling windows gives you a spectacular view over the park that feels almost as though you are looking over a jungle. I even saw eagles in the tops of the palms from the apartment balcony. The view makes it almost hard to venture out. La Condessa, one of the best food areas in Mexico City, has both historic charm and modern conveniences. We walked everywhere, and there was too much to see in one trip. You do have access to public transit, uber and taxies at your fingertips if need. The staff and the residents in the building always made us feel welcome. I usually like to stay in a variety of spaces when I travel but am keen on coming back to Mexico City and honestly I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Can't wait to return.

Mariana's place was ideal. It was the last stop of our various Airbnb's and it was a perfect location across one of the most beautiful parks and walkways of CDMX. Just step out to find a myriad of places to eat and lots of sightseeing. But it also provided a beautiful space for our family to congregate and enjoy; we loved the view & our girls loved the hammock and the plants in the living room. Mariana was an exceptional host and always available if anything; she was beyond accommodating.

Mariana’s place is easily one of the best AirBNB’s I’ve stayed at. The location is great, being right on Parque México with tons of restaurants nearby, and easy access to local transit. The apartment itself is stunning—a treetop-level view of the park and the Reforma skyline laid out before you just beyond the panoramic windows. The apartment is great for groups as well, with 3 beds and 3 baths, a kitchen and a big dining table. Light sleepers should be prepared with earplugs, but not a major issue. Mariana was great to work with—super responsive and communicative and very open about providing numerous recommendations for the tons of good spots nearby. I would highly recommend her place and hope to stay there again next time I’m in Mexico City!

This apartment is even better than in the pictures! Perfect location in Condesa, near El Moro churreria. The apartment is quiet, on a high floor with incredible views and filled with plants and succulents. A hammock hanging next to the window makes you feel like you're floating above the trees in the park outside. There is filtered water and a washer/dryer. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of which are newly remodeled with nice tiles); the beds and pillows are, as other reviews say, exceptionally comfortable. You will certainly sleep well! You get the keys from the doorman, who is there 24/7 and will let you in to the building. The host was very kind and communicative throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I stayed at Mariana’s Airbnb for 5 days and loved every minute of it — especially when we walked into the door. There are so many plants and the windows are huge and let in tons of natural light. The apartment was easy to find and the security guards were very friendly. located in a very cute part of the Condesa neighborhood (next to a dog park!) and felt very safe with lots of good cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. I had such a great time in Mexico City and this Airbnb was certainly a part of it.

Loved Mariana's apartment! It's in the absolute perfect location for exploring the city and the neighborhood is so wonderful, and green. My friend and I loved the space. It's large, bright, has an amazing view, and a huge couch for hanging out on. The doormen were friendly as well and the apartment is in one of my favorite neighborhoods in the city.

What a wonderful place to stay! It was our first trip to Mexico City and we loved the location and all of the food suggestions Mariana made. She was great with communication, and might be one of the best hosts we've had on Airbnb! There was so much that was within walking distance, and the apartment overlooks a beautiful park. There were 4 of us (my husband and I and our two best friends) and the size was perfect. We will definitely be back to Mexico City and will check if the apartment is available for us again. Amazing stay!! Mariana's apartment is the perfect place for a visit to Mexico City. Everything was great! The view, the rooms, the location, Mariana's quick response times to messages, check in - it was all perfect. The apartment is right off of Parque Mexico so every morning we were able to take a nice walk in the park and see dogs with their owners running around. It was the best way to start every day! Mariana also wrote us some recommendations which were helpful! I would highly recommend this airBNB to anyone visiting Mexico City.

This is a gorgeous, huge space with an unbeatable location overlooking the treetops of Parque México and with the skyscrapers of Reforma rising in the background. I loved staying here, Mariana was super helpful and quick to respond and the doormen were always friendly and welcoming. There were a few minor issues with the amenities in the apartment, but Mariana responded instantly whenever I had a problem, even ordering two brand new heaters to the property when two in the apartment didn’t work. Highly recommended, thanks again Mariana!

Mariana's home is a great place to stay when visiting Mexico City. It's in the perfect location - overlooking Parque Mexico in the hip Condesa / Hippodromo area. It has a great view and I loved waking up and looking out the floor to cieling windows in the living room. The area is very walkable and with many restaurants and shops in a very close radius. The apartment has everything you might need, should you want to cook there. There are extra linens in an armoire in the living room and a new washer and dryer for laundry. The couch is comfortable and has a smart TV for netflix binging, should you want to do that. The building is secure with 24 hour guards who are wonderful and super helpful. Mariana is a great host and was prompt to respond with any questions before and during the trip. She provided local recommendations for food and activities, which we greatly appreciated. All around, this was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend anyone who wants to visit DF, to stay at Mariana's apartment.

Only issue we had was it was a bit cold and the space heaters provided didn't do much...though we've also been told that's a common theme in mexico city places. Overall a great and positive experience.

The apartment was just as advertised. My 82 y/o mother accompanied us on this trip. It is a great apartmentfor someone with mobility challenges. You can't beat this location, 1/2 a block from El Moro Chuerria and Tierra Garat. This is CDMX and depo is located in a vibrant neighborhood, so expect vibrancy! This is the best value/location of any AirBnB I have stayed. I would recommend this place and would return.

Great apartment in the middle of it all - cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. Tons of natural light and plants. Right across from an amazing dog park and churro spot. We were a group of 5 coming to CDMX for the first time and loved Mariana's apartment and the location. Highly recommended!

This place has the most beautiful view and location. It is right across from the park. Great light and beautiful plants. Safe and in a really nice neighborhood with lots of places to eat all around. I've been to Mexico City several times and this was the best. I have great memories of this place and Mariana was such a great host .

Mariana's sunny apartment on Parque México was a delight to stay in! Very big with gorgeous views of the park and a fun hammock with 9th floor views. One thing to note is that the sounds of the park, including lots of dogs barking and construction, are very loud in certain rooms of the apartment. However I would absolutely recommend this apartment for anyone to stay in.

Wonderful location opposite Parque Mexico, with amazing city views. Light, spacious apartment that feels like a home, with plants, books and quirky furniture. Really helpful host who replied quickly to all our queries - and nice guy on reception. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops.

So nice, it almost makes you want to stay home. (Don't! Take the good advice Mariana offers!) Along with the fantastic views, the beds are comfortable and the building is secure.
