The condo is beautiful and a great size. The air conditioning was a problem. The only person who is available to help is the front desk. They were not very responsive. We complained about the air conditioning because in the dead of summer the master/living space didn’t have a working unit. They came the first day and fixed it, but the it stopped working. Maintenance never came back to fix it the next few days. We also arrived to the condo 20 minutes early and were not allowed to check in early without being charged. Be careful if arriving early, because each hour is $20.00/hour. Great location and the restaurant is delicious!

Great for a weekend get-away. Quiet location away from the crowds. Perfect for 6 people. Had a couple of hiccups the first day but front desk took care of it

Excellent! Everything was as described! All the amenities! Best Condo period. We loved location, all the access to everything. Fom the pool, 90 second walk to the beach. Yes, It was timed. My wife loved the view. We will visit every time. Bravo Nick 👏.

The unit it self is super nice. There is plenty of room for a large family, we loved having three bathrooms. However, going down we did not know that Esmeralda was not finished. There is only one elevator so at check in there is a line of families with coolers waiting. The bar at the pool is very over priced. No one was even going to the bar, everyone was bringing their own food and drinks from their rooms. $1000 for two nights for an unfinished resort was not worth the money.

The room is awsome top quality highly recommended but the security hassles everyone at the pool so much about coolers and drinks by the pool!!! The poolbar is pathetic and their prices are outrageous for their drinks. Two of our wifes cut there feet bleeding everywhere from glass that was on the ground in front of the pool bar. They are trying to be like Las Palomas with rules and prices but don’t have even close to the infanstructure. BTW i will never stay at Las Palomas again too much BS for vacation. There is a reason why the other condos on sandy beach have so much more business. We pretty much could not enjoy the pool and had to stay out on the beach. If you do not want to hang out by the pool and only want to be on the beach this is a wonderful place. FYI when you rent here You’re renting from an association not the guy Nick managing these rooms so any problems you encounter you have to go to the front office and that may or may not give you the results you’re looking for

The condo is amazing. It is very luxurious and has everything you need for your stay in Rocky Point. The views are amazing from the oversized patio. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Rocky Point. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Stay! Place is still under construction but it did not get in the way of us having a good time! The room was better then expected. Woke up with a beautiful view of the beach. Had A/C and a handy guest book of suggestions and numbers you might need. Pictures did no deceive this beautiful stay! So happy about that :). Location is at the very end of where everything else is at so come prepared with money if you plan on going by with a taxi! Had a nice pool and bar! This location is perfect for a relaxed vacation. If you bring a big group, make sure to keep the noise to a moderate level especially at night. Would recommend :)

Very nice condo, however the complex including this tower is still under construction and should be mention, there was construction related noise during our stay, not a deal breaker for us. Very nice and friendly staff are working there, had an issue with the wifi but was resolved promptly. Not a crowded place since is at the end of Sandy Beach. Thank's and safe travels.

First time in Puerto Peñasco we love everything about this trip. Our stay at the Esmeralda resort was more than perfect from the comfort of the condo the view the amenities of the resort everything was amazing!! We can’t wait until our next trip hopefully soon! Our Host Nick answer every question from us even before we booked he was very helpful and patient with me! I have no complaints about this trip at all.

Wow, This place was everything and more. What a beautiful place and the perfect location. Everything was super smooth and the staff are amazing. Nick has wonderful communication and answers any questions you may have. Definitely coming back.

Incredible. If you don't mind a little construction considering they're finishing the building still. Honestly wasn't loud, plus the inside and the tub and view woah, this place was worth it. Safe and great location. Definitely check out wrecked at the reef it's a lot of fun and a quick walk on the beach.

Beautiful 3 bedroom condo. Perfect ocean view from the balcony. Enjoyed our vacation. Resort is still under construction but it was not a problem at all. Only wish they had a swim up bar and restaurant on site. The place was clean and very stylish!

It was a beautiful place to stay. Defoe staying there again. First time in Puerto Peñasco and my experience was great despite COVID nothing was missing except maybe a little more coffee could have been handy. Thanks for the hospitality.

So much better in person. It is a gated property with security as well. I wish there would have been some waters n coffee to make. But when I saw the view I didn’t care. It was super clean. They had someone to bring our bags up. Just amazing all around. Thank you!

Fabulous place to stay. It felt like home. I love the space. Sitting out on the super wide balcony having coffee at sunrise was breathtaking. Everything was clean. I can’t say enough about how elegant the space was. I will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was amazing! We did have clean some dishes from the cabinets and silverware from the drawers. Not a problem. Other than that, everything was absolutely beautiful and right on the beach. Phenomenal view. We are DEFINITELY staying here again!

His place was amazing! It was stylish and posh. We had a toddler so we had to move some of the beautiful decorations off of tables and away from being knocked over. The kitchen was fully stocked. The fridge was AMAZING!!! The kids used it to play YouTube, games and music. The beds were comfortable. The balcony and view were priceless. The electric shades were a bonus once we learned how to use them lol. The building is still under construction but it wasn’t a problem at all. If you’re looking for high end and are accustomed to staying in nice places, you won’t be disappointed.
