The place was great. In my opinion the building Coronado Bay is a great place to relax and to disconnect from the city. At Jen’s place my family and I had a great time. The apartment had a nice ocean view.

Jen was an excellent communicative host. Whenever we had a question, we received a very timely reply. The unit itself has very very beautiful views. The building has wonderful pools and quite a good gym. Local community is very friendly and welcoming. A safe and walkable area day or night. Beach was gorgeous and mostly empty.

Great place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Gorgeous views from a really comfortable condo. Jen's a great host and is very responsive, helpful and friendly. You will not be disappointed ifyou stay here.

We (family of 3) had a great time in Jen’s property and would rent this unit again. Excellent sea/mountain views from this 23rd floor condo, together with a friendly host, made our 30+day stay a memorable experience.

The condo view was breath taking - both ocean and local town were mesmerizing. Loved being able to open all the windows to the ocean breezes and sounds of the waves. Jen made it even better with her friendly advice, helpful recommendations, and updates on local happenings. We hope to return because one month wasn’t enough!

We enjoyed our time in Coronado. The unit has beautiful views of the coastline, but the balcony does get hot in the afternoon. We mainly used the balcony in the mornings. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked. The fridge has an ice maker and filtered water. The living area is small but the main bedroom is quite spacious with a walk-in closet. We did not use the second bedroom, it has a trundle bed and would probably be most suitable for kids. There is a desk in the second bedroom. We only stayed for 4 days but most people seem to be there for multiple months. There were a lot of Canadians and everyone was friendly and willing to offer advice. It is a very social environment. The building and apartment could use some updates. I think they were making some updates to the building while we were there. The air conditioners all functioned, they did not seem very strong but served our needs. Jen was a gracious host and greeted us and made sure that we were settled in.

Excellent views. Jen was a great host. Kitchen had everything we needed. Appreciated there was a desk to work remotely and yoga mats. The second bedroom does have 2 single beds that are in a trundle bed. Black out curtains helped a lot with the heat from the sun mid day. I would stay here again! There are free water aerobics and beach body classes during the week. Walking distance to Picasso and La Runa restaurants. We liked the Bench restaurant the best and ET fonda. Cafe med is also good if you want a nice dinner out, make a reservation. Le Kiosque is worth visiting as well, nice lunch and fresh baked goods, they do offer dinner as well.

Jen is an awesome host! She gave really good directions on how to find the condo. She also gave us a tour of the building amenities and answered ALL of our questions. She answered our messages quickly, which we appreciated. The location is perfect because it's close to shops, restaurants, etc... The condo was exactly as the pictures show. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The view from the balcony and master bedroom is amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous view! Mountains and coastline. Honestly, the nicest place I've ever stayed. The sound the waves wonderful, and the multicolored beach was very cool. Ice machine in the full sized refrigerator! If you've been to the tropics, you understand how much I appreciated that. Heads up tip- the balcony is slippery if it's wet and you're barefoot. You've been warned! I left the curtains open to enjoy the sounds, and only used the AC twice because the breezes kept me cool.

The view from the condo is spectacular—windows on two sides of the bedroom and a wonderful view from the balcony. The beach is right there and very walkable. Our stay was pleasantly quiet. We tried several close-by restaurants and were pleased with most.

If you don't like the sound of the ocean, this isn't for you. I do. I loved it. The view of the mountains looking one way on the balcony, beautiful, the other way is the ocean. So you get a view of both. It's close to restaurants and grocery stores. The condo was well maintained and as advertised.

We had a great stay at Jen’s place. Check in was very easy and the apartment is well equipped. It’s in a great location with restaurants within walking distance and right on the ocean.

The Coronado Bay building, and this unit in particular made for a wonderful stay! Jan was fabulous, great communication and once we told her what we were looking for she provided wonderful suggestions, things we would have not come up with on our own. And OMG, she was super prompt with her responses to our questions ❤️

A fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment right on the ocean. Jen was a great host and we appreciated her excellent communications as well as the tour when we arrived. The view and accommodations are much nicer than they appear in the photos. Apartment was spotless clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Between the rooftop pool and the beachfront pool there are many comfortable places to relax. The beach itself is wonderful and we enjoyed long walks there each morning. It’s also walkable to two restaurants and a small market, perfectly located if you are not renting a car. We look forward to visiting again!

Jen was always available to meet any issues and offer suggestions about local processes and events.
