Hi Justin, thank you very much for your detailed review and for highlighting the lovely location, cleanliness, and modern kitchen — we truly appreciate it. We’re happy you enjoyed your stay overall. The pool, BBQ, and outdoor living area are shared spaces. The owners do not live permanently at the property they only stay occasionally for their own vacations. When they are there, they are respectful of guests’ privacy and typically use the outdoor areas when guests are not present. We are sorry that you were surprised by the morning yoga session and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The information about the yoga classes has now been added more clearly to the listing description so guests are aware of it in advance. Regarding parking, we do not advertise a private garage. One of the aerial photos shows the surrounding homes and neighborhood, but it is not meant to indicate that a garage is included with the property. As stated in the listing, parking is currently available free of charge for one vehicle at the Las Catalinas parking lot.
