We had several issues upon arrival (air was not working in either bedroom, light bulbs out, washing machine broke, and shower leaking but maintenance came right over and resolved all issues including putting a new compressor in one of the air units. Elevator was inoperable throughout the week and we were in the third floor- parts had been ordered but this was out of Dmitriys control. He did have someone bring over two bottles of wine for the inconvenience. How nice! Truth is - we really did need the exercise. There was plenty of kitchenware for the two of us. Ironing Board but no iron. Clean and very close to everything. I’d go back!

This is place was perfect for our stay. Close to everything!! We loved it. Very spacious 2 bedrooms and each room has its own bathroom, only thing that may be an issue is that the tub for the shower is very high in one ofbthe rooms and maybe difficult for older people or people with knee problems, but may use the other walk in shower, for us was not a big deal. Another thing, is that it may need a flat pan for the kitchen like to make pancakes. No dishwashing nor loundry soup to wash, so bring your own. There is a washer dryer combo which is a big plus!! Other than that, there is a bit of noice but not a big deal if you close the sliding door!! We loved it. Walking distance to everything the security gaurd was very helpful as well!! We felt very safe. We will definitely be renting Dimtris place again!! We'll be back soon !! Teresa was very responsive and helpful clear instructions!!! Everything was great!

Brilliant location at Playa del Carmen. The place is quiet and comfortable. Big space condo, 1 mins walk to beach, 5 mins walk to ADO bus station, 5 mins walk to Walmart, 15 mins drive to Xcaret park. Although it next to fifth ave, it’s not noisy at all, we all sleep well.

We were grateful that Dmitriy was able to rent this place to us on a moment’s notice when another rental in town was not ready and we needed to find another place. The apartment is spacious with two large bedrooms and bathrooms, and a large kitchen/dining/living room area. As others have noted, the sliding glass doors really do block out the sounds of the busy street and the live music from the beach club nearby—it’s remarkably quiet despite being in the center of a lot of activity. The kitchen is somewhat sparsely appointed. For example, there is no coffee maker of any kind, which is a first for us out of nearly 50 AirBNB rentals. There is a Starbucks on the corner, though. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from our bed and from the balcony above the street. We’d definitely recommend this place to others.

Loved staying at this condo in corto maltes! The place is PERFECTLY located, balcony ocean view and it's not even 1 minute walk to the beach. The place is clean, spacious and has everything you'll need. The host, Dimitryi is always super responsive & helpful. This place is truly a hidden gem. Lot's of restaurants by walking distance and the vibe is very interesting. I recommend this place 100%.

Dmitriy is an excellent host and Ana is very professional. The place is extremely well situated and close to everything. It’s right on the beach and 1 block from 5th ave. Looking forward to going back soon.

Location & beach access was great. Having on site security made us feel safe, even late at night. Lots of shops & wonderful restaurants close by. Zenzi Beach on the main level of the building was good food during the day & a great dance club at night with live music The condo was very quiet when the doors & window were closed so there was no issues with hearing the music or party goers at night The condo was scantily equipped with very few dishes, cutlery & cooking utensils. Not even so much as salt/pepper so need to purchase everything if you are planning to cook while staying in the unit. It’s too bad as it is a large unit & could be very nice if there was better upkeep /upgrading of linens, etc

Great location. The little restaurant downstairs was delish. We didn’t mind the street noise. It’s part of the city! This is more a “happening” place in Playa. So it’s easy to get to places. But it is not low key! Just so you know.

This place met and exceeded our expectations. The condominium had a nice view of the ocean. The location was ideal since it was close to our daily planned activities. We didn’t have issues getting in or out. This is a place I would recommend to family and friends. I would definitely stay here again.

LOCATION was amazing! 2 minute Walking distance to Quinta Avenida. Hotel is Steps from the beach. Check in was very easy and Dmitriy’s assistance Yazmine was very nice and welcoming. Dmitriy always responded within minutes with every question I had( being this is my first time using Airbnb) . Staff was very nice. The Room was great. Full kitchen was a plus. The Air conditioners worked amazing. I can go on and on about this place. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for allowing my family and I to stay at your place!

Nice place we really enjoyed our time here. Beautiful view of the ocean, walkable to the beach and 5ta avenida. The place is very confortable, the pool is amazing. Thanks guys.

Thanks for your feedback. The condominiums of EL FARO and CORTO MALTES are very conveniently located. On the one hand they are right on the most wonderful Caribbean Sea, and the azure water always pleases the view. On the other hand is located in 1 minute from the famous 5th avenue where you can walk for a week and will find new and new places where you have not been: restaurants and bars and discos and boutiques and new shops and exhibition centers and art galleries and Much more. And I can always advise the best places, the most cool tours at the best prices, can organize the delivery from the airport and back and much more.

The most luxurious condo and the best apartments. A huge beach club. And the most fashionable and popular place. 3. Condo Hotel Corto Maltese. The largest apartment with terraces and top top. jacuzzi. Large terraces for parties. B-B-Q. In the heart of the city. If anyone chooses our apartments remains very satisfied with their vacation. And more than half of customers return. And for us it means that we provide the best apartments that you can find in the city.
