The condo, building, and location are all amazing. Might be one of the best accommodations we’ve stayed at in PV. The view from the rooftop pool is incredible and the lower pool is just as gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Antonio’s place is top-tier. The location hits the sweet spot—far enough from the nightlife to enjoy the incredible ocean views in peace, but close enough to easily get to the fun, food, and shops! The unit was spotless from day one, and the building amenities (especially the pools and rooftop restaurant) are excellent. It’s comfortable, quiet, very safe, and gave our family plenty of room to kick back and unwind. Antonio is a fantastic host—straightforward, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Orchid. Condo was well equipped and the view was amazing. Staff at the Orchid were superb. Hanz was always available to answer any questions and security at the lower level were always responsive when we returned every day. The rooftop pool staff were always attentive whether we were having breakfast or hanging out at the pool. Will definitely return on our next trip to Puerto Vallarta.

Hanz was a fantastic host—really easy to communicate with and incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The rest of the concierge team was just as helpful, which made everything feel smooth and well looked after from start to finish. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. One thing we really appreciated was the filtration system, which made it easy to drink straight from the tap. Small details like that made the stay even more comfortable. The rooftop pool area is stunning, and we were lucky enough to spot several humpback whales while we were there, which was pretty special. The building also felt very secure, and having a 24/7 concierge gave us extra peace of mind—we didn’t even feel the need to use the safe. The only small downside was the outdoor furniture on the balcony. It wasn’t the most sturdy or comfortable, and with a view like that you naturally end up spending a lot of time outside. A bit of an upgrade there would make the experience even better

My fellow travelers were greatly appreciative of the apartment, the facility, the amenities and the staff. Everything was as pictured/described. Great location. Lovely views. Clean, well appointed. The stay happened during a crisis, and the excellent communications with the host and management representative were literally crucial. I’d definitely recommend this rental and hope to return soon.

This place is extremely nice and we had a great time. The concierge service and building staff were always so friendly and attentive whenever we needed anything. We traveled with three kids (ages 9, 7, and 4). We walked to the beach right there in Orchid, walked to Los Muertos to visit the beach clubs, and also walked to Lindo Mar to eat at the restaurant and enjoy the beach. The location worked perfectly for our family, but I would not recommend it for families with younger kids, as it’s not the most kid-friendly. I’d say it’s best suited for elementary-aged kids and above. We went to El Malecón a few times — we would just ask security to call a taxi and it would arrive within two minutes, which was very convenient. We also used the pool a lot and the restaurant in the roof top for quick meals. We really had an incredible vacation!

Second time staying at Orchid Towers and this unit is great! Amazing expansive views of the ocean and plenty of space for six guests. The local concierge is super quick to respond to any questions. The rooftop pool and restaurant are also a wonderful perk of staying here. Highly recommend and will be back!

I went to Vallarta to celebrate my birthday and I could have not chose a better place! Although renovations were happening I loved it, from check-in to check-out. The place itself is beautiful and views are amazing. Our time by the pool was fabulous ! The staff are great and very helpful. The restaurant by the pool is delicious. Only thing I would say is the floor is a bit too slippery for the pool area!

I stayed here during my bachelorette and it was the perfect place! I wanted a location that had stunning views and beach access but was close to the Romantic Zone but not too close ( I know sounds crazy to find, but is that place!) The complex has beautiful infinity pools and a rooftop restaurant that was amazing, literally every dish and drink we ordered was delicious. I think we ate there like 5 times during our 4 day stay because it was convenient and really good. There is an Oxxo walking distance which was also very convenient and ubers to the downtown area were literally 5-10 minutes. I will definitely be staying here again during my next trip to PV.

The condo was amazing, especially the views, and Antonio was communicative throughout the stay and made us feel at home. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool which were very convenient, always well staffed, and had breathtaking views. The location is also great, very walkable to nearby beaches, restaurants, and clubs. 5 stars all the way!

This Airbnb is a 10/10, everything is functional, the views are amazing, the beds are comfortable and the master bedroom is a gem. The treatment of everyone at Orchid is excellent and Antonio is always attentive. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous place. Most incredible views in every room. The master bedroom has 90 degrees ocean views with amazing floor to ceiling glass windows. Relaxing experience a great place to recharge. The location is ideal and encourages daily morning walk “mini hike” through gorgeous beach sceneries to Romantica zone. An easy walk to get food and back. The rooftop pool is beautiful however, a bit stuffy. I would encourage more relaxed and fun vibe like music during the day. However, we appreciate the refresh and recharge that this beautiful place gave us and we can’t wait to be back yearly and stay here. Also, if you get lucky one you’ll see fireworks during your stay. We did a couple of times and it felt like front row seats because of the floor to ceiling glass windows throughout the house. Overall, incredible unforgettable experience!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful condo, very clean and the concierge was very attentive to our needs. The entire staff was polite and helpful. Just an absolute gorgeous scenery, just like a post card! Loved this place and would recommend it to anyone. My only regret was that I did not stay longer. :)

What a beautiful spot! Pools were fantastic, and I’m not usually a pool person. Amazing views of the sea, the whales and the sunsets. And the orchid is so nice to hang out. Great vaca for our crew.

The views, pools, roof top, and lobby are DREAMY! We loved staying in this condo. The master bedroom has glass doors that completely open. We woke up every morning, opened the doors, and watched the sunrise and whales in the bay while laying in the extremely comfortable master bed feeling the ocean breeze. It was magical.

We had a great stay. The condo is beautiful and the building kept in pristine condition. It's a short walk to Los Meurtos beach, or a quick and easy cab or Uber ride if you prefer. The concierge Hanz was always responsive and had great recommendations.

This place is AMAZING. Unbelievable views, lots of room, 2 great pools, great onsite staff. It is far enough away from the Romantic district that is is quite and peaceful and quiet, but only 15 minute walk along that beach and small trail to be along the beach at the romantic district where there are endless restaurants and shops. If you don't want to walk, Taxis and Ubers are very affordable and only an couple minutes of a ride. Definitely going to go back again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in Antonio’s condo. The rental manager Hanz was amazing to work with. The restaurant/bar at the rooftop pool is fantastic. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable and kind. The unit itself was exactly as listed. The pictures do not do it justice. The beds are very comfortable. It is just a short 6 minute Uber downtown. Typically $4, no more than $10 during busy times. If we ever find ourselves back in PV, it will definitely be this!

The orchid is our favorite place to stay in PV! Location and proximity to town is perfect. Being able to be right on the ocean is absolutely unmatched. Would come back here anytime we have the chance. Thanks Antonio!

I can't recommend Antonio's place more. Right on the ocean: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Roomy, clean and filled with light. Probably one of the best Airbnb's I have had. Roof top pool and restaurant/bar were excellent and very convenient. It's a 15-minute walk along the beach to the town center or a quick taxi ride, just something to be aware of.

It was our first time to Puerta Vallarta. Antonio's condo was perfect for our group. Each guest had their own room and bathroom. The views of the ocean from the condo were beautiful. The staff at the condo were friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed having the amenities of a hotel at a condo. The pools were amazing, warm, and clean. The service at the bar and restaurant was absolutely great! Our concierge Hanz was very helpful and responsive.

Wow, that’s what you will be saying as soon as you enter the condo and then again when you go up to the roof top pool. We all thought we were in a reality show! From check in with Ivan to check out, the property management and the Airbnb host work together to deliver an amazing time for the guests. The only thing that went wrong was the iron provided was damaged and I requested another and it took over 24 hrs to get another, but they did bring us a brand new one. Other than that, just fabulous. When I go back to PV, Julianna Orchid will be my top choice for my stay.

Antonio's place is simply stunning. The views...wow. Completely unobstructed views of the entire bay. Wonderful breeze blowing through on the balconies. The space itself was super comfortable...we were a group of 3 women but the space could easily accommodate 3 couples or even a large family with kids. We had an issue with the hot water and Antonio's concierge Hanz was there almost instantly to resolve it. I cannot neglect to tell you about the condo's restaurant...the food and drinks were outstanding! We barely wanted to leave the condo because the food was so good. Contrary to what you might think you can walk to blue chair along the shore you just have to find the little path but an uber to town was very affordable (less than $5 most of the day). Over all a very relaxing and fun experience. I would definitely stay here again.

We fell in love upon arrival. The concierge service made our trip so seamless! Antonio’s place was in a private area just a short 4 minute taxi ride into town. We never had trouble getting a taxi as the complex has security who will radio one for you when you need it. The pool had stunning views and their drinks and food from the rooftop restaurant were amazing! One night, there was even fireworks right at the beach below us! We will be staying here again.

Antonio's place was spectacular. Everything about the rental was top notch from the location, the condo, the communication, to the personal concierge (Thank you Mario!). The scenery from the condo to the breathtaking rooftop pool to the amazing resort staff are beyond compare! We would definitely stay here again!!

This place is fantastic. Every morning, I would wake up, open up the sliding doors of the bedroom, and take in the picturesque expanse of the ocean in front of me. Honestly, I could have sat all day on the patio just watching for whales and manta rays. If you're feeling adventurous, it's only a short walk along the beach to the hustle and bustle of old-town PV with all of its great restaurants. That being said, the rooftop bar is a fabulous place for breakfast, some nachos, or one or two mojitos. All of the staff at the Orchid were friendly and attentive. Thank you to Mario for ensuring that any questions we had were answered promptly. We loved our stay at Antonio's.

Just wonderful. Antonio hired a very responsive staff who manage the property. Hans the manager made us feel at home, and the local recommendations and booking us a tour made it seamless. We had one extra child join our group last min, and adding them to the reservation was easy. We visit Mexico a couple times a year, and will definitely be back here. Thanks again!

Antonio's place is SPECTACULAR! We travel a lot and this is by far one of our all time favorite rentals. Starting from the jaw-dropping views (pictures are great but don't do this place justice), to the incredible food and craft cocktails (high quality and very inexpensive), and topping it off with a level of service I challenge you to find elsewhere for the price of this unit. Simply put - you not be disappointed with choosing Antonio's place.

Antonio’s condo was perfect and the location is incredible. This is easily my new favorite go-to place to stay when visiting Puerto Vallarta. The building offered leisurely privacy and was close enough to the parties and beach clubs to walk to so you can have the best of both worlds. The staff was superb, from the concierge team to the food and beverage service team. Huge shout out to Hans for providing a five star welcome and for helping us set up local reservations and activities. This place is TEN out of TEN!

Antonio’s place was everything described and more. The sunset views were spectacular every evening from the condo unit or the rooftop pool/bar. We spent many mornings and evenings just hanging out on the balcony with our family enjoying coffee or cocktails and a good book or game. It was so nice to pull back all the sliding glass doors and fully open the place up to the sounds of ocean waves. The food and drinks at the restaurant/bar on the rooftop was amazing and very reasonably priced. They also deliver to the room for no additional charge. All of the staff were super friendly and attentive. Also there is an OXO market just 5 min walk up the street where you and buy drinks and food to make in the condo and even bring to the pool if you want. Everything in the unit was like new - very comfortable and well equipped for hanging out and making meals or drinks. And taxis were always just a couple of minutes away and a quick 5-10 ride into Zona Romántica or El Centro.

Best Airbnb experience for our family of 5 (adults and teens). Offered all the amenities one could ask for at a five star resort, but with more privacy and exclusivity. And yes, they offer room service and housekeeping! The host Antonio was easy to communicate with. Our concierge Mario was on point. The staff on the rooftop were friendly and the food was delicious and well-priced. The views from the condo offered a beautiful panorama of Bahia de Banderas. And the view from the infinity pool, just stunning! Steps away from great snorkeling and exploring the tide pools of Conchas Chinas. And great walking proximity to Zona Romantica and Versalles as well. Will definitely be back!

Antonio’s place is amazing. It is even better in person. You cannot get better service, better views or a better pool. The food at the pool was great. The service at the condo is spot on!

This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in. Our group of 7 had plenty of space and nothing beats the view of the ocean right outside the balcony. The rooftop pool was amazing and we spent a lot of time up there. It was convenient to be able to order drinks and food at the pool and on top of it, everything was reasonably priced. There is a nice sandy area just north of the steps down to the beach in front of the building. We mostly took ubers into town just because it was convenient, but it's also probably walkable. The hosts were really helpful during the entire stay and extremely communicative. All in all, I really hope to stay here again some day.

Casa Julia exceeded expectations! We are fairly seasoned travelers, and we could see from the photos how nice the unit might be. However, from the moment Derek introduced us to Casa Julia through our own exploration of the unit, we were pleased to find a delightfully decorated and completely equipped home away from home. All of the appointments, including the warm-seated bidet, are top of the line and we couldn't have asked for a more delightful stay. Of course, the location and views are premier!!

We spent 3 week in this beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in Orchid building. (February 21 to March 13, 2022). We expected a luxury property, but this looked and felt better in reality than in the webpage pictures: generous spaces for living, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, balcony, 10 feet ceilings, very modern design and furnishing, all of the best quality, impeccable kept and perfectly clean. The views to the ocean and on the opposite side to the mountain are really breathtaking. We had great time on the generous balcony at breakfast enjoying the meals and at times watching the whales. The apartment has all we wanted and more. The common areas, the two infinity pools and huge terraces, all with plenty of quality outdoor furniture, the gym, the party room made our stay even better. The top floor bar and restaurant , menu, prices, and service are excellent. The host, Antonio is a wonderful, very friendly and special person, we were lucky to share good moments with him by the restaurants and at a samba show in the party room. We definitely recommend this vacation property and plan for ourselves to get back there soon. Unforgettable vacation, unforgettable hosts, very helpful support crew especially Hanz and Dereck. My husband and I, along with another couple, stayed for a little over a week and highly recommend Antonio's condo!! The condo, amenities and location are unbelievable! The condo was immaculate, clean, had everything that we could have needed (fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, rainfall showers, and even a bidet!), the retractable walls are amazing and the view was GORGEOUS! Less than a minute to walk down to the beach. The rooftop pool is beautiful, spacious and relaxing. The bar and restaurant were a huge bonus with great menus and amazing service. The front desk staff were always quick with a friendly greeting and ordering taxis with ease, if they weren't already waiting out front. The average taxi ride to the romantic zone was only about 90 pesos. OXXO up the road was less than a 10 minute walk. The property manager, also fantastic, set up our Covid tests in our room with a quick message. Antonio was super, checking to make sure things were going well, quick responses, friendly and genuinely cared about his tenants!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Antonio's place. His place is amazing! The condo is beautiful and the view is breathtaking! We were out on tours and exploring PV everyday so my only regret is that I didn't leave us more time to spend enjoying the condo itself, the 2 beautiful pools, and the other amenities. Antonio's place was exactly as described so book it if it's available. You will certainly be glad you did! We absolutely loved our stay there!

Absolutely stunning property. Condo is like new. All of the staff at the property treated us so well. The drinks and food at the roof top bar/restaurant are very good and the prices are quite reasonable. Zona romantica is just 5 minutes by car (great dining out, shopping etc). Uber costs only a few dollars and there are many drivers ready at all hours. There are a lot of rocks in the ocean immediately in front of the condo, but there are some nice calm/sandy areas where you can safely swim and snorkel. The access road is quite bumpy/steep/narrow so be prepared for that (this is common in Conchas Chinas). This place really exceeded my expectations and provided an awesome trip for our family. We are looking forward to a second trip!

Beautifully done condo. Stayed at several modern/new condos down conchas chinas and by far this is my favorite. Most beach front condos only give you 1 view to the beach and the other bedrooms tend to be dark/ no view or facing a hallway. Ocean view in the master bedroom and great hillside/partial ocean views in the other 2 bedrooms. Comfortable beds, everything you need to make yourself at home and the rooftop pool/bar has the best 360 views. Definitely recommend!!!

This is quite literally one of the nicest places to stay while in PVR. The unit is brand new, very well appointed and the amenities and staff are second to none.
