We were super happy with the accommodation! We had our private area, including kitchen, bathroom and bedroom/dining area. In addition, the pool and seating areas can be used and are almost exclusively available to you. The Marino Ballena National Park with a beach is within walking distance. Patricia was immediately available via cell phone, and José also immediately asked if everything was working out. So far, our favorite place to stay in Costa Rica. Thank you ☀️

Guesthouse is connected to the property managers main house who is super friendly. Pool area was private during our stay. Close to market, bars, restaurants and beach. The accommodation was better than expected!

The place is very cozy. Mr. José was very attentive. The hosts, Patricia and Ezequiel, are very friendly and very helpful. The place is very nice and clean. It is very close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants.

I love this location, because it is quiet, away from the central noise of the Beach, it feels authentic, yet it is convenient to everything. This is my second you're staying in Jose's Airbnb. Also, his host, Patricia and Marvin are very friendly. The studio is super clean, plenty of towels, great hot water & shower pressure. I love taking a short swim after a hot day. The only thing to note is that you do hear Patricia and Marvin as you share a wall with them, but I didn't mind. It was only their television, usually soccer and friendly laughing from time to time.

Jose’s accommodation was perfect! Safe quiet location, merely a walk or cycle away from all the restaurants and beaches. With the grocery stores nearby, it made it easy to stock up on food and settle into my vacation

The stay was very cozy; I loved the kitchen, which was equipped with everything you need, and the proximity to restaurants and supermarkets. The pool was practically private 🥰. We'll definitely be back.

Very good value for money. Steps from the beach and with a supermarket next door and 2 blocks away a MaxiPali. Very comfortable and with the bonus of the almost exclusive pool

We appreciate you staying at our Airbnb and I do appreciate your feedback especially regarding the communications. But I had repeatedly communicated with you to coordinate with the house manager sending direct messages via the Airbnb app which I check regularly. However, you chose to use WhatsApp with me which I don’t normally use as the Airbnb host and I was pretty clear in my communication with you in the Airbnb messenger which you have chosen not to use. I did have specific instructions to reach for out to Patricia who is the house manager who is always responsive in WhatsApp. But I am not clear as to what happened because I confirmed with Patricia you have already been in contact with her on WhatsApp. So, is there something inconsistent with the issue on communicating?? I wish we could have done a better job communicating and perhaps there is room for improvement and we will rectify the situation

It was very nice to be there. The kitchen was equipped with many utensils. Salt, pepper, oil and delicious coffee. You can also use the swimming pool. Just perfect. A great Pali is just around the corner

A spacious apartment on the ground floor, with a fresh swimming pool in the garden and within walking distance (350 meters) of a beautiful sandy beach and fine sea.
