Excellent place. Everything was very clean and tidy. Margarita was always very attentive to everything and provided clear and precise instructions. Everyone was very friendly!!! The best place for family vacations!!!

We spent 5 wonderful days at Margarita's apartment. We were two adults and a girl. The complex is very well maintained, clean, and quiet. They have very clear rules for shared living, and they enforce them, which is appreciated! All the staff are very friendly. The apartment is just like the photos, very well equipped, all the appliances work, the beds are comfortable, and the pillows, sheets, and towels are clean and in good condition. Margarita was attentive to our arrival and to all my questions; she was very helpful. My husband has a motor disability, and the complex has good wheelchair access from the apartment to the pool. We ordered from the fruit shop, a pizzeria, and a small store, and they delivered everything without any issues. There is a small store and a European grocery store within walking distance, which is very convenient for those who don't want to travel far. Although we rented a car, the truth is that we didn't use it during our stay. we will definitely be back!!

The apartment is exactly as described, it is very well equipped in terms of appliances and utensils, the beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean and in good condition, regarding the condominium and amenities it is a very nice, safe, clean and quiet place, the area is also very quiet, clean and safe and the attention of Mrs. Margarita is unbeatable, always attentive and providing recommendations. My family and I were very comfortable and relaxed, we enjoyed everything, especially the pool and beach.

I loved it and I would definitely like to return. I felt at home and the photos and description are accurate. It is right on the beach. It is quick and easy to access. It helps a lot to have the beach chairs since you can take them with you and be in the public beach palapas. Very clean and quiet. I liked the security there is in the place. It is a quiet place to rest and be with the family. You should not worry about the noise of others since there are rules that are followed and complied with in the establishment. In general, the place is 100% recommended. Safe and close to the lighthouse and the marina. It is within the hotel area so nearby you can find Oxxo and places of convenience to buy useful things.

Margarita was an excellent host. She was incredibly accommodating when we had issues with our flight and allowed us a later check-out. She was very responsive to messages and always offering to go the extra mile and help out! The residence was as described and was perfect for our trip with two couples. It was great being on the ground floor unit making it easy to access the condo throughout the day. There was quick access to the beautiful beach and a large, quiet pool area to just relax and enjoy. The little snack and drink area was very convenient with good food and drinks. They do only take cash though. The staff are all friendly and eager to help. We would highly recommend booking this place and would not hesitate to return. Margarita was amazing!

Very nice place to stay!

Awesome place to stay in the Marina! The condo, the pool and the beach palapas were all fantastic. While the Marina is in a remote location there are two restaurants, a La Europea, and a convenience store within a very short walk that have everything you need to to enjoy your stay.

For an incredible family vacation, I will definitely return, everything is very nice, the beach is super clean and in general we liked everything.

The first place I stayed at Airbnb 7 years ago was with Margarita, I can say that again a great experience, her space is like being at home, I highly recommend it. It is as shown in the photographs , suitable for the elderly (it has a room on the ground floor and bathroom, access ramps, the pool stairs ideal for people with mobility problems, as well as access to the beach) and children, all the rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, as well as towels for interior and beach, all the rooms have air conditioning and a fan , the kitchen equipped with everything you need (glass and plastic as well as pans, pots and pans ), in the reception of the condominium you can buy a water and ice cream; it is located close to the hotel area and the marina , restaurants , oxxo, the European , church 8 min by car, 20 min "playa la clothes". We hope to be back.

Quiet, friendly secure condo. Loved being ground floor with nice patio for morning coffee. Beautiful pool and quick beach access. As per usual people put out towels on pool chairs very early then don’t use the chairs for hours. Great little bar/restaurant. A bit of a hike to downtown Ixtapa for restaurants and entertainment, but combis run very frequently and can order taxis. Great little convenience store at marina and will order requests with next day availability. Couch is very firm r/t cement foundation. Margarita always quick to respond.

I liked it very much. The condominium needs renovation, but I see that it is in the process of being renovated. The house is clean, spacious, and has everything you need—and more—to make your stay pleasant. We would definitely love to return.

Margarita's place was amazing. We were seven guests, and the bedrooms worked out perfectly. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and got much use. The air conditioners were easy to control, and worked well. Each bedroom had it's own full bathroom, so we never found ourselves waiting to take a shower. Knowing that there was a washing machine, helped us pack light. It was a pleasure working with her as her communication was clear and appropriate in frequency. We had such a nice time on the property and at the private beach, that it was difficult to pull ourselves away. The water in both the large pool and in the ocean was warm and very comfortable. Ixtapa is a typical tourist beach town with plenty to do. For the more adventurous traveller, I'd highly recommend downtown Zihuatanejo. We had so much fun there. All in all, our stay at Margarita's place was great and I highly recommend her as a host.

The accommodation met expectations, the air conditioners in the rooms and living room provided comfort and freshness, the kitchen had all the cooking utensils, the bathrooms were very good, the showers and water temperature were no problem, all the information Margarita shared was very timely and useful.

The apartment is cozy, it made us feel at home, it met our expectations of a quiet and safe place, without noise, perfect for resting. We had a great time and would return many more times.

This condo is clean and beautiful, it has everything as described in the listing and shown in the pictures. We traveled with 4 adults and one toddler. We loved the two king beds with adjoining bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice to have a washer in the condo too. We enjoyed the pool, the beautiful grounds, the private beach area and the little restaurant by the pool. We felt very safe in this area and walked everyday to the shopping/restaurant area. Finding a few groceries for our stay was no problem either. Hilda kept the condo spotless and Margarita was very attentive to all of our questions along the way including the entire process of booking and then actually staying in the condo. All of the staff were so kind and helpful too. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation in an area with the most beautiful weather every single day! Thank you for making our vacation perfect!

Simply exceptional! Unbelievable value for price. The beach is private and separate from other major hotels which causes less people to be surrounding the space in front of the apartments. Margarita was a great host and the apartment itself is quite cozy and well equipped! Would definitively stay here again.

A place, cute,homely and quiet exelente to relax and rest

Spectacular. I recommend this house 100%, it's everything it says and much more. For me it was the first time I went to Ixtapa and I must say that I will be back very soon. The house is perfect for a family or a large group, it has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, it is two-story, it has internet, it has access to the gardens where the pool is (it is quite large, it has different areas for infants, small children and for swimming) and takes you to the beach. The condo itself is a beauty, super clean, safe (24-hour surveillance), it's super family friendly (it's full of families, no party atmosphere) the truth is that the atmosphere is very pleasant. The beach is super clean, the water is warm and not in the hotel zone, there are not many people. The condo is close to Europea and the restaurant area. It's worth getting with all the super since the house has everything to cook, we didn't need anything.

This a a great place and a great visit. Had some issues but nothing that would change my experience. I enjoyed the peace, the quiet and the order that is kept throughout the building. I wish I had stayed more days.

Everything was excellent, very good communication and attention from Margarita, she was always available to us; the apartment, the condominium and the facilities were very well; Hilda also supported us, with a very good attitude and excellent service, when they go ask them to support them to cook. The pool and beach are very clean, the rules in the condominium help to ensure respect and good coexistence. Don't forget to eat at the palapa, it's also very good.

A very well located house in the Marina and very close to walking from the center of Ixtapa either on the beach or on the avenue. The house is beautiful, very cozy, you can see the affection that Margarita and her family have, it has everything to spend it incredible, furniture, utensils, accessories, everything!!. We'll definitely be back!!!

Everything is as offered in the listing. You really don't need to go out to anything at all. The condominium is very comfortable and super equipped with absolutely everything you need to have a pleasant and restful stay. Very clean place, super clean beach, the location is excellent for those looking for a rest period, you have everything available "at walking distance".

This was a Beautiful condo on the beach. You could not ask for a cleaner condo, beach and location. Condo has everything you need 3-4 restaurants across street small convenience store and liquor store. Great walking and biking trails across street, you can go for miles. Taxis are just a request away from the great guys at the front, as well as your ice and water. Hilda kept a clean condo for us and Marina helped with any things we needed. Pool as well as beach are only steps away and you can sleep to the sounds of the waves, it is that close. Out of a 17 day stay, there were no real issues to speak of, to do with beach chairs as you see so often in resorts; but you still get the people that feel that they should put towels on chairs. So it was great that Margarita had comfy beach chairs to sit under the palapas on the beach. It was very handy to have the snack bar if you wanted. We had set up for a cook of caught fish for a small fee, unfortunately we got skunked our day of fishing, but the parrot fish at the snack bar was fantastic and ate more than once. I really can’t say enough about our great stay.... So thank you all from garden staff to management and owners for our great holiday Crew friends from 🇨🇦 Cheers Ruby Rick Sharon Lucy😎

The depa is very comfortable and safe. It has an incredible ocean view. You wake up to the sound of the waves. Inside the apartment, you'll find small details that provide a homely experience.

It's a very nice space to share with family. Margarita maintains constant communication, so she is always available to support her guests. And everything is exactly as shown in both the description and the photos. It's perfect! ❤️

Highly recommended. It's very comfortable. I was surprised that by looking in the drawers, you can find everything you need, from a screwdriver to some condiments to prepare your food. Excellent.

Margarita’s condo is absolutely wonderful. We had a fabulous vacation and would highly recommend this condo complex and if we go back to Ixtapa, this is where we’ll be staying! The little restaurant on the grounds has great food and best prices in town. The condo is easily big enough for two couples... each with their own king size bedroom and own bathroom. Plus the smaller bedroom downstairs for a single or kids etc. Nicely decorated with everything you need. Highly recommend Margarita’s condo!!

The facilities are in perfect condition, they have a snack at super good price in case you don't feel like going out or cooking, it is a place to rest and relax. Margarita is super attentive. It is an excellent place, the photos do not describe the reality, we had a very nice vacation, incredible sunrises and sunsets, approach with nature and an excellent treatment, the place very nice quiet and super clean everything at your fingertips definitely an excellent choice, the spaces of the house are spacious clean and comfortable, the photos do not do it justice!!!!

This Condo was as described, and better. If you want a relaxing Holiday away from the busy resorts this is a perfect fit. From a beautiful beach sunrise, to the great beach massages near our place, this place has it all. We had seven people fit comfortably with all amenities and air conditioning. I would recommend this place for anyone.
