4BR Villa in Nuevo Vallarta

Charles

Excellent, 7 months ago

The Casa was very comfortable. Everything was as described. The Casa is located high up, so it's quieter and more private. All restaurants and activities are within a 10-15 minute walk.

Wonderful place

Host Response

Silvia, it was a pleasure to host you, we hope you come back to visit.

The house is very nice and is a great place to spend time with your family or friends. The house has everything you need to have a very pleasant time. The hosts are very attentive and available to answer any questions you may have or support you in anything you may need. I will definitely come back when I come back to Sayulita

Host Response

Raul, it was a pleasure to have you at home, we hope you will return to visit us soon.

Perfect accommodations for our group of six adults and two children. Great location, will note as other reviewers have that there is a very steep incline to the home. Not a problem for our abled group. Host was extremely responsive, when we arrived two of the air conditioners in the bedrooms did not work and she very quickly had someone come and fix them without hesitation and we had a very comfortable stay. Dipping pool was a lifesaver for hot and humid days, and it was serviced every couple days and kept clean. Just a heads up to traveling families, it was a little challenging with our rambunctious, one year-old. There are cactus in pots on floor, steep staircase, and no accommodations for babies and children so we improvised some baby proofing. The host was able to give us contact information for a woman who brought us a crib and highchair to rent for the remaining stay which was well worth the expense! Overall, a wonderful trip and would stay again. Thank you, Jennifer and team!

Anna thanks for booking with us! It has been a pleasure to host you, we appreciate your detail review. Come back to see us soon!

We had a bachelor party of seven staying at Jennie's place and it was a fantastic experience. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the location and the views from the roof were probably the best in town. The pool area was nice and well maintained but the surrounding buildings block most of the view so we preferred sitting on the roof. The house is up a steep hill which might be difficult for older guests to climb but it provides a lot of privacy and safety surprisingly close to the city. Our main point of contact was Nancy and she was very communicative via Airbnb's messenger. She helped us arrange for transportation to/from PVR airport and was always quick to respond. There were also several 5-gallon purified water containers available for our use and all the basic amenities we'd need including towels, soaps, cutlery, tea, oils, etc.

Thanks for your wonderful review, your description of the house will give our future guests a clear description of the house and what to expect. It has been a pleasure to host you at Casa Luna Llena and we hope you come back to visit us.

This house was amazing, it had a gorgeous view and was even better in person than the photos had advertised. Hosts were super responsive and easy to communicate with, the only tiny issue we had is it was a little tricky to find at first on Google maps, the address said it was a half block down the way instead of the private drive, but that was a very easily solved problem. We loved our time here and highly recommend!

Kyann, thanks so much for your review and your note. We loved hosting you, come back to visit in the future.

What an amazing view of Sayulita! We spent every sunset together on the third story balcony. Jennie was able to help us arrange transportation from Puerto Vallarta and back to the airport, arranged for our clothes to be laundered (for a reasonable fee), and dropped off extra beach towels. Each bedroom has a spacious bathroom, which was extremely helpful. The listing does mention there is a half bath and a tv, which there is not… but Jennie shared that the listing would be updated. Sayulita town is extremely walkable and even though we had two golf carts, our kids often chose to walk to town… so the hill is doable. Thank you also for mailing my son his phone that he left… such great service!

Host Response

Thanks for your wonderful review, we hope to host you in the near future.

The location was lovely, up on a hill with nice views of the town and coastline below. Away from the bustle of town, but close enough for an walk or quick golf cart ride into the main part of town with all sorts of yummy restaurants to eat at. We enjoyed hearing the sound of birds during the day and waves crashing on the beach at night. The house was open and airy, allowing cool breezes to come in during the night. The hosts were positive and provided immediate response to our needs.

Great place. We loved the house because of the beautiful view of the ocean, and the cooling breeze throughout the day from its vantage point at the top of a hill. The rooftop deck was our gathering spot at sunset and a highlight for my family. We mostly walked to town and the beach but having a golf cart was helpful for when we wanted to explore further or didn't want to lug supplies up the hill. We had problems with the hot water not working in the house but Nancy and Herasmo were very responsive and worked on solving the issue. You definitely hear loud music from town at night so I was happy I brought ear plugs and could close doors and run the a/c, but the trade off for the convenient location (and the view!) was worth it for my family. I could lay in bed in the morning and watch the ocean. Amazing!

Host Response

Thanks for your amazing review, we got a new water heater :) We hope to host you again in the near future.

House its amazing, fresh, lots of lights and windows, the view its great, clean, quiet, private. Be aware house its on top of a mountain -that's why the amazing view- and to get there the ramp it is SCARY steep, for older people might be not easy, if you driving, you better be a good driver. They offer clean during your stay, which is great, host and co-hosts are very friendly and always responsive, pool its great and warm, big kitchen cozy living room and great dinning area. Host/Co-hosts are great, very friendly and always there for you. very attentive.

We were a family of six adults and 4 children. It was perfect for our Spring Break getaway. Everyone loved the accommodations and had little trouble with the climb. We did rent a golf cart though to help the little ones and groceries up the steep climb.

Host Response

Hi Mary, thank you for the lovely review and the note about the pool. We have a plan to do a fuller restoration of the pool during the low season this summer but I'll make a note to my team about slime. Glad you had a nice stay and please be welcomed back!

Jenny’s Airbnb was the perfect location for our trip to Sayulita. Not only does the property have stunning views, large kitchen, clean spacious bathrooms and closes, the outdoor area was also a highlight. While in the pool, you have sweeping ocean views, and beautiful landscaping. The local host was very responsive and friendly. We comfortably fit a larger group, and felt very centrally located. I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay.

Jennie’s place was absolutely perfect for our ten day trip with a group of 6 people. The beds were extremely comfortable, the views of town were beautiful, and we loved being able to easily walk into town while having a quiet place to retreat to. The house was spotlessly clean and our host checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is up a very steep hill, so be prepared to walk up that several times a day, but we found it very doable and even appreciated the challenge after stuffing our faces every day. 😉 Best of all, our host was incredibly kind about a very last minute extension we needed to make due to most of our group growing ill on our last night in town. Of course, things like this are always a risk when traveling and we are so grateful that we were able to extend our trip to get healthy enough to return home.

The house is beautiful and perfect for our stay! The beds are so comfortable, the sheets and pillows are soft and the rooms are tastefully decorated. The kitchen is stocked with equipment. We picked this spot because of the location. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the center plaza. The hill up to the house is steep so bring good shoes. The steep hill gives you spectacular views of the ocean and jungle from all the rooms in the house. Each room has an AC unit that works really well. The bathrooms are unique, the showers are open air. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house all with plenty of space. This is the perfect house for a family or group - our group was here for a wedding and it worked out nicely. Down the hill there’s a small shop and organic food store, coffee shop. In the opposite direction is the downtown with plenty of restaurants about a 10 min walk away. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will definitely be returning.
