The home is beautiful! This is already the second time that we have stayed here, and I hope to return soon. It has lots of amenities, the heated pool is wonderful, everything is clean, and there is a good space to share with family and friends 💛 Adrian was always super attentive, communicated things very clearly, and responded right away. We didn't have a single problem during our stay. Karen (the person who cooked for us) was very friendly and cooked very well, and she was also attentive to the questions we asked her. Everything excellent!

The best pool I've ever seen in all the places I've been. My family and I would stay in it until 10:00 p.m., and it was super warm. The house is super well equipped for the pool area and inside the house. Adrián is a super attentive host; we had a few issues, but he solved them 100%. I highly recommend the house!!! We would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay! The house was super spacious, spotless, and offered plenty of room to relax, especially in the beautiful private garden with the pool. The kitchen appliances and the BBQ grill were exactly as described and worked perfectly. Everything was incredibly clean, and the service girls were super sweet and helpful. Our stay was wonderful! I really can’t say enough about the beautiful home and grounds. The outdoor areas were spacious and comfortable. Adrian was a wonderful host- extremely responsive! The space allowed us to gather with family, and also to access everything Cuernavaca has to offer. Highly recommend!

Adrian was super friendly and accommodating since the minute I booked! He greeted us and showed us around the house. He constantly checked in with us to make sure everything was up to par. He delighted us with a bottle of wine and some bread! Check in was a breeze and the staff is very nice and helpful. Any issue that came up was addressed and solved quickly. The pool was amazing and heated although you don’t really need the heated pool with the beautiful weather. If you do need it warm for the a night swim Adrian can adjust the temperature. It’s nice to have some help and not do dishes while on vacation! Definitely recommend!

We had an excellent stay. We were a group of friends who went to spend the weekend in Cuernavaca, and honestly, we had an amazing time. The house is exactly as shown in the photos; I would even say that in person, it's even more enjoyable. All the spaces are very well maintained, and the common areas are great for socializing and spending time (and, of course, having a barbecue). The location is a great plus point. It is in a very safe area of Cuerna, and getting there was very easy, as was accessing the property. Adrián was an excellent host at all times. He was always very attentive to us, responsive to any questions, and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which is doubly appreciated. The staff also deserve a special mention: kindness, attentiveness, and the property was always impeccable and clean throughout our stay. We had a great weekend at an amazing, comfortable property. Adrián really deserves his superhost label. His house is beautiful, as the photos show. The rooms are very pleasant, the bathrooms renovated with functional faucets, new shower head and hot water. The pool is great and heated. The plus: very friendly staff available in the morning to prepare breakfast and make the beds (a real luxury) and finally Adrián the owner, a charming man, speaking perfect French, very interesting, with whom we spoke for a while. Thank you for the nice touches that we enjoyed. A place I will remember to come back to without hesitation on my next trip to Mexico.

The house is beautiful and quite large. The bedrooms are very spacious and the pool area is very nice and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the furniture is in very good condition. Adrian's service is extraordinary. He is kind, attentive, flexible and had incredible details with us. Made us feel welcome at all times, even with complimentary drinks ☺️ It's absolutely worth what it costs for the space, the service and the beautiful garden to do yoga, meditate or just sunbathe. The pool is very large and was always at a super pleasant temperature. The attention of the girl who helped us with cleaning and cooking was professional and warm. Always with a nice attitude and very polite and friendly. It is a house that has everything you need for an extraordinary stay. I highly recommend it.

Private, relaxing, and beautiful historic home with lots of greenery. The pool and the private backyard are perfect for lounging and enjoying nature. The home has every essential you could need, and the interiors are cozy, well kept, and full of character. Every room is an en suite which I loved. The host was responsive, welcoming, cheerful, and easy going. Overall, a stylish, private spot that blends charm with practicality. Great for couples, families, or small groups looking for a peaceful escape.

The house is built is a wonderful a colonial style. It is spacious, with 4 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which is perfect for large families or gatherings with friends. The house has a large terrace that runs alongside the entirety of the house, including an outside dining table, where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts, prepared by Jessica. There is also an outside living room, where we enjoyed snacks and cocktails, also compliment of Jessica. The pool is heated, allowing us to take dips both during the day and at night, which was marvelous for all members of the family, especially the kids. The living and dining rooms are united in a vast open space, where we spent our afternoons and evenings, playing board games and relaxing. The house is filled with books, almost inviting you to pick one up and immerse yourself into a leisurely reading. Adrian, the host, is superbly gracious and was attentive to all our needs! We are definitely coming back to this small paradise!!

I don't give out many 5 star reviews across the board. It's not that Adrian's place was absolute perfection, cause there are always a few small details anywhere I stay that could be improvements. In this case it'd be limited to perhaps having an extra opener for the gate and some handholds for the many stairs. But those are minor points up against a great overall experience. The house can be described as old style Mexico meets medieval castle. Odd combo, but it works and was cozy. The house is large with many fun spaces and was ideal for a family gathering with multiple generations. The outdoor heated lap pool was a highlight, as was the cooking/cleaning support from staff. Eva was able to flexibly collaborate with us on meals when we ate at the house. Breakfasts were fantastic (best home prepared meals in 4 years of family getaways), as were the late afternoon lunches. This is a tough property to upkeep, but Adrian has poured his heart into it and was the perfect host!

The accommodation is amazing and looks just like the photos. The space is huge, ideal for going with many people and enjoying the spacious and comfortable space. Both Adrián (host) and Eva (cleaning assistant) were very attentive, friendly and thoughtful. Eva, in addition to cleaning, also prepared breakfast for us with the groceries we brought, and it was great. We all agreed that it was a luxury and a relief not to have to prepare breakfasts and wash the dishes (breakfast only) on the days we were there, because it gave us time to enjoy our stay more. The pool was spotless, warm and the fact that it is saltwater instead of chlorinated makes it more friendly to the skin and eyes. The garden is also beautiful, you feel immersed in pure vegetation. Everything was perfect, we will definitely be staying here again :)

We liked the privacy and comfort of the house, it is very spacious and functional, they helped us with everything they promised and were always available in case something was offered, everyone was very kind. The house is well located and access is easy, close to convenience stores and supermarkets in case you forget something 10/10 Thank you Adrian for all your attention, we look forward to returning soon.

Adrián’s home is beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. Tucked away in a quiet, gated residential neighborhood, it felt incredibly safe and offered the perfect escape from the buzz of the city. The house is immaculately clean and thoughtfully laid out—our group of eight had more than enough room to relax comfortably. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The pool is large enough for swimming laps, and the garden is absolutely stunning—clearly maintained with care by a dedicated gardener who visits daily. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast prepared by Eva. Using fresh, local ingredients and groceries we picked up from a nearby store just minutes away, she made us the most delicious meal. Adrián was a warm and welcoming host who made sure we felt completely at home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable stay in Cuernavaca. We’re already hoping to return soon!

We spent 4 lovely days in Cuernavaca and enjoyed every moment we were at Adrian's lovely home. It had everything we needed including a saltwater pool to die for....this made our whole trip. The neighborhood was very inviting a safe. We also enjoyed the people that took care of us the whole time. We didn't need anything else.

It is a very comfortable house, with beautiful gardens and very special places, the pool is very rich, the attention of Anabel and Eva is super friendly, the plus of helping you to make breakfast is super, a weekend full of peace, you can connect with nature in an incredible way, shops 8 minutes away but nothing that alters the tranquility of the place. A super amazing place!!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at Adrian's house, and we have been amazed by the comfort, the attention of Adrian and his team, and the beauty of his house; we will definitely be back. This time we stayed with 3 other families, with small children, and the place was the best to enjoy peacefully and comfortably a quiet place, surrounded by greenery and majestic rubber trees, and with history in every corner. The effort that Adrian and his team put in to ensure that the house and all its facilities not only work well, but also look good and are enjoyed is remarkable; whether they are in the warm water pool - which is now 20 m long - and enjoy the view of the house and the vegetation of the garden, or share a delicious dinner in the main living room, surrounded by art and literature that invite you to extend the talks, or in a delicious barbecue under centenary trees. The only bad thing is that there is not enough time to enjoy everything it has to offer.

This traditional house was ideal to meet the needs of our large, extended family. There are very comfortable, king size beds in 4 bedrooms, each with a dedicated bathroom, with some rooms have additional single beds for additional guests. A fifth bedroom with a queen bed and private bath is separate from the main areas, and is also comfortable. There is a lot of spacious, common gathering space both indoors and outdoors, in a a relaxing and inspiring natural setting, great for all types of activities - gathering, relaxing, working, playing. As described, the house has few steps, which was important for us, ample, secure parking, good wifi, and is well located for easy access to many parts of Cuernavaca. The host is attentive and responsive to requests and inquiries and the service included is a great feature to help keep such a large place in great daily condition. The family is ready and looking forward to visiting again!

Definitely a spectacular place! I traveled with my parents, sister, brother-in-law, their 2 children aged 6 and 8, and even with grandma we went, we all had a very comfortable, quiet and pleasant stay. Each family in their own room and each room with its own bathroom, all very nice and spacious, clean and tasteful, hot water in the shower at any time, towels ready, shampoo and body and hand soap in each bathroom. Every day we had the support of Mr. Santacruz in the garden and pool, and inside the house Maribel's support was excellent, she helped us make breakfast, with the dishes, and cleaning the rooms daily. The staff is there until 3pm and returns the next day at 8-9am. The house is located in a quiet area, except for a neighbor two houses down who plays loud banda music daily for half a day. On the corner of the street there is a nice little cafe and a nice little restaurant. The host, Adrian, is always available!

The house is very large and nice, with rustic style. The super manicured garden, the very nice sized pool. Adrián is one of the best hosts who have touched me, attentive at all times, attentive and very kind. The best thing is the included service, not having to worry about taking out the trash or making breakfast is wonderful! Adrian's staff are super efficient and friendly. Sure we will be back for another family trip. Thank you for everything!

It was an amazing vacation. The truth we all had a very comfortable time, we were of all ages and I think we all loved it in general. Like everything always happens outside of what one expects. In a constructive way I will give a few comments: -Zone of a lot of nature, I suggest to wear repellent and be attentive to the bichitos, everything is fine, they supported us with the fumigation of the house. -We had a theme with one of the fabrics, unfortunately there are 4 and only 1 could be used, my recommendation is that they update the fabrics since at night it seems like watching movies or so. -There was an inconvenience with the temperature of the pool but we understand that it was something extraordinary. The strengths : -You feel at home, it's a big house, but it still feels very warm , the staff is very attentive, friendly and friendly. -The patio is large for playing and the pool is long for swimming, also has a grill and everything you need to not go out. A very quiet vacation.

We loved Adrian's house, in a nice area of Cuernavaca, surrounded by trees, really close to locals and restaurants, the spacious house, the garden excellent for children and my dog. The pool is larger than what's seen in the photos, and in the season we went with the solar heating it was perfect. Cruz and Jessica are very friendly and willing. Adrián siempe is available if we needed anything. I would definitely go back.

We spent two nights very comfortable. The house is very nice and comfortable. The pool is bigger than what you see in the photo. Yessica (the lady who helps) a very rich kitchen and is very friendly. The area is very quiet, we sleep excellent, and as there are many trees, that helps you feel relaxed and peaceful. Nearby there are many places to buy food if you decide not to bring anything from Ciudad. We will be back without hard!

A beautiful house with abundant vegetation, large rooms and a heated pool that makes it possible to enjoy yourself despite the bad weather. The host was always attentive to our questions and resolved them immediately. Just 2 things to note: they have a neighbor who unfortunately plays his radio at full blast in the mornings, which disrupts the peaceful atmosphere of the house, and breakfast preparation is included in the rent, but not the supplies, which the guest provides. Highly recommended, I would definitely come back.

We stayed at Adrian’s place for 5 days, five adults and two toddlers. The place has plenty of space for big families. The rooms are clean and you will find all the things necessary for your stay e.g shampoo, towels, etc. There are three rooms plus a bungalow, which we didn’t use but really liked the option of the additional room. The grounds are really well kept, we forgot to bring a soccer ball or beach ball to play, the garden is big so you can definitely have a game. The pool is maintained at a really good temperature all day, when the gardener leaves he keeps the heater on so we were able to be there until late. Our favorite part was that every morning we had a really delicious Mexican breakfast prepared by Maribel. The place is in a safe location and there is an awesome coffee shop in the corner. Adrian reached out often to make sure we had everything we needed and to ask if we had questions. We will definitely come back as we had an amazing time at his place. Thank you Adrian!

My family and I had a very happy time at Adrian's house. It is a beautiful place, very well equipped, with very comfortable beds and pillows and great decor. Everything is very functional , with daily maintenance, both indoors and outdoors and everything is very well maintained. We loved that the house had open spaces, high ceilings and ventilated. The spacious spaces outside the house were very much taken advantage of because different members of the family were able to live together at the same time in different places. The garden is spacious and the pool is very nice. The area is very quiet. Mrs. Graciela's attention was phenomenal, a very hard working woman, with initiative, willing to help us at all times, very generous and professional. Alfonsita is also a very hard working and professional woman. Between them they made a great team for my family and I to eat very rich, the cleanliness of the house was up to date and we could be very relaxed. Adrián is a very friendly person, who was in permanent communication and who supported us so that we had unforgettable moments in his home. We hope to have the opportunity to wash it again.

It was an excellent stay: an amazing house, service that was always attentive, a very good location and impeccable cleanliness. The extra help they offer is great. The pool, the garden and the beds are in very good condition, which make you not want to leave the house and want to return soon. I highly recommend it.

The photos do not appreciate how beautiful Adrian's house is, who was always on the lookout, very friendly, as well as the staff who help in the house, very well located, the pool with a very good temperature in these hot weather, good Internet connection, I was able to take my video calls without any problems; breakfast included is a super plus, since Chela (the lady who helps her), delicious kitchen and is very friendly. It has the necessary attachments and spices to cook at home all the time, a good size refrigerator and kitchen, in itself, a very good experience, we even decided to stay one more day, taking advantage of that the house was available, we will definitely return to Adrian's house.

A lovely home with a large, generously stocked kitchen, big and airy livingroom and beautiful outdoor space for eating, relaxing, and swimming. The woman helper and her daughter were very attentive, and polite. Just down the street is a nice little coffee bakery shop. The neighborhood is residential, so as typical in Mexico, expect times when the neighborhood dogs are talking about their day, though not too late at night. For Cuernavaca the area feels reasonably safe. But that being said, Cuernavaca isn’t a place you don’t always want to keep a watchful eye out for suspicious behavior, however, that is a comment on the city and not this particular home. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

The house is nicer than what you see in the photos, the pool is always at a good temperature, the house is very clean every day, the breakfasts they offer are very varied and rich and the attention of the lady. Thank you, she is very good and Adrian is always attentive to anything

Adrian's service is amazing. The house is perfect for spending a few days with the family. It is also perfectly located. The rooms are perfect and the service is impeccable. The pool is clean and has a good temperature. And breakfasts are a luxury! We were happy and it was very worth it.

Great experience, the house is much better than what you can see in the photos. The 24-hour heated pool during all the days of the stay is a great plus, many spaces and all super comfortable to spend great moments. Excellent host, follow-up, daily cleaning service and breakfast! Highly recommended. I hope to be back soon!

Adrian's house is very nice, full of books and comfortable spaces, very clean (which in this pandemic season is essential); the girls' service is unbeatable. We will definitely be back soon.
