Alejandro is the most responsive and accommodating host I've encountered on AIRBNB! Punta Mita is the most magical place on earth and this property has everything you can want or need to have the most incredible stay ever! The housekeeper was AMAZING and made the most incredible breakfast to kick our days off. The beach clubs, the restaurants— everything is just amazing and if you're lucky you'll get to stay in Alejandro's place!

The home is perfect for a Punta Mita family vacation. Very spacious and nice. Alejandro is a highly responsive, helpful host. And Daris the housekeeper is wonderful, particularly in her interactions with young kids. Great place — highly recommended.

Alejandro was an amazing host. He was very responsive to all of our questions and we had a lot of questions initially. The condo was spacious in and out. The pool was the kids favorite part of the condo. I felt very safe and the condo was close to all of the beach clubs.

Our stay with 2 families (8 people total) was wonderful. The unit in Las Terrazas was perfect and had plenty of room. The kitchen had any item you would need to cook meals. The huge outdoor space was amazing to lounge/relax. The community pool being right outside our doors was nice to have for the kids. The plunge pool was nice, we wished it were a hot tub though, oh well. The location is great, very easily accessible to all beach clubs and the town of Punt Mita. Overall our stay was great and no complaints about the unit at all. Thanks Alejandro!

Beautiful space!

Phenomenal yet again. Relaxing and super cool spot that keeps us coming back for more. We had plenty of room for our group of 8 people and really enjoy the access this place gives to all the beach clubs. We spend our days at El Surf Club surfing throughout the day and always enjoy coming back to this super clean, comfortable and amenity positive spot.

Alejandro was an amazing host. Went above expectations without a doubt. He got us set up with the Punta Mita beach clubs, travel to and from the airport, set up a golf cart reservation (highly recommend to navigate to different beach club options), provided a bottle of wine for us to relax at the beach while the room prep was finalized (awesome of him)!! Alejandro was very responsive when it came to communicating, and anything we needed help with was taken care of instantly. The home is amazing! Our whole group was amazed with the space, cleanliness, and easy access to the pool right outside. If i could provide more than 5 stars, I would! Will definitely be staying with Alejandro in future visits to Punta Mita!

Alejandro is the best host and seemingly can make anything happen to make your stay in punta mita extra special. From a beautiful home to organizing a chef to arranging transportation, everything was easy and smooth. We can’t wait to visit again!

Alejandro's unit in La Terraza's is an amazing option for families visiting the area. We were only 3 adults and 3 kids and this unit can easily handle three families comfortably. It has a great master suite with private deck, a bunk room with two queen under twins, a 2 double bed room with a pull out and a small flex room with kids size bunks. The kitchen, diving, living and balcony area flow together into a great massive indoor/outdoor living space to both enjoy a quite cup of sunrise coffee or host a dinner party. We had a group of 16 together for dinner at the place and it was great. We've stayed in other units in this complex and I think this is the is the best one given the size, plunge pool / hot tub, great view and easy access to the pool. Alejandro was very helpful in getting us a golf cart (highly recommend) and a chef to cook a few meals at the house which was amazing as well as some recommendations around town. The kitchen is fully outfitted if you would like to cook or plan to have a chef. If you plan to cook I suggest stopping for supplies at one of the markets down in PV but there is also a great little market in Punta Mita as needed. Note that the unit is not stocked with coffee, etc. so you will likely need some basic supplies. We bought groceries for breakfast at the house with the kids and otherwise had someone cook or were out. We visited many of the pool clubs that the unit has access to and loved Kupuri for the kids (beach and pool), Pacifico for the sunsets and Sufi for dinner. Make sure you make reservations in advance for dinners and excursions in the busy season. We rented a car given side trips to visit friends in Sayulita, Litibu, etc. but you don't need one if you plan to stay on sit.

Book this place! It is the end unit in Las Terrazas. There is a private exit from the master suite that goes down to the pool. Alejandro is the best Airbnb host that I’ve ever experienced. He took the time to call me before our trip and gave me suggestions based on what I wanted to do during our trip. He made reservations for us and helped quickly resolve some golf cart issues we had during our stay. The chef Alejandro arranged for us was INCREDIBLE! He came every morning and had a beautiful brunch for us. The housekeeper was sweet and keep our place neat and tidy throughout our stay. The beds are so comfy. The closet space is wonderful in the two larger rooms. High quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion was provided. The sofa in the living room is a dream. We lounged there and out on the deck a lot. A/C worked perfectly! Individual units in every room. I think the condo is even better in person than in pictures, but the best part of the stay were the people! Alejandro, Chef Marco and our housekeeper. Luxuries that made me truly feel like I was being pampered. We will stay again!!

What can I say but you can’t go wrong if you stay here this place is absolutely beautiful. So clean and everything you need. Alejandro answered every questions and made it easy to just show up and enjoy. A five star stay.

We were a group of two couples with 4 young children and we had an extremely great time at the place. The condo is extremely nice, with great decoration, and upscale equipment both in rooms and other areas as well as in the kitchen. Alejandro, the host, was super responsive and very attentive to every question and request. He definitely went the extra mile. He assisted us with renting a golf cart, booking transportation from and to the airport and contacting a great chef who cooked for us while we were there. The cleaning lady was also very attentive and professional. We had an awesome time. I completely recommend this place.

Alejandro’s place is wonderful. We truly loved it! We were a group of eight people and each one of us enjoyed every minute there. It is way more beautiful and comfortable in real life than in the pictures. Every detail is special, from the furniture, crafts, art, plants to the organic shampoo, conditioner, body gel and lotion in every bathroom. The kitchen is better equipped than the one I have at home; it has every single appliance you might want to ever use in a kitchen. The common areas are decorated with an amazing taste and are super comfortable, I mean super comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. The views from the flat are beautiful, you can see the golf fields, amazing vegetation, a lake and the pool with a 100+Mt. swimming lane, about four times an Olympic pool. Daris, who is professional and kind, provided daily cleaning service and I have to say that it made a huge difference for us, it was so helpful She kept the flat clean and tidy. Alejandro’s flat is located in a beautiful area inside Punta Mita, it is super safe and you can get to all beach clubs by golf cart or bike. There are walking paths to get everywhere as well. We had a fantastic time in Alejandro’s flat and we would love to go back soon! He is a great host.

Alejandro and Romina went above and beyond in their efforts to ensure that everything was “just right” for our family. Their condo was perfect for our family. It was spotlessly clean, and had everything we could possibly need. Thanks to both of them for their efforts in making this a truly spectacular family vacation.
