Did not want to leave...... My wife and I have stayed at the Gran Venetian several times. This trip opting for a larger, more upscale condo as our friends from the states were to join us. We could not have selected a better place. 3 BRs 3 Baths great porch overlooking the whole bay . Everything was better than the discerption. Check-in/Checkout flawless . Never contacted the manager during our stay as everything was fine, just the way we want it to be on vacation. As nice as the condo is the real jewel in the Gran Venetian itself, 5 great pools, beautiful grounds , nice restaurant and very helpful staff. A word about security, I've lived in NY ,LA and I'm from Detroit I know tough places and Puerto Vallarta is a dream. You'll love the people of Mexico and you'll love Puerto Vallarta . Nothing is perfect but this town , on vacation gets pretty close.

The condo was beautiful and all 3 couples enjoyed it. Location in Conchas Chinas was perfect and a lot quieter than in town. The pools and jacuzzi were clean and a welcome way to cool down. The restaurant staff, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The walk into town on the beach was short though you had one small hill to climb over. Ubers were quick and readily available. We loved hanging out on the comfortable terrace at night and using the BBQ for our fresh tuna and shrimp from the 5 Decembre mercado. Fabulous views both directions down the beach with fireworks some evenings and amazing whale watching.

Stayed with 5 adults and 2 children over Christmas and New Years. Beautiful location and layout. Nice and clean. Host was very responsive. Someone waiting for us when we arrived to make check-in very easy. A little more dated than I expected but no big deal. The view and amazing location made up for it.

Relaxing, comfortable condo with amazing views and great swimming pools. Good on-site restaurant with pool-side cocktail service. Quick access to the Romantic Zone via Uber or taxi and is walkable via two routes (beach or side of highway). 8-minute walk to Oxxo in Conchas Chinas. Walkable to Los Muertos beach via Amapas beach and also to Conchas Chinas beach. Also easy to catch local bus (Mi Transporte) for the Romantic Zone or Boca de Tomatlán. Highly recommended; we would definitely stay again for a family vacation!

Beautiful view - can’t be beat! Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy taxi to Malecon.

This spot will take your breath away from the moment you walk in, and every morning you step out onto the balcony, with a truly fantastic view. The unit itself is well maintained and has lots of amenities, is near enough to walk to the Zona Romantica if you're adventurous and able (otherwise a cheap cab ride away), and the building has a great gym, gorgeous pools, and a restaurant with some of the friendliest, most helpful staff you'll ever meet. We spent about equal time lounging by the pools and checking out the city, which has countless bars and restaurants, and is very accessible to explore for the able bodied. It's extremely LBGTQ+ oriented (and safe) and even some vegan establishments nearby! The building itself is a little off the beaten path, so getting food or groceries delivered is likely a necessity at some point. The "concierge", Sergio, is very communicative via Whats App and a more responsive point of contact than the owner. A great place for a relaxing vacation!

A few friends, my husband, and I, spent a wonderful time in the beautiful condo. The view can’t be beat, nor the service in the pool bar. Adrian was the best! Put on games for us in the bar when there were playoffs on we didn’t want to miss. Sergio was super easy to contact and even bought our grocery list and had it there when we arrived. He also arranged to have a cook there when we arrived who made us a delicious Mexican dinner, and margaritas! We just paid her cash and it was so reasonable for how great it was. She cooked, cleaned, and put all the leftovers away! We loved it so much we hired her to come back a few nights later. A few minor things but worth mentioning… I’m in the do not care club and needed to sleep with the AC on. Therefore our electric bill was a bit more and we had to send more $ after we left. So plan for that if you’re like me. Also the dishwasher doesn’t open, so hand washing dishes is necessary.

Absolutely lovely condo, beautiful pools and hot tub on the beach, good restaurant with food and drink pool service. Very responsive host. Absolutely would recommend, looking forward to returning!

The place was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We did run into some AC issues which were quickly addressed by the host and concierge (Freddy). Freddy made sure that the issues were resolved as quickly as possible and that everything was in perfect working order. I would also share that the beds were all firm, not quite to our preference, however we did sleep very well during our stay. One other item to note is Freddy also met us at check in and walked us through all the details of the place and instructions which was also great.

The condo was exactly as described. Great location, views and amenities. The staff and service provided were phenomenal. Sergio was accommodating and check in was seamless.

The condo is beautiful and breathtaking. Whales breaching during the day, evening fire works. Spectacular sunsets. The condo is open to the ocean and we lived with the doors wide open day and night. There are two pools. The lap pool is absolutely fantastic. Perfect temperature no chlorine. We loved this place and will come again if possible.

Obsessed with this space- matches the description, the Grand Venetian is a hidden gem with a peaceful environment, on-site gym, restaurant, beach access and pools. We stayed here for a family vacation for a week and the aesthetic was perfect. Smart TVs in almost every room and living room. Tub on the deck. Very responsive concierge for check in and check out, we had a small plumbing issue and they sent someone within a few hours. Overall a fantastic and luxurious experience. The only thing that I wish they had were pans that were not non-stick (I’m weird like that) and a coffee grinder. Overall one of our favorite places we have ever stayed

Beautiful stay, we had a great time here with stunning views and around 15 minute walk down the beach to the local stores and restaurants.

It's our second time here, and everything was perfect. There are even more things than what the ad says, like a float in the form of a Autito that my daughter ran to look for :) If they ask me what could improve... it's hard... I just think of adding a kettle to the kitchen appliances, but it's just a detail, it's really a great place to stay

This is the best built condo I have found in Vallarta! Beautiful, spacious, well designed and decorated. We only wished A/C could be independently controlled in every room. Albago’s service is excellent, proactive and clear. The restaurant is also good. Just be aware it may not be possible to swim in the ocean when the river is loaded after heavy rain. However, we witnessed a large turtle lay its eggs right at the beach.

We stayed in unit PH4B on the 10th floor of the Sayan Tropical building in late April, 2024. The first thing you'll notice is the view. The ocean is visible on about a 210 degree arc from the unit. Two entire walls are mostly glass. Most of the walls fold up, exposing the place to open air. When this is done, a breeze that feels several degrees below the ambient temperature passes through the primary bedroom and through the living area. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is open and well equipped. The bathrooms are all high quality. The semi-regular cleaning was excellent. The on site pool is heated, the on site restaurant is good, and the Wifi was stable and reasonably quick. The building is 5 minutes walk from Playa los Muertos where you can find a beach with smooth sand and nearly no rocks (Google will tell you 11 but it doesn't recognize a walking path). The only drawback to the place is you don't want to leave. We wanted to nap on the balcony all the time.

The apartment complied with everything I advertised in facilities amenities, spaces cleaning etc It is a complex of three towers with a lot of order and respect among the inhabitants The location is very good, the view towards the sea is excellent and the apartment is very equipped A leak was presented in a toilet and was attended immediately, as well as a damage to the blender Very good service of concern and immediate response from the host 👌🏻

Hard not to love everything about this place, from the amenities, to the services, to the spectacular views, to the peaceful surroundings, and to the location. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Sergio was always readily available to answer any questions. Would definitely be coming back.

The view from this condo is absolutely stunning. We loved the open air living option and kept the sliding windows wide open 24x7 in mid-April. Zero need for the available A/C, and the bugs didn't seem to get up that high. Heck, you're at or above the flight of the pelicans, which are wonderful to watch fly by from that perspective. The condo also has fantastic ambient lighting options to set a great vibe. The pools, hot tub, and gym are perfect, the food at the restaurant is quite good, and staff and security are very friendly. You can walk along the beach path to get to PV's Romantic Zone in about 10+ minutes, but you will need to cross sand. The only significant downside for me was that the King bed in the master is ultra-soft and recessed from previous bodies, so it was rough on my back. I needed to sleep in a twin bed in the back of condo, so I couldn't hear the ocean. Other than that, wonderful place.

Great place, would definitely stay again. Bedrooms two and three done have black out blinds and face the road (some distance away but still can hear some noise), kitchen knives are dull and need a sharpener, both things were brought to there attention and not fixed at time of stay. Not deal breaking issues though, the facility is great, the host is receptive and overall very helpful. View is fantastic. Would book again.

Great place to stay with amazing views. Quiet & peaceful. Easy walk to the beach in just a few minutes, or a quick cheap cab/uber ride into town. The restaurant on site has great food as well and makes it convenient if you don’t want to leave. Would definitely stay here again!

Staying at Albago’s Grand Venetian condo was the best decision we made while planning our family vacation to Puerto Vallarta (family of 5 with kids aged 22, 18, and 13)! The comfort, views, responsivity, and amenities couldn’t have been better. The condo came well equipped (the only thing that I needed that wasn’t available was a hair dryer). We appreciated the onsite restaurant (prices were very reasonable), along with the nearby stores and restaurants. The Grand Venetian isn’t a party scene, which is exactly what we wanted. Other condo owners/guests were kind and gracious. We can’t wait to stay in this unit again!

We had a wonderful time, the condo was exactly as shown in the photos. Lots of pools and space for everyone even for a family of 7! Restaurant near pool is great.

Was an excellent experience overall! Matched the description and photos, responsive and friendly. Only real issue was the master bed was extremely firm...too hard for my taste. Pools and facility were beautiful and well cared for. 9.5/10 recommend!

Wonderful penthouse condo. Views are breathtaking!! A family vacation to remember.

Our group had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Highlights were the spectacular view (the sunsets!), the continuity of the living space into the balcony, and the pools and jacuzzi. The building staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting with transportation as needed. The apartment was very clean, with ample linens and a well-equipped kitchen. Lots of closet space and great water pressure in the showers. Check-in was smooth, and Claire and Sergio responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay, and especially leading up to our arrival. Getting into town was very quick and easy by Uber or taxi. We really enjoyed our time at the apartment and would recommend it to others!

We've stayed in various units across Indah, Sayan and Sayan Tropical over the years. All the units have been great, but this was by far the nicest unit we've stayed in. The top floor views alone made it worth every penny. Our favorite things: - Onsite staff was friendly and accommodating - Security was top notch - Restaurant was fantastic for breakfast and snacks - Amenities such as the pool and workout facility were amazing - Location is the best...walkable if you're up for a beach walk or along the highway (there's a path) or at most a 150MXN Uber or taxi Nice to knows: - This felt like a building where a lot of owners live in units. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but mostly kept to themselves - This was our shortest walk to the main beach in years, but we chose to go along the rocky beach path which wouldn't be accessible for everyone. The other option is walking the highway or a taxi since the main road is washed out

Beautiful Condo, the views are incredible and it's close to everything. Check-in and check-out is super easy and the condo had everything you need for a comfortable stay, the only thing is that there is no shampoo or body soap in the bathrooms. Overall an excellent stay!
