Location is perfect and close to everything. Most homes in GDL are not maintained but this home was definitely well taking care of. 12 min from plaza Andares and 20 min from el centro. A lot of vegetation so be prepared for mosquitos at night. I would def recommend this property. Host was very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

Friends and I stayed here for the world cup and we felt very comfortable, safe, and well cared for by Jonathan! He went out of his way to leave us welcome gifts as well.

A+++++ if I could give 6 stars I would!! I have never been to Guadalajara before and Jonathan made everything so easy and fun! I really enjoyed my stay with my friends in this mansion of a home. The price is incredibly worth the stay! Jonathan is available at all times if you need anything and he offered to send supplies/come to the house to provide anything we needed. Thank you for all the help.

Jonathan was very responsive, he ask every day if there was anything he could help out with. Also, asking if there was anything that we needed for him to provide.

The house is beautiful, large, spacious and perfect for entertaining! The kitchen looks like it's new, with all its new white goods. There is plenty of parking for cars, the neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. The hot water is delicious and there is a lot of pressure in the bathrooms. We went with children and the stay was great. The living room area and the firepit area were a hit.

The house is nice and beautiful. Located next to San Javier & providencia. Close drive to andares which is always a plus. Great for big families wanting a comfortable stay. My only mild complaint is that the wifi only works in the living room, the hot water goes out after 1 person showers, if you’re going to cook or use anything the house provides there’s not much but if you’re on vacation and eat out everyday shouldn’t be a problem

The pictures made the place look amazing, and still, after seeing it in person it exceeded our expectations! An extraordinary experience and very comfortable stay. Our arrival was delayed and they were flexible with our check in. Communication was outstanding and couldn't have asked for a better host. I highly recommend it.

Great house in a great location, good size

Jonathan’s place was the most fabulous and beautiful Airbnb and home that I’ve ever stayed in. His home is truly remarkable architecture and design. The bedrooms, common areas, outdoor terrace, landscaping — everything was truly amazing. The neighborhood is also great. Felt private but with all of the amenities so close by. I cannot say enough good things about the host, Jonathan, as well. He was so communicative and responsive and supportive. I hope I can keep returning to stay here when I am in Guadalajara. This is am incredible property located in a very nice part of Zapopan, we had a great time there, it's set up to entertain a large number of guests and is a great place for a family or small business retreat.

I came to Guadalajara to get married and we needed a large house where all my family could be gathered. From the beginning, Jonathan made us feel right at home. He was incredibly flexible and allowed my makeup artist, hair stylist, photographers, etc would come my wedding day which made everything so much easier for me that day.
